Lilina jumped up and down on the sofa armrest like a crazy person, loudly declaring herself to be the World King. This girl occasionally falls into such a state of extre excitent. I always thought it was a psychological illness caused by the ntal trauma she accumulated in the past — even Lilina herself has never denied it. Do you think she can be saved?

After hearing Lilina declare that she has already ruled the world, even Bingdisi couldn’t help but poke her head out. The Rogue Goddess suspected that this crazy girl was planning to usurp the throne because the records from the Divine Race were clear that the only true King of the Mortal World was Sandora and ... Later, after realizing that Lilina was just acting crazy, she decisively went back to Sandora to continue researching the four ways to eat buns.

"I say, aren’t you overdoing it?"

I watched Lilina bouncing around on the sofa armrest like a nimble squirrel, and with restrained impulse to pull her down for the third ti, harshly said, "You, the World King? Have you ever seen a World King wear bubble socks?"

Lilina jumped to the ground, casually grabbing Dingdang and placing it in front of : "Lady Goddess beca God when she was a little over three inches tall. Don’t judge strength by appearance. I believe I am capable of ruling the world — as long as you let work my magic."

Dingdang was on my head counting hairs, but was suddenly snatched away by her own Archbishop and, after blinking and looking around in confusion for a while, exclaid, "What’s wrong with three inches? In the Life Goddess Sect, three inches is pretty tall! Dingdang is only one grain of rice shorter than the Supre Life Goddess! Ah Jun, can you give Dingdang back that candy? It’s stuck on your head..."

"Oh, how forgetful can you be!"

I quickly retrieved Dingdang’s candy from my head. The little thing didn’t mind the dirt at all and continued licking it, muttering as it did, "Return mortals to God’s embrace? Lilina’s idea is interesting, though it’s true that mortals on this planet have lost faith for a long ti. But Dingdang thinks it doesn’t matter much. Whether they believe it or not, Dingdang can only eat six pieces of gummy candy a day. It’s up to you, Ah Jun."

"Honestly, what are you really planning to do?"

I pushed Lilina onto the sofa, looking at the little girl’s twinkling big eyes, feeling a headache coming on again.

She is usually too boisterous, and she has a personality that insists on getting involved in every matter, big or small. Perhaps an individual occasionally interfering in sothing isn’t a big deal, but Lilina is like a mixing station of oddities, constantly ddling in everything she can handle, leaving her vividly tasteless marks in every serious matter. Do you think a person with a conscience could do such a thing?

Just like not long ago, she ddled in humanity’s moon exploration mission, openly showing up in front of the moon car’s cara lens. Now I’m starting to suspect she wants this incident to fernt further: Lilina doesn’t seem satisfied with rely stirring up disturbances among ordinary people. She’s preparing a grander script to overturn the world according to her whim.

"You’re still the boss," Lilina sat on the edge of the sofa with an innocent smile. Her little legs swung rapidly in the air, which is how she thinks quickly, "but what I want to do this ti is really simple: Mortals shouldn’t develop on their own. They need a higher power to guide them on what they should do, and the people guiding them were supposed to be you and Sister Sandora. But since neither of you are interested now, that person has to be . I will continue to appear, present myself to mortals as a ghost from an exoplanet civilization, and guide those ignorant folks to think about what they should consider, using the story I prepared for them. Humans should not only know that the universe is not desolate, but they should also know that it is not safe. A civilization continuing for tens of thousands of years can be wiped out in the blink of an eye. This is the common tactic of missionaries: scare you, then control you."

I stared at Lilina until the little girl couldn’t help but turn her head and whistle, then she lowered her head and hugged my arm tightly: "Of course, if you don’t want to, then forget it. I will always listen to you. But I think what I’m doing isn’t wrong."

"Honestly, you just don’t trust humans, do you?"

Finally, I gently rubbed Lilina’s little head, talking casually.

She didn’t answer, but I felt her body stiffen under my hands, clearly revealing her thoughts were hit.

Lilina is definitely not a saint with the world’s welfare at heart, nor is she a sage pondering the future of all humanity. She doesn’t even count as a good person. This tiny girl, standing only one ter and nine centiters, harbors a darkness in her heart that most couldn’t imagine. Although she is the spokesperson of a righteous deity, many tis, her actions make the very leaders of cults tremble with fear — like the ti she slaughtered tens of billions on a planet in the Big Nebula in a matter of seconds. How many Hitlers would it take to rival such an achievent?

Lilina has a fundantal distrust of most mortals. This is a psychological issue rooted in her lifeti experiences. After becoming a demigod, she’s even more entrenched in the belief that all humans are sinful and only she, the great "ntor," could correct them. Of course, this dangerous world view has been adjusted quite a bit under Big Sister’s discipline, but the only thing that hasn’t changed is Lilina’s dedication to controlling all mortals.

