These are fairly classic card gas that can be found just about anywhere. A few bets add a bit of spice to the stakes. If you have the money, you can try your luck.
You must wager 5 Coins to play. Then roll 2d6. From 2 to 7, you lose your bet. From 8 to 9, you get it back without any additional money. From 10 to 11, you double it, and at 12, you multiply it tenfold. Then add 1 Ti. You can start again, but when you've had enough of playing, if you're in an inn, go back to 253, and if you're in a tavern, to 503. If you're in a more morable establishnt, go back to the morized number.
