1615 Determination
Lu Lijun reached the office where Noah was already present but he was not alone. Jake was there as well. He wanted to check on Lu Lijun. "How are you?" Jake asked. "Fine," Lu Lijun replied and sat in his chair, only to find Jake looking at him. "I know why you are here, but I am really fine," Lu Lijun repeated, his expressions serious. "More words? Then, I believe you are ready for sothing," Jake sat in the chair. "Whatever you are planning, I am with you."
Lu Lijun simply nodded and turned to Noah, "Get each and every detail about any collaboration Magnus has in our country, details of all of his partners and anyone who is supporting him from behind the scene.
"Already on it," Noah replied. "Seems like you are planning to send him back, not leaving anything for him to chew on here?" Jake comnted. "I can't let him stay here for long. If it won't work in the right way, I would use the wrong way," Lu Lijun replied. "He has a good hold in Europe as well. You can create distraction by affecting his business there," Jake suggested. "That's why I need your help as well," Lu Lijun replied as he had already thought it through. "I thought last night you were divested and had no ti to think about anything but I seem like I was wrong," Jake added. "He has left with no choice," Lu Lijun replied and turned to Noah, "To dig dirt on so people, you might have to get help from the base. Get anything, the dirtier, the better it is."
"Got it," Noah reapplied. "There is sothing."
Lu Lijun offered him a questioning glance. "Hmm?" "Jared Magnus wished to et you again," Noah inford. "Arrange it," Lu Lijun instructed and resud his work. "I don't think you should et him for a while," Noah suggested. Lu Lijun looked at him, his gaze serious, "Why? Do you fear I might kill him?"
"What if I say yes?" Noah asked. "I won't. I have promised her I won't do anything reckless," Lu Lijun replied, "..At least not yet."
"I will take a leave now. Rember what I said," Jake stood up.
Lu Lijun nodded and Jake left.

At Jiang Yuyan's residence. There was a knock on Jiang Yuyan's room's door. Lu Feng entered the room and saw her standing by the window, staring outside in a daze. He cleared his throat to get her attention. Even when he knocked on the door and entered the room, she didn't realize. Jiang Yuyan turned to look at him. "What were you thinking about?" Lu Feng asked as he walked towards her. "Nothing much," she replied. "This nothing much kept you engrossed so much that you didn't even notice that I entered the room?" he stood in front of her and poked his finger at her forehead, "Whatever is going on in this tiny brain of yours just give it up."

"Say it again and I will tell you what you are planning about," he interrupted her. She sighed helplessly, "Are you being infested with An Tian to read everyone's minds now."
"Not everyone but at least the ones I care about," he replied, "If you are planning to et Jared Magnus, then I suggest you drop that idea."
I need to et him. I don't want him to hurt Lijun and I will make sure he stays away from our family. Afterall I am the one who hard his father and what happened after Lu Qianag's accident. I am the one to do it all so I shall be the one to face him. Lijun has nothing to do with it."

Jiang Yuyan stayed quiet for a while as she processed over what Lu Feng said. "For now I will listen to you, but if I feel things take a bad turn, then I will et him," she said. "That's good enough," Lu Feng smiled contently. "I am here for a day more. Once I make sure he is fine, I will leave."

"I am not upset as you did answer my call," Lu Lijun replied and stuffed a tiny chunk of salty snack in Nicky's mouth. "I don't recall talking to you," Nicky replied in confusion. "But I recall hearing you," Lu Lian smirked playfully, "You were so loud and clear to hear you."
'Loud and Clear?' Nicky recalled what she was doing at that ti. 'Don't tell ,' he eyes widened.
"On all four, darling?" Lu Lian chuckled, "Brother Yang is quite demanding in bed."
Nicky recalled Jiang Yang saying this line. "Lian?"

"A little too tight for a hug, Nicky. You will suffocate my baby," Lu Lian comnted. Nicky released her from that tight hug. "I won't. But I am telling you, I will be his or her godmother."
"Of course. My baby is going to have so many rich godmothers. What more would I want?"
Nicky chuckled, "Always a money minded woman."
"I am the daughter of a businessman, born this way."
Nicky only laughed, "I am gonna shower my godchild with all my wealth. Don't worry."
