You reach a crossroads in a landscape of mostly arid hills and groves scorched by a recent fire. The road splits into a small path to the north, a poorly paved road heading east before turning sharply south, and a road going west, gradually veering north through the first foothills of the Boût range. A faded sign indicates, in half-erased letters, “ or or” for the west and “N a t la” for the east. In the bushes on the north side of the road, you find a corpse several months old, almost reduced to a skeleton. It appears to have been stabbed in the back with… an axe… Can we still call it a “stabbing” in this case? Add 1 Ti.
