The monkey bares his teeth in a mocking grin. With a movent so swift you don't even see it, he snatches back the purse you stole from him.
“Impressive,” he murmurs. “I've never t anyone as skillful as you... Well, except for encounters with mirrors, of course. But that's no match for the handso monkey king.”
With an amused smile, he opens the purse, his nimble fingers rummaging among the gold coins inside. He pulls out a small, empty jar and tosses it into the air. In a flash, he closes the small bag and clips it back to his belt, then catches the falling container. Pulling out a handful of his fur, he puts it in his mouth. After chewing it for a bit, he places it in the jar. With a movent too swift for you to defend yourself, his clawed hand grazed you, and he spilled a few drops of your blood into the small bottle, murmuring sothing in an unknown tongue before sealing it.

“Your efforts have amused greatly, and they deserve a reward. Take this: it may prove useful should you ever find yourself short of allies. If you discard these enchanted hairs, duplicates of yourself will appear and aid you in battle. Good luck with the dragon; still, it's just a tiny dragon, a re baby compared to the Dragon Kings I once made tremble.”
You thank the Monkey King and continue on your way to 143.
Add 2d6 Monkey King Hairs to your Treasures. At the start of combat, you may discard as many of these hairs as you wish. Each will create a perfect double of yourself with a single Endurance point. They will help you for the duration of the fight before disappearing.
