Bingdisi is truly a miraculous character, oh, there’s no malice in saying that at all; after all, everyone in my family is quite miraculous, and Bingdisi is just one of the more peculiar ones.

She belongs to the type of person with bravado so thick that she acts carefree, even when facing an army, boldly sticking up her middle finger and wielding a brick ready to fight anything and everything. When she heard that her sister needed cover, and facing the Fallen Apostle struggling to break free from the flagship fleet of the Senluo World, this female hooligan imdiately rolled up her sleeves, holding a Hard Shell Bible nearly ten centiters thick in one hand, and fiercely charged towards the enemy: "For the damn Holy Light!"

If I were the Holy Light, would you believe that I would rather die here at this mont?

A mont later, Bingdisi realized none of her comrades followed her: except for that slightly dopey and incredibly obedient Dragon God girl. After being blasted in the face with near defense guns, she dragged the confused Lin and dashed back hurriedly: "Why didn’t you guys follow!? I’m all charged up for battle!"

I threw this female hooligan to the side, nearly exasperated: "That’s an entire fleet! There are at least tens of thousands of soldiers! As long as even one remains, they could press the self-destruct button. Are you planning to single-handedly clear out all the crew mbers on those ships? Can you use a bit of sense?!"

Bingdisi stared at blankly, then nodded after a mont of realization: "Oh right, we’re not here to dismantle ships..."

Sister’s power can disable an enemy’s self-destruct systems for a certain period, but to bring all those ships back intact, we must ensure that every crew mber aboard is eliminated or captured. Otherwise, once Sister’s power runs out, as long as there’s one enemy crew mber with self-destruct authority, those ships will still be destroyed. It’s unrealistic to expect just a few of us to cleanse all crew mbers on dozens of giant ships within this ti fra; it’s not a matter of combat capability. Moreover, we’re all clueless about starship technology and structure. Without signposts, I could get lost on my own Mother Ship. Given this, having us capture a fleet of ships dozens of kiloters long is like handing a toothbrush to save the world...

The best suited for this kind of task are the Armored Scorpions.

Monina’s Senluo World can hold on a bit longer, so Yelsen decided to trust his sister, yet he still tightened his grip on his weapon, revealing his true nature as a sister-con. anwhile, I contacted the Imperial Admiral to summon the Armored Scorpions, who had been standing by at the rear, to the battlefield.

Led by Vega, the Scorpion Sisters appeared exceptionally excited, tumbling through space, their massive Ship-Slicing Blades swinging with fierce vigor—if only there were wind in space. These battle-savvy, violence-prone warriors had been pent up for too long; they were designed as lee units, yet in space battles, Armored Scorpions had hardly any chance to participate. You can’t expect this group of lee weapon enthusiasts to form anti-aircraft fortifications with the Crystal Cannons on their tails; though admittedly, seeing a group of Armored Scorpions perched on the deck, tails raised firing at enemy aircraft is quite endearing. Regardless, Armored Scorpions often find themselves frustrated during space battles, benched to listen to battle reports and watch others fire the cannons. But once these scorpions encounter a task that only they can solve, they imdiately forget their frustrations and beco quite cheerful with excitent: just like now. No wonder the Ravens referred to the Scorpion Soldiers as the apostles with the most uncomplicated thought process in history.

"In a mont, Monina will open a ’door’ for you to enter the Senluo World," Big Sister pulled Vega’s tail, bringing her in front of herself, "I will use Curse Power to suppress the flagship fleet, ensuring all their devices fail, including self-destruct and internal defense systems. Your task is to clear all enemies on every ship within twenty minutes, then sabotage the ship’s mainfra to prevent the mainfra from ordering the ship to disassemble itself."

Vega imdiately nodded in understanding, then raised her giant blade in her hand, and a thousand armored scorpions promptly ford a neat line in space ahead of her. Scorpion Sister nodded and spoke in the spiritual link: "Now, let’s discuss tactics!"

"Yes!" A large group of Scorpion matriarchs responded resoundingly in the spiritual link, aligning their tails with disciplined precision.

"Charge in, and slash with all your might!"

"Yes!"

"That’s it."

