The Lu family got to know about Jiang Yuyan being ready to get engaged and then leave for the USA.
"Will she leave just after the engagent?" Elder Lu asked.
Lu Jinhai nodded, "That's what Jiang Peizhi said to ."
"Why in such a hurry to leave? I an I can understand she must want to go but..this is so sudden," Ning Jiahui said. "Are you sure?"
She will also pass the proposal for the new President of Lu Corporation and she will hand over her resignation. She had already started building support for Lu Lijun so there won't be any issues with the process and no one will oppose him," Lu Jinhai added after giving out a helpless sigh.
"Have we upset her by chance?" Elder Lu asked.
"No father. She will leave just because she doesn't want any dia attention. We know such news can't be hidden for long," Lu Jinhai explained, "From what I know, she plans to do it after she resigned as there won't be any focus on her and it will shift to the new president. That's why she will resign first."
"Lu Lijun knows it?" Ning Jiahui asked.
"I told him," Lu Bao said, "He is not ho and how can he not know about anything related to Yuyan?"
"What did he say?" Lu Jinhai asked.
"Nothing. It was like it didn't interest him and I felt like why did I even bother to tell him?" Lu Bao said looking a little sad.
"He is not ho these days and must be with work so maybe he didn't react to it," Ning Jiahui consoled the upset girl.

Lu Lijun was still staying at Lu Feng's residence while Lu Feng had gone to his city and handed over Lu Lijun's responsibility to Noah.
"What are you going to do now?" Noah asked.
"What can I do. I wish I could just abduct her and force her to live only with but…."
"But you can't," Noah said.
"I can only do one thing and that is to not do what she expects from ," Lu Lijun replied.
"From the inside news, she is already planning to make you a president and I wonder how she will leave you with no choice but to accept it."
"I know, but sitting in that chair was never my dream. Just like I can't force her, she can't force either. One thing I am sure of, I am not going to let her go."

"That ans you called him," Lu Lijun concluded.
"I called him because of you. We three are always together when one is in trouble," Noah answered.
"It would be better if you stop using as an excuse to get to him. What you want to do, just do it directly."
"Bullshit! I am hungry. What do you want to eat," Noah said and stood up, "Brother Feng told not to give you outside food so I have to be your personal cook now."
"Just cook anything you want to. I am not that hungry."
"You need to eat nice to have the energy to deal with the stubbornness of your woman."
"Seems like Jake followed the sa, that's how he could bear with your stubbornness."
"No, he chose to run away. Easy! Isn't it?"
"I guess," Lu Lijun agreed, "And that is what she is doing too."
"Now you got it," Noah said and went to the kitchen.

It was Wen Zac and Ming Lan's wedding day. All the elite guests were invited. It was the last month of winter and the temperature was gradually fine during the day which helped lt the snow.
The Grand wedding was arranged in one of the luxurious wedding venues. It was the first wedding in the family after so many years of Jiang Yuyan's wedding which was conducted in the Ming family and it was sothing to celebrate.
Inside Groom's suite after An Tian's assistants left and the groom and his best man were ready.
"How long are you gonna pretend to my sister that you are marrying her because you love her not just because she has asked you to?" Ming Rusheng asked as he fixed his bow.
"I'll give her another chance of falling for . Even if she won't, there is no way I'll free you sister from this marriage. It's fine as long as I am the one who is her husband, even if it's just in na," Wen Zac replied as he was ready to leave the room.
"You idiot!" Ming Rusheng sighed.
"When my best friend is an idiot himself."
The two stepped out of the suite as the groom had to go to the bride.
"You better be a gentleman," Ming Rusheng warned.
"Your sister doesn't like one," Wen Zac countered.

Ming Lan was almost done getting ready as the stylists were doing the last remaining things. Lu Lian who was getting ready with the help of An Tian's assistants, looked at Ming Lan, "Finally a beautiful bride is ready. Still feels like a dream to as I never thought you would get married so soon."
"Things happen suddenly sotis," Ming Lan spoke.
"That's true," Lu Lian agreed, "By the way, you still didn't tell how your brother agreed to it and what did he talk to you that day in secret?" Lu Lian asked.
"I think this is the best day of revealing it as you can't beat on my wedding day. Right?"
"Of course, I won't but now I am feeling suspicious. Tell what it is?"
"That day after father asked my brother about his opinion on this wedding, he took away from all of you. He asked if I was doing it because of what was going on between You, him, and his best friend."
"What?" Lu Lian exclaimned.
Ming Lan nodded, "I said it's not. I truly want to marry him. And then he agreed."
"No, I said 'what' to if he really asked it?" Lu Lian asked.
Ming Lan gulped as she knew what her friend has just realized. "Yes, he did and I know what you will say now."
"So you knew he didn't lose his mory," Lu Lian asked.
"I got to know that day itself. He had to reveal it to to ask my true thoughts. He loves his sister, you know."
"Your brother and sister both are evil," Lu Lian said.
"You chose a good day to ask this so that you can not beat ."
"True. But I do wish your husband would take revenge in my stead. You will fall for him and understand my pain of getting your brother's love."
"Anything but this. We will prefer to be a normal husband and wife instead of the crazy ones in love. We will be rational unlike you and my brother."
"Let's see. Let tell you, you will definitely turn into a possessive jealous woman. Like brother, like sister."
Ming Lan scoffed, "He won't give that chance. Looking at him, I can see that he won't be interested in any woman. Not even with his wife."
