After spending almost a week with her parents in Y City, Song Xing Xing finally returned to Capital City with Lu Xun.
The first thing she did upon returning was to pick up Mr. Fluffball from the cat's hotel. The mont Mr. Fluffball saw his owner, his expression showed his displeasure. He was trapped in this place and other cats continued to bother him.
However, the mont he saw that his Papa had co along to pick him up, Mr. Fluffball's grievance gradually disappeared. Instead of running over to Song Xing Xing, the grey cat went to Lu Xun instead.
Lu Xun picked up the grey cat into his arms and started playing with him. Mr. FLuffball owed once and leaned over to kiss Lu Xun's cheek.. Then, he rested his head on his shoulder, letting the man carry him this way.
Song Xing Xing saw this scene and could not help but to feel a little jealous.
This is clearly her cat. Why is Mr. Fluffball went to look for Lu Xun instead of her? From the first ti Mr. Fluffball t Lu Xun, the cat has been trying to get close to him.
It couldn't be that this cat was trying to fight with her, right?
She finally had a boyfriend for the first ti in her life but a love rival had appeared very quickly.
As soon as this thought ca to her mind, Song Xing Xing quickly shook her head, knowing how ridiculous her thinking was at this ti.
She must be crazy to consider Mr. Fluffball as her love rival.
Of course, Lu Xun was unaware of the thoughts in his girlfriend's mind. If he knew, he would probably laugh and call his girlfriend silly.
After playing around with the cat for a while, Lu Xun finally looked up at saw that she had settled Mr. Fluffball's bills. He raised a brow and spoke, "Should we go now?"
Song Xing Xing snapped out of her thoughts and quickly placed Mr. Fluffball in his carrier. Then, the two entered the vehicle and Lu Xun drove them back to her apartnt.
After opening the window to let the air in, Song Xing Xing finally lets Mr. Fluffball out of the carrier.
The cat ran around the house to inspect everything in place.
Seeing that her cat no longer occupied his man, Song Xing Xing walked over to Lu XUn and wrapped her arms around his waist. "Are you going to stay for dinner?"
His lips stretched up into a smile. Lu Xun decided to play along and pecked at the tip of her nose. "Since you're inviting to stay, of course, I have to stay."
Song Xing Xing recalled that she had emptied the refrigerator before she made a trip to Y City. Even if she wanted to whip sothing quickly, she still have to visit the market.
"Should we order a takeaway?"
"No." Song Xing Xing quickly rejected his idea. "I'll go and visit the market. It wouldn't take too long."
After living with her parents for a few days, she had gained a little weight. She suddenly wondered if her boyfriend would notice the change when he hugged her like this.
"Then, I'll go with you."
The couple went out and headed to the supermarket which was located not too far away from her apartnt.
Even though Lu Xun had t her parents and let them know that they are dating, he still wore a mask as they go out.
Initially, he was still looking forward to having a date in the open. However, he decided to reconsider this matter.
Lu Xun was worried that once soone figured out that his girlfriend was staying around the apartnt, the reporters were going to harass her.
It's fine if the reporters wanted to surround him and ask him various questions but he could not let them do the sa to Song Xing Xing.
At this ti, her father's opinion towards him was not that favorable. Because of this, Lu Xun knew that he have to work hard until her father started to trust him.
His girlfriend had moved to Capital City to avoid the spotlight in Y City. Lu Xun could not let them attack his girlfriend and took away the freedom that she liked the most. He wanted her to be able to live carefreely.
The couple walked around to chose so at and vegetables.
As she had soone who will help her carry her shopping bags, Song Xing Xing decided to buy a little bit more to restock her pantry.
Thinking that she had left Mr. Fluffball for too long, Song Xing Xing decided to buy him a few treats as well. She was browsing through the wet food when she saw that her boyfriend had disappeared from her side.
When she looked around, Song Xing Xing found that her boyfriend was standing around the cats' toys and costu section. She walked over and peeked behind him only to see that he was holding a cute cat's sailor costu.
Sensing that his girlfriend was standing behind him, Lu Xun turned around with the costu in his hand. "Xing Xing, look at this. Don't you think that Mr. Fluffball would look adorable in this costu?" Lu Xun asked. His attention was fully on the costu. "Do you think he will like it if I buy this as a gift?"
Song Xing Xing pursed her lips into a thin line. Although she had said that she did not mind that she did not get a gift the last ti Lu Xun had visited her parents' place, Song Xing Xing felt a tad of jealousy upon hearing that Lu Xun was going to buy her cat a gift.
"Mr. Fluffball did not like to wear a costu." Her voice was rather soft. It was not known whether Lu Xun had heard what she had said or not. Once she had said those words, Song Xing Xing quickly turned around and headed to another section.
When they went to queue to pay for the items together, Song Xing Xing could see that Lu Xun had placed the costu into their trolley.
Still a little bit upset that her boyfriend had been paying too much attention to her cat, Song Xing Xing headed into the kitchen and started to prepare their al. When she ca out again, Mr. Fluffball was already dressed up in that costu.
The corner of her lips started to twitch.
Noticing that his girlfriend had co out from the kitchen, Lu Xun looked up with a wide smile on his face. He lifted Mr. Fluffball and showed off the cat in his costu. "What do you think? He looks pretty good in this sailor costu, right?"
"ow." Mr. Fluffball protested.
Song Xing Xing walked over and gave the cat a look over. In her opinion, Mr. Fluffball looked a little silly in this costu. His expression was a little fierce but the costu was adorable.
Song Xing Xing clicked her tongue. "I think I would look better in a sailor costu."
As soon as she said those words, the rooms turned quiet.
