After several leagues through semi-wild forests, the rickety wagon carrying you finally cos into view of a sign of civilization. Spanning a wide river, a small stone bridge is protected by substantial military structures. In comparison, the village on the opposite bank seems quite small.

As you approach, you notice a strong current flowing through the river and nurous reefs hindering navigation. With such a natural border, the fortified structure was probably one of the few crossing points allowing entry into the kingdom of Faraway.