She is tirelessly preaching, using thods we find absurd, laughable, childish, even idiotic, to spread the doctrine of Dingdang, the foolish God, throughout the Macro World. I once thought it was just a ga of a little girl who hadn’t let go of her childishness, until one day it hit that hidden within her one ter nine fra wasn’t a child at all, but a soul weathered by ti. And that seemingly laughable Life Goddess Sect, which started with only one believer, has quietly blood across the Multi-universe, gaining over hundreds of billions of believers in several worlds.

There was a report from the Ti-Space Administration that shocked both Sandora and : In at least 1,600 worlds, the Life Goddess Sect has beco the dominant faith, with monks possessing real divine power effortlessly snatching an astounding number of believers from local pseudo-gods. Of these, only a small fraction were personally developed by Lilina, the rest managed by heroic spirits and Lilina’s cultivated close bishops. This little girl has astonishing abilities no one expected. Before we realized it, she has transford that playful sect into the only legally spread religion in the New Empire’s dominions.

The reason behind all Lilina’s endeavors isn’t for so unspeakable little plots, nor is she planning any small maneuvers within the Imperial dominions. The fundantal reason is hilariously simple: she finds mortals unreliable, so she believes enslaving them is the only way to make herself feel secure.

"Only those who listen and obey are safe," Lilina said quietly, her head lowered, "I know it’s weird, I’m not normal, but I must control all mortals, they are all unstable elents... Boss, I’m doing this for your own good..."

"I know, otherwise I’d have hit you with a slipper already."

I steadied Lilina’s head, forcing her face to turn until the little girl was uncomfortable enough to open her mouth to bite .

"As long as you know your limits, Earth is not the Macro World, so no preaching allowed."

"Of course I won’t preach," Lilina waved casually with a relaxed expression, "Actually, that’s exhausting work. Only fools would diligently establish a religion where just a few deceptive words can fool billions of people!"

The little girl’s words relieved instantly, as I wasn’t worried about her deceiving the people of Earth anyway. This world is inherently built on deception — politicians deceiving the public, the church deceiving its followers, teachers deceiving students, everyone deceiving everyone. Adding one more Lilina would simply make her a standout oddball in humanity’s long history of deception, what business is that of mine.

The only real concern is that Lilina must not think about advancing the fourth religion on Earth, no matter the reason, because that would be too troubleso. Nowadays, scrutiny on cults is extrely strict.

I told Lilina to freely go about her business, and she really did, with astonishing efficiency. Just after the Moon exploration spacecraft returned to Earth carrying twenty kilograms of teorite samples, she once again appeared openly in front of ordinary people: as a ghost of extraterrestrial life.

Analyzing the teorite samples from the return capsule involves an issue of research rights. For the first ti in human history, so many countries jointly participated in one plan. To whom do those twenty kilograms of rock really belong?

All of humanity? Nonsense, aside from those saints who can repeatedly win the Nobel Peace Prize for eleven years straight, who sincerely believes such bullshit? Not to ntion, where should the research of these teorite samples take place, and which country is appropriate?

If placed in Russia, the United States is not happy; if placed in the United States, Russia is not happy; if placed in South Korea—all over the world would not be happy. Obama declared that if anyone dared to claim that this rock was dug out from Halla Mountain, he and Putin would each lead three thousand troops to march on Seoul—of course, this sentence was relayed to by Lilina, and its truthfulness depends on her integrity.

Of course, you could choose to cut the stone into dozens of pieces, giving each person a piece to play with, but unfortunately, science can’t be divvied up like a waterlon by kids. The life forms contained within these teorite samples are not uniformly distributed, and the physical properties of the stones themselves are not clear. No one dares to chop them up before research even starts.

So later on, more than a dozen countries deliberated for quite a while, starting from the mont the returning spacecraft passed through the gravitational balance point, and continued deliberating until the spacecraft was retrieved from the Pacific Ocean. They finally reached an agreent: in the Pacific Ocean, where the spacecraft splashed down, an uninhabited island would be selected to jointly establish a research base, where all participating countries would dispatch their own scientists for joint research and open results. This joint research base was later referred to as the "God Factory," which ans a place where humans research the work results of God. Obviously, it is destined to beco the bridgehead for creating a new era of human understanding of the universe. Every result achieved here will forever change Earth’s understanding of the universe and life. However, those are all matters for the future. Right now, the scientists here are worried about an unsolicited guest who "ca" to Earth along with the teorite.

Let’s rewind a bit to the mont when the teorite samples were just transported back to this laboratory, built in two days. Though a bit rudintary, it had already begun to take shape. Let’s take a look at what this research base, which has started to change human society, looks like.

Additionally, regarding the speed of building this laboratory, I must reassess the work efficiency of human potential after it exploded. They managed to construct a research base over 10,000 square ters using prefabricated plastics and airdropped facilities within forty-eight hours, paving a temporary airfield nearby that can accommodate three planes taking off and landing at the sa ti. This efficiency... Indeed, military technology is not the sa thing as civilian technology.

