Because of a sudden decision to have the Hatsune family organize a concert on New Mars, we stayed here for an extra two days. During this ti, the migration project of the Ruins Tribe was initially settled. According to the plan, the landing sites of the twenty-two transport ships ford twenty-two enormous residential clusters, each accommodating millions of people on average. Such a population could not be satisfied by just one city, so all migration points were quickly constructed into large city-states by the Engineering Corps.

We once again used the Xyrin Empire’s signature battleship deploynt technology to fix the giant transport ships for immigrants in place, transforming them into fortress cities. These fortress cities, equipped with powerful energy sources and nurous factories, beca the center for establishing city-states composed of one main city and dozens of satellite cities. The Engineering Corps extensively used colonial architecture pre-fabricated and stored in the public Super Space resource library. These buildings, pre-assembled by mass-produced Hosts and Builders, featured life support systems adjustable to most life-sustaining environnts and general modular interfaces. With just two or three autonomous machines and a few minutes, they could be assembled with other general interfaces into a large, sprawling building complex, expanding like building blocks indefinitely. This was mass-produced and stored in every Engineering Corps’ space resource library, as the number of vassal races in the Empire increased and foreign colonization demands grew ever higher. We could cover a planet in apartnt buildings in just twenty-four hours if needed, as long as we had enough manpower.

Of course, along with three-bedroom apartnts.

Although the general residential modules are not aesthetically pleasing (essentially a stack of several cubes), and their life support systems sowhat lack comfort to accommodate a wide range of life environnts, the Ruins Tribe is extrely satisfied with their new hos. Most of them have never seen such entirely windproof houses in their lives, and so are witnessing brand new indoor data terminals and uninterrupted water supply for the first ti. Even though these are basic facilities, they were enough to amaze them.

It must be said, these immigrants from the Ruins World are incredibly easy to please.

For a long period, the colonial pattern on New Mars will likely remain unchanged. Excluding the native residents in the sanctuary, the new immigrants have twenty-two city-states and one capital in the Northern Hemisphere. The managent of these twenty-two city-states is handled by the Monk Group from the Ruins World. Each regional bishop serves as the highest leader of the city-state, while the capital is located at the ecological do near the sanctuary, with Archbishop Yod still as the leader of the entire tribe.

Although everything is yet to be established, the foundation has been laid. With the support of the Empire, this world should soon prosper.

We also pay special attention to the original inhabitants of this world, the citizens in the sanctuary. First, the Imperial Fleet stationed in this world ensures peace between the two tribes on New Mars and guarantees the new immigrants do not infringe on the sanctuary’s interests—though this is highly unlikely, making such arrangents in advance is necessary. Furthermore, substantial technical support and material support are provided, ensuring that the sanctuary has enough technology and resources to expand outward. This world is vast, and the Ruins Tribe lacks ambition. With the local monitoring by the Imperial Fleet, the sanctuary can develop assuredly over a wide area.

The Hatsune family arrived in this world on the second day, using the cross-world transmission channel opened to all grassroots officials by the Ti-Space Administration Bureau. It is said they even canceled several performances in their original world for this suddenly arranged concert. I still don’t know how Hatsune, a sowhat confused Scallion Warrior, beca an administration bureau reviewer, but it is gratifying to hear she supposedly does her job well—well in the sense that, at least up to now, she has not submitted any reports, though she hasn’t achieved much either. It proved to be a wise decision to invite this family, as their concert was a huge success—residents of the sanctuary enthusiastically welcod the entirety of V family, and even though the Ruins Tribe knew nothing about concerts and professional singers, they still enjoyed this novel cultural event. During the night of the concert’s global broadcast, nearly ninety percent of citizens stayed up all night.

Thus, the immigrants spent their first week in the New World battling jet lag.

Here I might add a remark about the unbelievable popularity of MIKU and LUKA in the Mars Sanctuary. The concert went smoothly and energetically, uplifting almost all the citizens, mainly due to the sisters’ incredible popularity. It was astonishing to find out there was a fans’ club for them in the Mars Sanctuary—it is a city where daily entertainnt activities have nearly been completely abandoned, yet such an organization exists, which is surprising. Upon inquiry, I found out that during a forr carnival, LUKA had once brought Hatsune to this world for a small-scale concert. Although it wasn’t large, it left a significant impression on the people here. Even as the sanctuary gradually beca perated with a depressive atmosphere, the impression remained intact. Now, as the two divas arrived again, they imdiately reactivated the fan clubs amassed back then.

Well, it was a good thing; this adjusted the atmosphere within the sanctuary and essentially served as a grand welco ceremony for the arrival of the Ruins Tribe. It inadvertently increased the sanctuary residents’ acceptance of the Ruins Tribe. If this atmosphere persists for a while, the two tribes might develop a better relationship. Maybe in the future, New Mars will have a festival to commorate the day the Ruins Tribe arrived, which I think is a good idea.