"Stop!" I slapped Vega on the shell of her lower body, "I want those ships intact! Your actions need to be cautious, precise!"

Vega nodded in understanding again, then commanded her scorpion soldiers: "Charge in, and slash with all your might—cautiously!"

I slapped again: "Capture as many alive as possible! We need intel, intel!"

Vega hesitated briefly, then displayed a knowing smile after a mont of thought: "Charge in, and cautiously slash with all your might—slice them till they’re half dead!"

"Yes!"

"That’s it."

Then a group of Armored Scorpions declared the combat eting concluded, the tactical targets and operational strategies morized in mind, and they charged towards the enemy’s flagship fleet struggling under the Senluo World’s conditions, with cheerful hearts, the Giant Ship-Slicing Blades in their hands radiating energy-light and disrupting spatial waves. Monina’s Shadow Power made the enemies’ path almost infinitely distant, but it couldn’t prevent their counterattacks. Since Ghost Energy is a superluminal, unrestrained energy, the Fallen Apostles, even under the Senluo World’s influence, could counterattack the fast-approaching Armored Scorpions. I saw the sporadic rise of anti-aircraft guns on the enemy ships’ surfaces covered by black shadows, then the Scorpions’ advancing route was covered by a rather sparse firepower net. I should be grateful: to plunge into the Imperial Army’s main formation, the Fallen Apostles had to cut down energy usage and reduce the load on the warships’ jump fields, abandoning most of their auxiliary weapon modules, including nurous near-defense and anti-aircraft turrets. Otherwise, Vega and her scorpion soldiers definitely wouldn’t dare charge like this: they’d at least have to apply for so Assault Ships or Super Space-ti Assault Soldiers for assistance.

Under equal technology, any single-unit soldier advancing under a warship’s firepower net is difficult; this is a rule soldiers abide by on ninety percent of battlefields, excluding, of course, when the enemy voluntarily dismantles their anti-aircraft guns, like right now.

The Armored Scorpions can arguably be considered the soldiers with the strongest single-unit defense capabilities, aside from special units like Sicaro; they charged towards the sparse anti-aircraft firepower net with unstoppable montum and a bizarre "happy atmosphere," rely dodging the most powerful attacks, completely ignoring small artillery (apart from superluminal shots like Ghost Energy Bombardnts that can’t be dodged), using their strong rigid shields and armored bodies to withstand the gunfire. They even had spare ti to wave their Phase Shift Blades, directly slicing through incoming tangible weapons. Like a pack of rampant wolves, they charged at the cumberso giant beasts trapped in thorny snares— for a Starship Commander, seeing a group of such frenzied heavy cutters erging in space, ready to invade their ship, is undoubtedly an imnsely thrilling scenario. I can assure you, in the Old Empire Era, when a group of Armored Scorpions charged toward a giant starship, the ensuing ship-cleansing battle often even led to the enemy’s own breakdown: these scorpions were like viruses that infiltrate the body and devour every cell.

I was montarily stunned, then couldn’t help but twitch the corners of my mouth as I glanced at my sister beside : "Are they really okay?"

"They’ve always been like this," my sister smiled, "Although they appear sowhat simple-minded, the Armored Scorpions’ ’tactics’ have never failed; perhaps they possess their unique combat wisdom..."

This short distance is nearly a blink of an eye for the Armored Scorpions, although a layer of force field surrounding large warships prevents jumps, the Scorpions’ all-out assault speed is no less than that of the fastest Assault Ship. At this range, they don’t need a jump. In a matter of monts, the frenzied predators broke through the firepower net, like small, yet deadly bullets, thumping against the enemy’s armor layer: beforehand, using the Phase Shift Blades’ unique space-cutting function, they created a gap in the enemy ships’ shields. The armor panels of those black spacecraft imdiately began to counterattack, with powerful energy shockwaves sweeping through from bow to stern, akin to a rampant wind. Simultaneously, a multitude of guard drones sward out of Mother Ships’ hangars, desperately trying to sweep away the Armored Scorpions nailed down on the deck: this is the final resistance a ship can take upon stark direct attacks from Armored Scorpions. Once this line of defense falls, no ship can rely on its fragile internal defenses to withstand the scorpions’ massacre.

