The light is very dim. Without a more substantial light source, all your characters who are NOTDwarves will suffer a blindness penalty of 2 to ALL their rolls. Blinded characters CANNOT use ranged weapons. You may not be able to see certain details, and the descriptions of locations you receive will likely exceed what your character can really see.
If you have a Lighter and a Torch, light one. It will be lost once you return to sunlight (or a lit area), if an event indicates it is consud, or if Ti increases. (You can then light another or suffer the penalty.)

If you have a Lighter and a Lamp, activate the chanism designed by the Dwarves. The amount of fuel inside the lamp will be sufficient for this entire adventure.
If you are a Magician (Code A6), you can expend 1 Magic point as a torch. A luminous sphere will float above your party, illuminating your path until the next torch extinguishes (note that if this extinguishing is caused by wind rather than the passage of ti, it will not affect your light).
If you obtain one of these light sources (or have another source available), no mber of your party will suffer the penalty. Now return to the morized number.
