Chapter 64: It’s Lin Yu
Feng Jia picked Gu Chu up and placed her on the sofa. He then poured a cup of hot water and took so dicine out from the dicine cabinet while it cooled. However, when he rembered that one should not take dicine without a prescription, he put it back. He looked anxious and said, “Let’s go to the hospital.”
Gu Chu drank so water and felt weak all over. “No need. I’m just hungry. Can you find sothing to eat?”
Feng Jia opened the fridge and took out a frozen dumpling. It was left behind by his housekeeper this morning. He put it into the microwave and turned it on for two minutes before bringing it to Gu Chu.
Gu Chu quickly tried one. It was filled with pork and celery. His housekeeper’s cooking skills were pretty good.
Feng Jia added water into her empty cup and asked her, “How long has your stomach been hurting?”
Gu Chu chewed on the dumplings. She replied incoherently, “About a month ago. I was supposed to go to the hospital for a check that day, but my father said he was going to the old mansion for dinner, so I didn’t go. I was planning to go soday.”
Feng Jia laid lazily on the sofa. He undid two buttons on his shirt and said, “Tomorrow morning, I’ll go to the hospital with you.”
Gu Chu didn’t imdiately agree. Instead, she looked at her schedule and replied, “I have a eting in the morning, maybe in the afternoon.”
Feng Jia nodded.
In order to maintain her figure, Gu Chu usually didn’t eat too much at night, so she left half of the plate for Feng Jia.
Food shouldn’t be wasted.
The next day, after Gu Chu had breakfast, Feng Jia wanted to send her off, but she refused and drove to work by herself.
Feng Jia got into his secretary’s car. The secretary looked at him hesitantly. “CEO Feng...”
“If you have sothing to say, say it.”
“CEO Feng, I was looking up the Sky Garden Project like you asked to. I also looked up CEO Lin. I found out that the lawyer that Director Gu found in Yangcheng City was recomnded by him.”

“Yes.”

She said that there were so many lawyers in Yangcheng City and that it was easy for her to find one.
So it was all Lin Yu.
When Gu Chu was kidnapped in Yangcheng City, she didn’t tell her parents, but she told Lin Yu. At that ti, he was clearly by her side, so she didn’t think of asking him for help.

Mr. Gu said disapprovingly, “You were so shocked last night. Why didn’t you rest at ho? You can postpone any important eting. If not, you can still have it online.”
Gu Wan chid in, “That’s right, Chuchu. I heard that you were in danger last night. We didn’t sleep at all last night. Don’t worry about the company. If there’s anything important, I’ll be here.”
Gu Chu smiled lightly. “I wasn’t in danger last night. Although it was dangerous, it didn’t scare .”
Gu Wan said with concern, “It’s good that you’re okay.”

Just as she finished speaking, Gu Wan said with concern, “Chuchu, why don’t you move back here? If there’s sothing that you’re not satisfied with at ho, you can tell . I can change it.”
She was clearly implying that she did not want to move back ho because she did not like her.
