Chapter 1103: Chapter 1103: Limited Enhanced Anniversary Edition Bomb (↓)

“Listen to the Prophet’s words to survive.” Lin Xue shook her head again, as if she had already placed herself into the role of the High Order Officer from the Fifteenth Day Zone, despite not knowing anything about this officer’s life story—other than what Orelia had just ntioned.

“Did you divide the Mother Star in order to avoid Abyss Infection?” Sandora asked.

“Yes,” Orelia nodded, “The Xyrin Civilization has a unique feature, which is that it possesses both technology and mysticism as two independent, yet complete technical systems. Even if one system were to disappear completely, the other system still has its complete foundation to continue. Therefore, after much discussion, His Majesty the Emperor and his senior advisors decided to organize all the information from the Fifteenth Day Zone, and then split it into two parts, giving each part the established concept of ‘the only true Capital Star of the Fifteenth Day Zone.’ This is the situation you observe now.”

The Mother Star of the Fifteenth Day Zone has two copies, one of which contains only the creations of the technology side, while the other holds only things from the mysticism side. anwhile, all the Angel Envoys of the Fifteenth Day Zone were also divided, isolated from each other, even to the point of forgetting each other’s existence…

“The division wasn’t a hundred percent precise, leaving a small amount of overlapping content. In this world, you can still find ancient technological data. I think, on the other half of the Mother Star, there are records of magic too. This was to maintain the most basic connection between the two divided Mother Stars, at least so that after one part awakens, there is still a chance to redevelop the other technical system. For just this ‘preservation threshold,’ we calculated for a full 132 years,” Orelia said.

Sandora pondered for a while, then suddenly nodded: “In the process of Abyss destroying things, the target to be destroyed should be unique, but you created from the Concept Layer two completely different yet equally real Mother Stars. The information of these two Mother Stars is entirely isolated, not producing even a byte of interference. Even though they are both real and unique ‘Mother Star,’ they won’t produce a paradox—Ah Jun, you can understand it like this: in a storage device, the sa directory cannot have two files with the sa na and type. But if these two files are in the sa nad directory on two separate storage devices, they won’t interfere, because they are physically isolated and will never overlap in information. If they had thoughts, they might not even be aware of the other’s existence, thus maintaining their divided state firmly. Of course, things are more complex where the Mother Star of the Fifteenth Day Zone is concerned because there is only one Void, and there is no second storage device available for the Mother Star of the Fifteenth Day Zone, so it avoids paradoxes through mutual division, akin to recording two originally overlapping pieces of information in the sa channel section using high-frequency and low-frequency. This way, as long as there is no information flow between the two, the existence or non-existence of the other Mother Star is irrelevant to this system.”

I nodded to show I understood, Sandora was now quite skilled at translating profound knowledge into a level even I could understand. I thought for a mont and expressed my comprehension: “This way, when the Abyss destroys the Mother Star, it can only destroy one, after which it will encounter ‘file na or directory not empty, deletion failed.’ I used to see this often on my computer, leaving an undeletable folder. Similarly, after the Abyss impact has passed, the remaining half of the Mother Star would be forever safe.”

Lin Xue kicked from behind: “Reduce browsing H-websites in the future; you can now watch live at ho.”

I: “…” During such a serious mont, how could Miss Lin remain so improper?

“I don’t know what exactly you’re talking about, but it seems your understanding is correct,” Orelia focused her attention on , “this is indeed how we preserved half of the Fifteenth Day Zone.”

“Schrodinger’s cat, enhanced limited edition,” Lin Xue muttered seriously, “because there’s a half-dead cat, so simply split it into two parts, both dead and alive, thus inevitably leaving one alive… this seems an incorrect understanding… whatever, I give up. Such high-level matters are better left to you all to ponder.”

“Now it seems the ones who were finally preserved are Pandora and the others,” I glanced at Pandora and Alaya, Pandora’s face remained unreadable, only Alaya appeared deeply absorbed, but she was destined not to empathize with this piece of history, “so this half of the Mother Star suffered the Abyss impact?”

“That’s the biggest issue,” Orelia glanced at , “as you can see, although this world is a complete ss, it still exists. If it had been eroded by the Abyss, nothing should have been left behind here—that is to say, if everything went according to plan, when Lord Alaya awoke on the other half of the Mother Star, this place should have already turned to ash. The plan of that year now resulted in an unexplained wonder: both of the Mother Stars have been preserved, even if one is now broken, but ‘broken’ and ‘disappeared’ are two different concepts.”

I couldn’t help but glance at Sandora, hoping she knew how to explain this phenonon.

“The problem likely stems from the result of engaging with the Void Creatures back then,” Sandora rubbed her temples, trying hard to organize the information, “apart from the Void Creatures, I can’t think of anyone else who could distort everything like this.”

“If both Mother Stars have been retained, and they start intersecting in information again, what would happen?”

