She lowered her gaze and pretended to be looking for sothing in her purse. Just like that, Bai Zhi bumped into her target. Her body staggered backward and she almost fell.
Her red lips turned up into a smile when she felt him holding her on both shoulders to prevent her from falling. Seconds later, this smile faded. Bai Zhi rubbed at her forehead and looked up to et the man's gaze.
"Are you alright?" Lu Xun narrowed his eyes when he saw the woman in front of him. Sohow, he had a feeling as if the person in front of him was a little familiar. However, Lu Xun could not rember where he had last seen her.
"President Lu."
"Do I know you?" The frown on his face deepened. Lu Xun saw the look in Bai Zhi's eyes and naturally knew the reason she ca to him. This was not the first ti he had encountered such a scene.
The smile on her face turned a little awkward. From the man's body language, she could tell that the man was warning her not to get close to him. She quickly recovered and smiled. "Hello President Lu, I am Bai Zhi, one of the actresses in your newly produced drama."
