Even after the recording ended a while ago, Xia Yu found that her heartbeat was still pounding fast.
Each ti that she looked at Huo Yun Chen, a strange current would travel all through her body. Her body felt warm and her head felt dizzy.
Xia Yu wanted so much to walk over to his side and give him a tight hug. However, she still rembered that they were at the studio and there were still people around them.
It would be too embarrassing for her to try anything in front of the crowd.
Finally, Huo Yun Chen finished his discussion with the n. After saying a few words to his manager, Huo Yun Chen walked to Xia Yu with a smile on his face.
Their gazes t and her breathing turned erratic.
His voice and the lyrics he sang were still resounding in her ear.
When she thought of how Huo Yun Chen had sung while looking into her eyes, Xia Yu started to panic again. Liking Huo Yun Chen was making her crazy.
"Xia Yu."
She snapped out of her trance and looked at the man's face so close to hers. "Ah?"
His lips tilted up into a doting smile. "Let's go ho, alright?"

Huo Yun Chen grabbed her hand and led her to the basent parking where a black MPV was waiting for them. She entered the vehicle and sat there quietly.
The sky had already turned dark when they leave the studio. Xia Yu looked out the window but was unable to enjoy the night city's scenery as her thoughts were on the man beside her. In her mind, the mont where Huo Yun Chen look straight into her eyes and sang repeated again and again.
No matter how she tried to distract herself with another thought, Xia Yu would find herself thinking of that mont again.

Half an hour later, Xia Yu stood in front of the elevator and wonder when did they arrive at his place.
Huo Yun Chen entered his password and pushed the door open. He turned to Xia Yu and saw the dazed look on her face. His lips curled out into a smile.
Seeing her like this made him wonder what was going through her mind.
"Are you hungry? Do you want to have dinner first?" Huo Yun Chen lifted the paper bag in his hand. "Lin You had already ordered so takeaway for us."
Xia Yu followed Huo Yun Chen into the dining room and watched as he unpacked the food. She lifted the chopsticks and took a few bites of the food but everything that she ate turned very sweet.
"Xia Yu."
Hearing his voice, Xia Yu raised her head and et his gaze.
"What do you think of that song?" Huo Yun Chen lowered his head so that he could see her eye to eye. "Do you like it?"
Her heart raced at the way Huo Yun Chen was looking at her. She started to worry that her heart would be unwell with the way Huo Yun Chen would make her feel each ti he looked at her.
Xia Yu bit her lips and nodded. "It's lovely. Did you write that song?"
Huo Yun Chen chuckled. "Mhm..."
"It sounded a little different than what you usually write." As a fan who has been following him for years, Xia Yu has beco familiar with his style. Although he had previously written a few love songs before, none of them sounded like the one she heard in the studio.
"So, is that a good thing or a bad thing?"
"It's a good thing. Definitely a good thing."
His laugh echoed in the room. "It's good that you like it. Xia Yu, I wrote that song for you."
Her eyes widened as she looked back at him.
Huo Yun Chen urged her to eat her dinner and did not say any more words. Once the lunch boxes were empty, Huo Yun Chen sent his girlfriend to sit in the living room while he cleared up the table.
When he co out again, Huo Yun Chen found Xia Yu sitting on the sofa while looking at her phone with a dazed look in her eyes. "What are you thinking about?"
"I was thinking that it's too bad that I couldn't record that song on my phone earlier. I would love to listen to the song again."
"If you wanted to listen to that song again, you could just ask." Huo Yun Chen took her hand in his and played with her fingers. "Xia Yu, I am all yours."
Before Xia Yu could say a word, Huo Yun Chen began to sing the song again.
There was no music accompanint. However, with his voice alone, Huo Yun Chen managed to capture her heart again.
This ti, he was singing close to her and his eyes stared into hers in adoration.
As he finally reached the chorus, Xia Yu felt her heart slowly lting. The lyrics were his confession. His promise to stay by her side and to love her no matter what would happen.
In the end, Huo Yun Chen was unable to finish the rest of his song as her lips had found his in a kiss.
Huo Yun Chen was unable to hide his surprise that Xia Yu had taken the initiative to kiss him. He did not let his feelings show and continued to allow her to kiss him in any way that she liked.
Her kisses were soft and addicting.
There were a few tis when he was tempted to take the lead instead but he could only restrain himself.
After a while, they finally broke apart and stared into each other's eyes.
Xia Yu rested her hands on his shoulders and looked at him shyly. The feeling in her heart continued to grow and it was making her suffocate. "Huo Yun Chen."
"Hmm?" His throat bobbed.
"I think I love you." The mont she said those words, that suffocating feeling in her heart disappeared.
There was a hint of surprise on his face. Then slowly, his lips curled into a smile. before he leaned over to kiss her lips.
The kisses soon ignited sothing else within her, making her body feel a little feverish. Her eyes shot open when she felt his hand gliding on her waist area. Before she could process what was going on to her, Huo Yun Chen had lowered his head to nibble at a spot on her neck.
Her legs turned weak and the lower part of her abdon felt hot. It was making her feel uncomfortable but at the sa ti, she did not want to push him away. The thought that she was actually enjoying his touch made her feel shy.
Huo Yun Chen pulled away to look at her again. The girl was laying down on his sofa. Her lips were plump from his kisses and her disheveled look made his eyes turn darker with lust.
"Xia Yu." His voice was a little hoarse and his eyes were pleading. "I want you."
Xia Yu snapped out of her trance when she heard his words. She looked at him for a long ti, knowing what he was asking from her.. After a mont that felt like an eternity, Xia Yu finally leaned forward to kiss his lips.
