278 Reaching state of Mind as the World

It took him a long ti to understand such a simple fact, visualization is the power of the mind and his state of altering reality was at a very amateur level now that he thinks about it.
Only at the level of altering reality, one can turn so things from virtual to real, this is not on the level of laws or even higher like this neutron star.