I thought of many terrible outcos and began worrying, as Orelia said, both Mother Stars have been given the established concept of ‘the only real’ Mother Star Gaia, which ans they are both real and unique. When their information was completely isolated, such a conflict wouldn’t surface, because concerning either half of the Mother Stars, the other half doesn’t exist. But now, the conceptual division between the two Mother Stars obviously can no longer be maintained, what will happen then?

According to general reasoning, annihilation phenona would erge at this point…

“The information intersection again…” Orelia seed to be pondering this issue too. She paused for a few seconds before suddenly smiling lightly, “So, that’s what Lady Reiji intended back then!”

Noticing everyone’s puzzled expressions, Orelia pointed at the Commander’s Sword in Big Sister’s hand: “I always couldn’t understand why His Majesty left a key on both parts of the Mother Star to release the state of conceptual division, theoretically such a setup is aningless, because preserving any part of the Mother Star implies the other half has already been destroyed by the Abyss, and it shall no longer exist in any past, present, or future history when destroyed in an information-divided state. Under such circumstances, even if the conceptual division gets lifted, it has no aning since the divided information has already vanished into smoke, a nonexistent piece can’t be pieced together. But His Majesty left this key… she did so at Lady Reiji’s suggestion.”

“She knew both Mother Stars would be preserved early on?” Sandora’s eyes widened, “That officer nad Reiji, could she predict things to such a degree? If so, then she’s at least qualified to be another Emperor!”

“She indeed achieved this,” Orelia quietly glanced in Lin Xue’s direction, “but it ca at the cost of her eternal life. You folks should know from the earlier records that in order to preserve the Capital of the Fifteenth Day Zone, Lady Reiji and Lady Vanna chose to sacrifice themselves. This was their sacrifice—even the Xyrin Apostle has limited power; Lady Reiji, with her Prediction Ability, couldn’t see through the Void, but she had to find the only path to hope after the catastrophe, and this path likely involved harnessing the Void’s power. Hence, she sublimated her soul, subrged herself in the Void, giving up eternal life, and with the end of Lady Vanna’s power imdiately fading into decay as the price, to gain such a mighty force. Lady Vanna did the sa; we spent thousands of years creating a special Dragon Clan that could still recognize the information of the Star Domain Dragon God in a conceptually divided state. We fine-tuned their life position so they would have no opportunity to leave this world, and on the other half of the Mother Star, we did similar things. We added a special communication channel to the Mother Xyrin Host nad Gaia, which could receive a few pre-set awakening signals in an information-sealed state. After accomplishing these two tasks, we have a hundred years of respite: clearly, ti, all of this needed ti, and ti was what Lady Vanna secured for us. She is the Secret Technique Master who can control ti, by sacrificing life in the Void, she placed the entire Capital of the Fifteenth Day Zone under a protective layer with a delay of 1,300 years as the price of imdiate death.”

All eyes turned to Qianqian at once, the girl who was busy whispering with Visca imdiately looked curiously at Orelia, and took a mont to react, pointing at her chin: “Are you talking about ?”

“Presumably, presumably about you,” Bingdisi concisely said, then lifted her little finger provocatively and waved it at and Big Sister and the others, “Can you explain these two’s situation now? Reincarnation? Or sothing else?”

“I don’t know,” Orelia shook her head, “I’m confused, His Majesty’s soul is still there, but she possesses a… strange body. After the concept split, she was originally ‘bound’ to this world, but due to not returning in ti, she seems to have lost all mories of this world, aning she and both parts of the Mother Star have been split apart… along with the two commanders who sacrificed themselves in the past. ” Orelia said, looking at Qianqian and Lin Xue, “Though I’m sorry to say this, I cannot recognize your identities. There’s only a small part of you that can be identified, which is the subtle power fluctuations. Other than that, your souls are completely unfamiliar to .”

“Is the ID fake?” Miss Lin sighed, but there wasn’t much concern on her face, “The only completely blank part between us now is what happened after the Sky Zone Emperor found that Void Creature back then in the Fifteenth Day Zone. Why didn’t she return promptly, but instead was reborn on Earth as a human after so many years? Why didn’t this half of the Mysterious Side Mother Star disappear as originally planned, leaving behind such a large pile of fragnts? Why did the two commanders who theoretically should have died, as well as definitely would have died—,” the Miss pointed to herself, then to Qianqian, “end up like this—only the power is sowhat related, but the soul wasn’t preserved like the Sky Zone Emperor’s.”

“I think this last point can be explained because you truly died once,” Bingdisi showed a thoughtful expression, “That one nad Vanna died the instant she opened the large shield for the Capital World, and that one nad Reiji had very short remaining life-span, but extended it a while due to Vanna’s power. At the end of the century-long expedition, they most certainly died too, leaving the only ones dead being you two. The Sky Zone Emperor and that newborn Void Creature didn’t die…”

Miss Lin frowned as she looked at Bingdisi for a long ti and finally couldn’t hold back her words: “Why does it sound so awkward to ?”

