Though she was saying all this, a hidden joy twinkled in her heart.
If she really disliked Bai Xiaofan, she wouldn’t just exchange a few words with him—instead, she’d thrust a sword straight into his heart!
Since they had arrived early in the morning, they decided to grab so breakfast at a nearby diner before heading to the mall when it opened.
After wandering around the mall and spending over twenty thousand yuan, they erged laden with shopping bags and hailed a taxi to head to the Dahai Hotpot Restaurant.

The towering man ignored Bai Xiaofan’s words entirely, waving the mop nacingly, as though he might actually strike him.
“Stop right there, Big Guy!”
Just then, a strong male voice bood from outside the restaurant.
Soon after, a pair of middle-aged adults entered through the door.
Bai Xiaofan noticed that as soon as these two entered, Xiao i’s body seed to tremble slightly.
These must be Xiao i’s parents.
“Hey Boss, they’re probably sent here by Da Fei.
Let throw them out before we officially open, so they don’t make trouble later!”
The towering man grumbled rudely, oblivious to the shift in atmosphere.
But the middle-aged couple who had just arrived paid no attention to him.

Bai Xiaofan enthusiastically extended his hands, clasping Xiao Dahai’s firmly and introducing himself without hesitation.

Let’s head to my house, then!”
Xiao Dahai gave Bai Xiaofan a thorough once-over, looking pleased with what he saw, and turned to address the towering man and the others.

On the way, Bai Xiaofan originally intended for Xiao i and her mother, Li Yufen, to sit together.
