As the car pulled over at the parking spot, Song Xing Xing followed her cousin and his wife to a place called Coffee Sanctuary. Song Xing Xing glanced at her cousin and knew that the man would actually prefer to have a al with just his wife. However, since Han Yue Xiu was the one who had invited her to join them, Song Yi had no other choice but to tag along.
Looking at this situation made her wonder whether she was blood-related to Song Yi or not.
Song Xing Xing continued to eat slowly. As Han Yue Xiu was busy feeding the baby, Song Xing Xing took this chance to check at her phone. Her eyes brightened up when she saw that there was a text ssage from Lu Xun.
Initially, the man wanted to pick her up at her apartnt and send her to the studio. However, with Song Yi's sudden appearance, his plan had to change.
Since he could not et her in the morning, Lu Xun suggested for them to have dinner together.
Song Xing Xing did not reply to his ssage and decided to call him once she arrived at the studio. She put down her phone and started to tease Xiao Jun.
"Sister-in-law, why are you out so early with Xiao Jun?" Song Xing Xing asked.
Usually, their family would prefer to stay ho and had breakfast together. Song Xiao Jun was still a baby and the couple did not want to bring him outside before he was a little older.
"Xiao Jun had an appointnt with the doctor today," Han Yue Xiu said.
A look of worry appeared on her face. Song Xing Xing glanced at the baby and asked, "Is there sothing wrong with Xiao Jun?"
Han Yue Xiu shook her head. "Nothing much. Just so regular check-ups. The last ti he t a doctor, Xiao Jun would cry all the way." She turned to her son and poked at his chubby cheek. "Xiao Jun, be a good boy and don't cry later, alright?"
The baby waved his hands around and smiled happily. He still thought that his parents were taking him out to play.
Seeing that it was ti to clock in, Song Yi sent Song Xing Xing to the studio. After thanking the couple for treating her breakfast, Song Xing Xing entered the studio and walked over to a corner. She took out her phone and dialed a number.
"Have you arrived at the studio?" Lu Xun's voice could be heard as soon as the call was connected.
"En." Song Xing Xing recalled the coat that she had left in the living room and spoke, "Lu Xun, it seed that you have left your coat the last ti you visited my apartnt."
The corner of his lips tilted up. It has been a few days since he left his coat in her apartnt but the girl had only found it now.
"Really? Lu Xun feign his ignorance. "I didn't notice. Then, how about you co over to my office and deliver my coat? I an, by hand. Don't send them by courier."
He still recalled the disappointnt he felt the last ti Song Xing Xing had delivered his coat through courier.
"Then, we can go out and have dinner together, alright?" Lu Xun continued.
Song Xing Xing recalled the coat full of Mr. Fluffball's fur and spoke, "How about later? Let help you clean up the coat first."
Lu Xun pursed his lips into a thin line. He pondered over her words and suddenly ca up with another idea. "Then, how about this Saturday? Co over to my place and let's have breakfast together. I rember that the last ti, you were complinting the breakfast that Auntie had prepared. If you co over, you can taste Auntie's cooking as well."
The corner of her lips started to twitch. Song Xing Xing had a feeling that this man was trying to trick her to co over to his place. Using food to lure her to co to his place… this man is really good!
Just as she was about to co up with another plan, Lu Xun's voice was heard again.
"I am going to Y City on Sunday," Lu Xun said. "Let's et up and have breakfast together, alright?"
Thinking that the man would need to use that coat later, Song Xing Xing quickly agreed.
The smile on his face widened. "Then, will you still co to my office later?"
"Are you asking to pick you up?"
"En. Co over and pick up at work. I'll treat you to dinner."
Song Xing Xing chuckled upon hearing his coaxing tone. After pondering about it for a while, Song Xing Xing quickly agreed.
The two of them continued to chat about their breakfast. Seeing that the production team had arrived at the studio, Song Xing Xing finally hung up the phone.
Song Xing Xing watched as the production team loading the items from the van. The production team has gone away to continue shooting at another location and had only returned now. As soon as they arrived, they were all busy with the equipnt.
Thinking that they were going to be busy with the videos soon, Song Xing Xing let out a sigh.
At this ti, another vehicle pulled over and Huo Yun Chen and his assistant alighted.
The mont Huo Yun Chen saw the familiar face, his lips turned up into a smile. Seeing that everyone was too busy and was not paying attention to him, Huo Yun Chen walked over to her.
"Did you guys just returned from the shooting site?" Song Xing Xing asked.
"En." Huo Yun Chen nodded. "We just arrived in the city this morning. I still have so important matters to discuss with the production team. If it was not because of this, I would head back ho and rest." He looked at the girl in front of him and smiled. "Little Star, I haven't been around for a while. Did you miss ?"
Song Xing Xing chuckled. "That's right. I miss teaming up with you. General Huo, you missed the team arena for a few weeks already. My ranking has dropped."
Huo Yun Chen laughed upon hearing her words. "Then, this week I will definitely team up with you, alright? I'll spend so money to trigger so buff."
At this ti, Huo Yun Chen's assistant ca over and whispered so words to him. Huo Yun Chen's expression quickly turned gloomy. Seeing that Song Xing Xing was still watching him, Huo Yun Chen quickly put a smile on his face. "Little Star, I have to go and talk to the producer. Let's et up later."
Song Xing Xing watched his retreating back and thought that Huo Yun Chen was acting a little strange.
