On a failure, go directly to 391 and add codeP0. A moderate success causes you to lose 1 point ofEndurance (as you develop a headache), and you may reconsider your choices at 576. An outstanding success allows you to calm tempers: a few admit that perhaps—possibly—the entirety of the Elves is not completely complicit in the mysterious disappearances spoken of in rumor, nor in the unilateral decision by the Elven King to cease trade. You may therefore perform the normal tavern actions at 503.