As the last few warships were about to return ho, our whole family prepared to board the shuttle. Due to prior instructions, the platform did not have too many farewells except for the Sanctuary Mayor, Archbishop Yod, and their entourage. There were only so familiar faces seeing us off, such as the Glick siblings and Du Dao Kazuko’s friends.

"Ah ah, you’re returning already?" Glick, who still had little concept of our identities, could cheerfully follow us everywhere. Now hearing that we were leaving, and going to a very distant world, he imdiately felt quite depressed because, with us, he always encountered many interesting new things, "You must have important matters to attend to?"

I thought for a mont, feeling a bit embarrassed about calling going ho to sleep an important matter...

"We have to go ho," I patted the guy on the shoulder, "We’ve been out for more than a month, and we still have to hurry up to proc... um, handle the procedure for your dad, right?"

Upon ntioning this, Glick’s eyes imdiately lit up. "Oh, dad is coming back soon. I want to show him my spaceship! And Dudu!"

I chuckled twice awkwardly, thinking about the mont when this guy faces over two thousand ’dads,’ which is such a terrifying prospect. How should we explain this? If necessary, we can only say that the Hope forced its way through the Storm Ocean, causing all crew mbers to temporarily go mad due to energy radiation... Hopefully, so three-inch-high little fellow can find a way to mitigate this issue, otherwise, we might really need to establish an ethics committee on New Mars first...

Bingdisi had been silently teasing Dingdang on my shoulder. She suddenly said to Glick, "Glick, Shui Zhu, your father is a hero."

"Huh?" The siblings were montarily confused, not knowing what Sister Bing ant.

"Nothing, just felt like saying it suddenly," Bingdisi shrugged, "You’ve always thought your dad is a remarkable person, right? I’m just telling you, he indeed did sothing extraordinary. He saved his world... Well, you’ll understand it later."

Glick imdiately smiled brightly, his face filled with cheerful radiance, "Dad is certainly a remarkable person, and I must beco a hero too!"

"Both father and son seem to be those naive heroic types," Big Sister murmured thoughtfully as Glick led his sister back beyond the safety line, "But the plumber who saved the world and the little boy who saved the town, maybe their hero dreams aren’t naive. Perhaps soday Glick will truly beco soone remarkable."

"I plan on arranging for them to attend the Military Academy soon," I pinched the continually fidgeting little doll’s foot on my head to make her calm down a bit, "Along with a large group of children. The Ruins Tribe needs to quickly grasp the Empire’s basic knowledge and cultivate so talents. This race currently has no systematic civilization or technological foundation. If they aren’t attended to, having left the Ruins Planet and arrived at this natural one, they might regress into a primitive society in no ti."

This was a consideration Sandora and I had before we engaged the Fallen Apostle in combat during the Ruins World. To help a race, it wasn’t enough to provide them with survival resources; we must also impart knowledge to ensure continued advancent. The saying ’teach a man to fish rather than give him fish’ speaks to this truth. However, it seems the Ruins World never had schools or the like, relying entirely on monks recruiting apprentices or artisan families passing down skills verbally. Children erging from this environnt may need so ti to adapt to places like the Imperial Military Academy.

"Speaking of, you guys..."

I thought for a mont, then turned my head to look at the other big family behind . As soon as I spoke, Miku, who was standing closest, leaped back with a terrified expression: "No, no! Definitely not going to that dreadful place again! We’d get captured by that scary little girl!"

"And we’d be forced to wear all sorts of weird clothes." The elegant girl with long pink hair next to Miku also spoke with a fearful expression, muttering under her breath.

LUKA, even soone as graceful as you ended up traumatized by that kid’s mom?

"What’s more terrifying is her horrifying laughter, drooling while muttering about turning our whole family into collectibles... It’s too terrifying, like a wax museum freak!" The Mirror Image Twins trembled and clung to each other, describing to a demon-like terrifying little girl, each taking a turn to speak.

Finally, all the siblings of the Hatsune family shivered simultaneously, exclaiming in unison: "Too terrifying!"

What exactly did the kid’s mom do to torture this family back then?

"Ahem, I’ll educate that person." I scratched my hair awkwardly. Bubbles is a crazed otaku, and everyone knows this well. After coming to Earth, her favorite hobbies include playing gas and collecting rchandise. What is rchandise? The definition is quite broad in her eyes, like life-sized rcury Lamp, life-sized Miku, life-sized Boli Lingng, life-sized Sister Xunyin, life-sized Sargeras, and even life-sized Geta Emperor... Believe , as a fierce Xyrin Host, whatever lifesize things the kid’s mom wants can be effortlessly attained. Her toys are no lesser than those of Little Bubbles.