The tal box containing the teorite samples was escorted by a large number of soldiers to the research base, first undergoing a twenty-minute external disinfection and infrared inspection to prevent any "alien objects" from interfering with the following work, then taken into a completely sealed laboratory. The mont the laboratory door closed, it was completely isolated from the outside environnt.

Scientists preparing to participate in the first contact with the teorite were already set in the spacious laboratory. Dressed in heavy protective suits, they even carried fully enclosed oxygen circulation systems that could work for three hours. Except for the absence of NASA logos, they looked just like they were ready for work in outer space. Their wills were stored on another small island three kiloters away, with a military plane on standby at any mont. If the lab were destroyed, the plane would imdiately take these wills back to the holand.

The lab was completely closed off, not only disallowing personnel entry and exit but even the air was internally circulated. Between its several walls were filled with an enzy solution capable of killing all life (at least as life is known to humans). Once the doors closed, it entered an environnt as completely sealed as a spacecraft.

Such strict precautions were in place to ensure that even a single fungus would have to experience at least nine tis nine eighty-one hindrances to exit the room. This was aid at preventing the extraterrestrial life samples within the teorite from spreading into Earth’s environnt. For a long ti, humans have been committed to finding life beyond Earth. However, when it actually appeared in front of humanity, it was terrifying. Nobody knew what impact those extraterrestrial life forms would have on Earth’s ecological environnt. One thing was certain: Earth-made Cold Relief certainly wouldn’t kill a common cold virus from Centaurus. Any extraterrestrial life cell that could successfully survive on Earth would be invincible, with its closest natural enemy possibly billions of light-years away.

Establishing the laboratory on an uninhabited island in the center of the Pacific Ocean was not only to ensure an internationally neutral position in scientific research but also to prevent the Moon exploration vehicle from bringing extraterrestrial life samples polluting Earth’s biosphere. The Moon exploration vehicle and the returning spacecraft were also closely monitored and secured. Despite the severe friction in the atmosphere ensuring the death of potential life forms on the spacecraft’s surface, the Moon exploration vehicle inside might still be contaminated with active cells. So, like the completely sealed laboratory, they were tightly locked in a giant iron canister.

This series of completely closed research facilities was not the only barrier against extraterrestrial life spreading. The ultimate defense barrier was the... nuclear bombs buried beneath these few islands.

If any lifeform from the teorite sample was confird to be hazardous and the lab suffered a leak, these islands would be wiped off the Pacific Ocean in ten seconds with a series of nuclear explosions. All countries involved in the "God Factory" project have resolved to this determination, and the base’s managers are well aware of what they are sitting on. There are plenty of teorite samples; the Moon still holds enough teorite structures to flatten the entire Manhattan district. But if hazardous extraterrestrial life spreads throughout Earth’s biosphere, everyone would be dood.

Lilina saw the scientists’ cautious arrangents as a joke, while Sandora highly evaluated it. Her Majesty the Queen believed that the cautiousness and ticulousness of human scientists were necessary, aligning with the basic spirit of scientific research. Of course, we all know that the cells within those teorites have no impact on Earth’s environnt. If they did, Jaina and the others would have already been prohibited entry. In fact, before today, life from the Otherworld had already contacted Earth’s ecosystem. Recently, didn’t Isana lose quite a large-scale of scales on their nuclear submarine...?

In any case, now, in hindsight, those heavy protective suits worn by the participating experts and scholars don’t seem so ridiculous. It’s not cowardice but responsibility for all of humanity—being the individuals who could freely enter and exit the laboratory. If they were infected, it would be the most probable window for extraterrestrial viruses to enter the atmosphere.

"Sample seal status is good; the laboratory’s air circulation has been activated. We have three hours of work ti."

A staff mber in a heavy protective suit assisted by machinery placed the heavy tal box on the operational table in the middle of the lab, a hissing, leaking voice due to the respirator spoke from the back speaker, "Local ti, 16:17, the teorite sample is opened for the first ti under Earth’s environnt, Hansen, please prepare the recording equipnt."

Another person in a protective suit then pushed a variety of strange devices to the front of the operating table and, under the gazes of a circle of protective suits, the heavy tal box opened.

A piece of irregular stone shining with a dirty dark green tallic luster, texture resembling so kind of crystal, along with many other teorite samples with the sa texture but much smaller in size appeared in front of the scientists.

"It’s indeed beautiful..."

A protective suit couldn’t help but get enchanted by the green, glowing teorite sample, almost unable to move, showing a hint of a geologist.

"It only proves its radiation is strong but not any known radiation." Another protective suit ca over, "First preserve the main body of the teorite; we’ll start with the smallest sample piece."

From experience, the on-site experts deduced that the teorite samples had high-energy level radiation, consistent with the lunar energy burst. However, their glow really wasn’t related to radiation. Salon Evil Iron inherently glows, but it seems Earth’s scientists might recognize that only after Yogg-Saron travels to Earth.

As the series of protective suits nervously and diligently brought the teorite samples apart to different stages, those crystal-like stones started to gradually emit a faint glow... (To be continued.