These resistances did have an effect; so Armored Scorpions happened to land in areas dense with counterattack forces, getting charred black by energy surges then forcibly blasted off—perhaps so even suffered unfortunate death and had to enter the recovery rebirth sequence, but more of the scorpions steadied their steps, raising their giant blades in wild joy, drilling into the enemy’s hard shell. These frenzy-driven drill enthusiasts savored the sensation of carving out holes with the Ship-Slicing Blades on interstellar alloy, and I watched them, like real scorpions burrowing into earth dens, disappear into breaches on the enemy ship’s surface, each ship infiltrated by at least double-digit Armored Scorpions.

To the fragile interior of a starship, this was already a fatal amount. In such an environnt, a Scorpion Soldier could instantly kill any ordinary soldier, even including the enemy’s subordinate commanders, and their more deadly fortress destruction ability could paralyze the starship in a very short ti. Sure enough, minutes after the Scorpions invaded the enemy ship, the latter’s already limited counterattack firepower and the main cannon that had been outputting like crazy gradually fell silent. The guard drones and a few single soldier fighter jets that rushed out of those carrier hangars also moved sluggishly because their command systems were in chaos. Seeing this, Big Sister nodded slightly: "It’s ti to act——before the enemy self-destructs."

Because the enemy’s defense systems and internal command had already half-collapsed, we relatively smoothly approached that flagship formation nearby. The Big Sister did not need to touch every starship to cast curses; she just needed to understand a single target and could use a "taphorical lock" that only she could understand to precisely lay her curse upon every enemy. Quickly, under our cover, she spread the curse, while inside the enemy ship, Vega and other Scorpion Soldiers were engaged in a bitter struggle with the enemy’s high-end forces: the situation of fierce fighting instantly collapsed, and according to reports from the Scorpion Soldiers, incidents of the enemy accidentally injuring themselves rose to a hundred percent in the past few seconds...

Scorpion Soldiers began to eliminate all the life reactions they could detect, and Monina returned from the shadow world, appearing beside us. Her face looked a little pale, and Yelsen was very concerned: "Girl, you’re so pale!"

Monina thought for a mont and then slapped her brother onto a passing teorite: "I am a mber of the Dark Divine Race!"

"Little Dragon Girl, make a hole." Bingdisi motioned with her mouth to Lin Nu, who imdiately transford into a giant dragon, and then heaved and clawed and gnawed and dug a hole big enough for an assault ship to fly directly into on the nearest enemy flagship. For the first ti, I saw a Dragon God even using its back molars to dig a hole like this. Then we rushed into the already basically fallen enemy ship, leaving behind a silly-smiling Golden Two-headed Dragon coughing and spitting out alloy scraps in outer space, each chunk as big as a door panel; this girl truly had a forthright heart.

Oh, and Yelsen, half of his body stuck in the teorite, was also left outside. He wanted to co with us to take over the enemy ship but was pushed back by Monina, who inexplicably felt a bit displeased. She told her brother to wait outside. Yelsen initially didn’t want to comply, but Bingdisi said: "Listen to your sister."

Yelsen was now still pondering whether Sister Bing had ant for him to listen to his sister or his sister... I figured he probably wouldn’t figure it out anyti soon.

Inside the enemy ship was already a heap of ruins and debris.

We were positioned mid-ship, in a section obviously remodeled as a tactical center. This place should originally have had more than a kiloter of multilayer protective layers, under which should have been broad and magnificent warship corridors and large facilities, but a certain imnsely powerful giant dragon destroyed it all. Lin, using the most violent thod, tore and gnawed out this big hole; twelve layers of armor and upper corridor areas, like a layered marble cake, exposed on the cave’s outer wall, with huge flashes of lightning bursting between layers of tal supports.

When the armor was destroyed, the self-protection chanism here activated, preventing gases and other substances leaking out of the spaceship from forming ordinary starship breakage-induced hurricanes, instead resembling slowly evaporating dust. The outer protective layers above us were rapidly healing; it seed like a basic seal could be completed in a few minutes: functions like armor self-healing were independently controlled by the ship’s shell resetting systems throughout, unaffected by the damage Armored Scorpions caused in the control center, which wouldn’t affect such spacecraft "reflex actions."

