"Do you want to show you more things that I am not sure about?" Jiang Yang asked, his hot breath touching her skin and his intense gaze fixed on her eyes.
"I don’t mind," Nixxxie replied boldly.
"You acting boldly makes feel like eating you the very mont."
"Why do you stop then?"
"If I won’t stop, you might regret it later."
His words were intriguing that even though Nixxxie was acting bold, she couldn’t hide how nervous she felt hearing his words and sensing his passionate and intense gaze on her.
Jiang Yang could sense her nervousness, which she was trying hard to hide and stepped back. "It’s late. Get fresh and go to bed."
Nixxxie nodded and Jiang Yang left. As Jiang Yang ca out and closed the door, he stopped and exhaled deeply. "Man, this is going to be so tough. Difficult to hold back" and went to his room.
Inside the room, Nixxxie cald herself down and arranged her clothes inside the wardrobe. When she got freshen up and went to bed, she was thinking about what Jiang Yang must be doing and couldn’t sleep.
In Jiang Yang’s room, there was the sa condition. He couldn’t sleep too and suddenly realized he didn’t wish Nixxxie good night. He thought to go to her room but stopped as he knew it was not good for him to go to her so late in the night. Picking up the cellphone from the bedside table, he sent her a ssage.
"Good night, princess. Sleep well."
Nixxxie who was staring at her cell phone with no reason received the ssage and smiled. She typed a ssage.
"You too, sleep well. Good night."
Both were feeling the sa and they could not sleep. The next morning both woke up and Jiang Yang ssaged Nixxxie to co for breakfast once she was ready. Jiang Yang had to go to the hospital and Nixxxie had to go to university.
Nixxxie ca downstairs for breakfast. She was in her usual simple attire, a simple top and jeans with her hair tied in a ponytail.
Jiang Yang had already arranged everything, being ready to go out after breakfast. He was sitting in one chair around the dining table, waiting for Nixxxie to join him for breakfast. He was wearing an off-white shirt and black pants, his jacket placed on the backrest of the chair he was sitting on.
Nixxxie continued looking at him while going towards him. Her sight fixed on the handso man in front of her, who looked fresh and bright that it was difficult for one to move their sight away from him. She observed him head to toe while Jiang Yang was noticing her expressions, smiling lightly.
When she reached the dining table, he spoke. "If you liked this man in front of you that much, then you should not resist yourself from doing what you are feeling at the mont."
His words brought her back to her senses. Sitting on the chair opposite him, she comnted. "Soone is so full of himself."
"Why did you offer to stay at your place when I have my ho?"
The reason was obvious. It was her step-brother whom Jiang Yang didn’t trust, but he couldn’t say it directly to Nixxxie as nothing was clear till then and it was just his doubt.
Pulling out a smile on his lips, he spoke. "It was the best opportunity for to be with you under the sa roof and spend ti with you alone."
"Hmm! But we didn’t spend ti together though we are under the sa roof." She countered reminding him about how they were not together the whole night.
Her words once again startled him, not knowing what to say. "My woman is being a detective."
Sensing as if he was hiding sothing and not telling her, Nixxxie frowned. "Your woman? Not, yet."
Jiang Yang put the chopsticks down on the table and looked at her. "Let’s take off from my work and from your studies to spend the whole day and the night together. I bet after that you won’t say you are not my woman."
He looked serious and she couldn’t say anything. It was rare to see him serious like this. When Nixxxxie was expecting him to brush it off with teasing, he took it seriously and that surprised her. ’Was he that serious about her?’ she thought and the answer was clear.
Not getting a reply from her, Jiang Yang said, "I am waiting for an answer."
"I don’t want your patients to die just because their doctor is after his woman," Nixxxie spoke and Jiang Yang smiled, hearing her calling herself as his woman.
"Good girl," he comnted and Nixxxie gave out a sigh of relief.
’Why is he being so sensitive once I ask him a simple question? I am sure there is sothing that is troubling him, but he doesn’t want to tell .’ she thought.
Once they went out, Jiang Yang first dropped Nixxxie at the university, saying he will co to pick her up in the evening.
In the evening, Nixxxie was waiting for Jiang Yang along with Jiang Yuyan. A car stopped in front of them and Nixxxie recognized whose car it was. She couldn’t help but roll her eyes and Jiang Yuyan looked at her and then towards the car.
A man stepped out of the car and stood up in front of Nixxxie. He was wearing a stylish light brown suit, with his hair set properly and through his gold rim glasses, his sight was fixed on Nixxxie.
"What are you doing here?" Nixxxie asked, looking not happy seeing him.
"This is what I get in return for caring for my little sister. Of course, I am here because I am worried about you as you were with a stranger for a night."
"He is not a stranger for and you need not worry about ."
"That’s not possible, as one brother can never stop worrying about his sister. You can ask Mrs. Lu as she has one brother too." Saying, Xi Cheng looked at Jiang Yuyan, to which she didn’t react.