“Right, it should be awkward if you’re still alive and hearing others discuss when you died. If you’re not awkward then it should be who’s awkward,” I pulled Lin Xue over and kissed her, “Having just one Qianqian is enough.”

The Miss was startled at first, then she reacted: “What are you doing! Why act crazy with so many people around!”

Usually, she only got used to affectionate contact with when no one’s around, even allowing slightly larger gestures, but definitely not in front of others. Now this kiss in front of everyone was clearly breaching the timid yet outwardly vigorous Miss Lin’s sha line. Seeing her flush spreading to the roots of her neck, I knew that without a reasonable explanation, she might end up practicing all the fighting techniques she learned from childhood until now onsite.

I slowly exhaled, feeling my thoughts finally cooled down, and smilingly looked at Lin Xue: “It’s nothing, just suddenly thinking maybe we’re destined on a previous lifeti…”

“Destined your sister! In your past life you were probably just a dead fetus, and I probably didn’t even get to talk to you much before dying in my past life.” Miss Lin vigorously wiped her mouth, “Besides, I don’t even have a leftover soul, who promised anything to you in past lives…”

Despite her tough words, which also seed quite logical, the increasingly evident blush on her face didn’t lend much persuasion, and I chuckled, pinching her nose. Surprisingly, what usually would have made her jump up in anger didn’t provoke a reaction this ti, what could that an?

Qianqian’s eyes turned around mischievously, giggling as she drew closer: “Ah Jun, can I get a kiss too~~”

Orelia looked at the unfolding scene in stunned silence, which I imagine was visible on her face even though I couldn’t see it. After a long while, she finally spoke: “Your reactions… are quite strange.”

“Get used to it, they all have that disposition,” Bingdisi patted Orelia’s wing, “pressure syndro, they go a bit crazy when facing hyper-extended situations. Now, let’s discuss the subsequent matters, by the way, do you know how much of the Mysterious Side Mother Star survives here? Is there anything usable? Where have those original commanders gone?”

Sandora looked at Bingdisi in a peculiar way, “Why do you sound like you’re one of the Imperial people?”

Bingdisi was startled, then slapped her forehead, “Damn it, I’ve been with you guys for so long that I almost forgot I’m from the Divine Race…”

“The commanders who were asleep back then,” Orelia’s gaze couldn’t help but drift over us, though her mouth didn’t pause, “including , there are 301 Mysterious System officers in total, but except for who stayed as a Watcher in the surface world, everyone else’s dormancy locations have sunk to the bottom layer of the world’s fundantal information aspect. They are now stored in the worldview as data of the bottom layer of this world. Since the Mother Star here has already been destroyed and there was no normal awakening process, it might take so ti to summon those commanders back, but it will just take ti. As for the army… there isn’t much, except for so Ancient Era guards possibly hibernating in the ruins, the Mysterious Side army originally stationed on the surface must have been dragged into the cracks of the universe and Void Domain by the impact. Occasionally, you might find so remaining dormant facilities from the world fragnts, but don’t have high hopes for this place to retain its army. Similarly, the infrastructure is the sa. Once I awoke I found this universe already fractured, and perhaps all the infrastructure we left behind back then was also finished.”

Compared to the Pandora Army which retained a relatively intact structure, only needing repairs on spacecraft and heavy industry facilities, the current condition of the Mysterious Side army left on this fragnted Mother Star was rather bleak. According to Orelia, the entire Mysterious Side army only had three hundred and one commanders left, all loneso leaders without soldiers, equipnt, or even a base—I wasn’t sure if they could still be called an army in this situation.

But compared to the original plan wherein if the Technology Side Mother Star survived the Mysterious Side Mother Star had to perish, this current situation was already beyond reproach.

“You probably can’t integrate into our permission system yet,”

Sandora looked at Orelia, noticing that even though she could confirm our identities, she hadn’t confird each of our positions within the permission list. “I am Sandora Kervy Yurasis, the Imperial Emperor.”

“Unable to confirm your permissions, only able to discern that you are compatriots,” Orelia nodded, “Perhaps the permission lists of all Mysterious Side survivors need to be reloaded, otherwise we will be independent from the current Empire system. But this process must be done personally by our Monarch, please understand that for now, most of you in my eyes still belong to permission-unknown individuals.”

Only allowed by her Monarch—I glanced at Big Sister, eting her troubled smile, “I’m still not quite adapted…”

“Hurry and adapt,” Sandora sighed with a wry smile, “I fear we have plenty to handle.” (To be continued. If you like this work, feel free to vote at Qidian (qidian) with recomndation tickets and monthly tickets, your support is my biggest motivation.)