The lighting system along this corridor was still intact, though the floor and walls seed a bit tilted: the result of Lin’s brute force damage. There were no signs of battle in the corridor nor any life reactions from Fallen Apostles nearby. It appeared that after the Scorpions invaded the battleship, they lured all fighting personnel away, leaving the surface corridor empty: those highly destructive ’Chopper Gang’ girls, once they appeared inside the enemy ship, had a significantly provocative effect.

Speaking of the Fallen Apostles’ starship interior... this atmosphere was indeed uncomfortable.

We quickly passed through the surface corridor, heading towards the bridge. The Scorpion Soldiers attacking this starship reported they had mostly controlled the starship’s core area, suggesting safety along this route. Along the way, we saw several standby Guard Towers multiple tis. Those guard towers were definitely activated, peeking out from behind originally hidden tal armor plates, but they showed no reaction to us invaders, with the information screens at their rear revealing unexplained malfunctions in the warship’s alert system.

"The guard towers are scrapped," I couldn’t help but mutter, "seems like the influence of the curse power."

"Ha... it’s so lacking in challenge... I barely fought at all this ti after coming out, why is it over already..."

Bingdisi, following at the end of the group, kept grumbling to herself since earlier. This female hooligan’s violent tendencies started flaring up ever since the fleet left Shadow City, but because this battle went so smoothly, she hadn’t had the chance to vent out her burning aggression. Kenser couldn’t resist comnting: "That ans the battle has gone well, very well, very well..."

Bingdisi glared fiercely at Uncle Kenser: "What ’very well,’? If I don’t smash sothing today, I won’t be able to sleep tonight..."

Perhaps Bingdisi’s mouth indeed deserved a slap. No sooner than she spoke, I sensed a group with high energy reactions quickly approaching from the end of the corridor.

At least high-level commanders.

"Attention, engage!" Monina imdiately warned in a low shout, quickly drawing her ever-present black short knife. In the next instant, shadow power spread from her as the center, instantly masking everyone’s presence completely.

Monts later, indeed, a dozen figures rushed out from the end of the corridor, matching our predictions, all donning the military uniforms of the Fallen Apostle high-level commanders: precisely the commanders of this fleet.

They should have just retreated here from the command center, and the bluish radiance exuding from their wounds indicated these individuals had just experienced fierce combat. However, I did not see any Armored Scorpions accompanying.

It seed the Scorpion Soldiers who broke into the command center had encountered trouble; at least they failed to stop these formidable enemies. After all, the total commanders of a fleet typically held at least a major general rank, equivalent to Leader Level Apostles. Even after being weakened by Big Sister’s curse power, they were not opponents ordinary Scorpion Soldiers could handle.

...Those ’Chopper Sisters’ sure are hot-blooded and charged with fervor, regardless of how strong the enemies were, let’s hope they weren’t defeated too miserably.

Despite so anxiety over the Scorpion Soldiers, apprehending these enemies mattered most since they were likely the Fallen Apostle’s invasion commanders this ti. With the overall battle trend established, capturing enemy commanders alive would an a huge added success: these people certainly hold much intelligence of interest to us.

Having just escaped from the Scorpion Soldiers’ pursuit, confronting such a group like us clearly caught these enemy commanders by surprise, but as warriors, they quickly demonstrated their fierce side. Facing opponents whose energy reactions were now describable as downright frenzied, these Fallen Apostle high officers instantly switched into combat stance, bullets loaded, blades forward, adopting a death-fight formation.

Big Sister deployed her Misfortune Rebound Field, constantly prepared to interrupt the enemy’s self-destruction actions under duress. Monina flicked her dual blades lightly, her entire being retreating into shadow. anwhile, Bingdisi wielded her Holy Longbow and stood at the forefront of the team, embodying a goddess surrounded by holy light, elegantly pulling the bow and nocking the arrow, her posture extended:

"What freaking power of the holy light!!"

Kenser and I exchanged glances, feeling like there’s not much left for us to do...(To be continued. If you enjoyed this work, you’re welco to visit Qidian (qidian) to vote for recomndations and monthly tickets; your support is my greatest motivation.)
