Her breathing staggered. Song Xing Xing pursed her lips into a thin line and finally forced a smile. "Dad, what are you doing here? Why are you not sleeping yet? It's late."
Song Chen scoffed. "So, you are aware that it's late. Why do you co ho at this ti?"
Song Xing Xing blinked at her father, flashing him an innocent look as she looked at him. Her mind whirled as she tried to figure out a way to coax her father.
This was a strange situation.
Previously, her father would not mind if she returned ho at this ti. She is a grownup and her parents trusted her. Each ti that she or her brother returned ho late, their parents would always trust that they would never make a ss outside.

"Dad, if it was not so late, he would definitely co in to et you," Song Xing Xing said. "Lu Xun was a little worried that he would be disturbing our family if he visited without informing. That would be rude."
A deep frown appeared on his face as Song Chen heard her daughter spoke that man's na. It seed that her wife and son were not lying. His daughter is really dating Lu Xun.
"Lu Xun? Isn't he a friend of your cousin, Song Yi?" Although his wife and son had ntioned a few things to him, Song Chen decided to play dumb.
"Un." She nodded. "That's him."
"How did you get to be together with him?"
"He's my boss and I've t him a few tis before we started to date." Song Xing Xing flashed her father a smile and continued, "Dad, it was such a rare chance for him to be in Y City this ti. How about I bring him over to et you? This way, you would feel more at ease when you know the person I spent a lot of ti with."
Song Chen was planning to reject her idea. However, when he thought of how this person would spend a lot of ti with his daughter in Capital City, Song Chen changed his mind.
"Alright. Dad would also like to et the person who is brave enough to go after my daughter."