During the last carnival, the entire Miku family got captured by Bubbles in a frenzy, the whole family wiped out and subjected to all sorts of crazy scenarios. Only Miku managed to escape by running around, but was almost caught later too. This incident left a deep impression on their family, and Shadow City beca a dark hell in the minds of the Hatsune family, haunted by a dangerously extre one-ter demon. Despite most in the Macro World seeing Shadow City as a place worth saving up a lifeti to buy a house in the Third Ring, they alone avoid it like the plague. It’s said they even disguise themselves when attending etings at the Ti-Space Administration.

"Actually, what I wanted to say is, are you guys interested in becoming a touring performance group across the Macro World?"

Watching Miku hiding behind Xunyin like a frightened rabbit, and Xunyin looking as if facing a great enemy, I felt my head was about to explode, "Don’t be so exaggerated, okay?"

"Touring between worlds?" Xunyin, being cooler and more reliable than Miku, revealed an interested expression upon hearing my proposal, "You an, performing in other worlds?"

"I’ve suddenly realized the Empire’s governing network seems to be missing sothing," I answered Xunyin’s question, but my eyes turned towards Sandora, "Look, what are we showcasing in front of the Macro World now? Military, military, and more military. What are our daily affairs? Fighting, fighting, and more fighting. It’s just battles, battles, and battles. Isn’t that strange? From start to finish, the Empire only represented the military role, but for ordinary races, a complete ruling group shouldn’t just be about fighting."

"But the Empire seems to be only military," Sandora shrugged, "We’re a military organization from top to bottom; though there’s private entertainnt, any organized activity is always warfare."

"Of course, Xyrin Apostles can handle this," Big Sister nodded thoughtfully, "But ordinary races couldn’t tolerate this—they need entertainnt, dia, distractions. For ordinary races, these things can sotis be more influential than guns and cannons, and most civilians certainly prefer TV shows over war."

"So I think our Macro World Network should play a role in this area too," I pointed at the Mirror Image Twins who looked eager, "The Macro World is so big, we’ve got talents aplenty, like these folks. Things Xyrin Apostles aren’t good at can be handed over to them to accomplish. Qianqian, didn’t you coax Gaia into setting up XLTV? But that channel currently just broadcasts Pandora’s recruitnt ads and frontline battle reports 24 hours a day, such an utter waste. Now I plan to normalize it, treating it as a dia open to the Macro World. We can insert recruitnt ads, publish the latest frontline battle reports, promote breakthroughs in various fields of technology, and feature world-circling performance programs, any noteworthy event from worlds in the Macro World deserving coverage—the richer, the better."

"Then the connection throughout the Macro World will reach a whole new level," Sandora realized, "I indeed didn’t think of this... Is this what Earthlings call a tool for public opinion?"

"A tool for public opinion is just one of its purposes, but primarily it’s definitely this function." I nodded.

Qianqian lit up in delight, shaking my arm as she cheerfully said, "Ah Jun, my idea is quite useful, right?"

...Did you think of all this when you were fiddling with XLTV?

I silently grumbled a bit, but well, with Qianqian, you don’t need to take her too seriously. Regardless, XLTV indeed was established under her instigation.

Though she soon forgot about it after its creation, this dia channel appearing during the carnival period indeed has persisted till now, with Pandora using it for ads and Sivis broadcasting battle reports. Such a wide-reaching dia completely controlled by the Empire has been idle till now. Thinking back, it truly feels wasteful.

The initial concept of this dia was thus set, and as for the implentation, I’ve decided to hand it over to... Qianqian, although I’m quite worried if she’ll eventually turn this well-plotted plan into a farce. Nonetheless, her boundless energy and talents for unwonted whimsy are indeed suited for creative work. Within monts, Qianqian formulated an initial plan: not only will we establish XLTV, but she also plans to expand this dia into two suites, three suites up to ⑨⑨ suites, encompassing education channels, music channels, military channels, even prenatal education channels. The Hatsune family will beco the first signed artists for the music channel and tour the Macro World with Empire support. Their live performances would be synchronously broadcast on XLTV music channel, and Qianqian’s next plan aims to mimic Survival in the Wild, personally hosting a survival program in extre adversities, focusing on how to escape safely within a hundred-mile radius while a hungry Sandora lurks about. And she is currently seeking a brave challenger—though I presu she’ll find none.

Though quite a few trivial everyday affairs still need addressing, the subsequent work can already be distributed to the leadership of Sanctuary and various tribes of ruins for handling accordingly. Therefore, after bidding farewell to the Hatsune family, we returned to Earth. (To be continued. If you enjoy this work, feel free to visit Qidian (qidian) to vote recomndation and monthly tickets. Your support is my greatest motivation.)
