Chapter 1012: Chapter 1008 Asito Immortal
“How could it be… Even Mr. Asito can’t save India… Who else is there to save…”

Aishwarya had her reasons for her actions, and Ye Tian did not argue further but instead continued to lead Aishwarya on their climb.

Overall, there was a reason for the Immortal Asito choosing to seclude himself at the summit of Mount Kailash.
Although this is a sacred mountain for India, it lies outside Indian territory, so the reach of the Indian deities doesn’t extend this far because there are powerful forces here as well.

Ye Tian and Aishwarya searched around the summit of Mount Kailash and found a temple, a tiny temple, even smaller than those in small towns.

They arrived at the main hall of the temple, where an elderly monk in his seventies was sitting in ditation on a cushion. Upon seeing Ye Tian and Aishwarya arrive, he imdiately rose.
“Immortal Asito, I am Aishwarya, and I’ve brought my friend!”
Aishwarya called out to the monk, who appeared to be the Immortal Asito she had spoken of.
However, upon seeing Aishwarya, this pen pal, the Immortal Asito did not utter a word. He slowly walked to Ye Tian’s front, then did sothing that took everyone by surprise!

Aishwarya was shocked and said, “Immortal Asito, you are a venerable elder; why would you kneel in front of us juniors?”
But Asito, the Immortal kneeling on the ground, shook his head and said, “In front of the ‘Child of Prophecy’, what do my knees count for? To be able to save India, what does my life count for?”
Asito’s words made Ye Tian and Aishwarya look at each other in confusion, neither of them knowing what Asito really ant.
Ye Tian smiled and said, “Asito Immortal, the reason I ca here is because of the letter you sent to Aishwarya, where you told that as long as I saw you, I would be able to reunite with my wife. If you cannot fulfill my wish, I might turn into the ‘Child of the Demon’!”
Ye Tian’s words carried a hint of killing intent, because he and Aishwarya traveled far to reach the peak of Mount Gang Rinpoche, not to be teased by soone. If he couldn’t find the person he wanted to et here, Ye Tian might change his attitude at any ti.
Asito Immortal naturally felt the killing intent emanating from Ye Tian’s body, and he didn’t dare to slack off. He imdiately stood up, then let Ye Tian and Aishwarya sit down on the cushions, and prepared tea for them, also serving so snacks.
Aishwarya said in surprise, “Asito Immortal, you are noble as an elder, how is it that in this temple, there is no little monk attending to you? You are advanced in years, living year-round on the peak that never lts, how can movent not be inconvenient for you?”
Asito imdiately replied, “Aishwarya, this temple is my residence, and from beginning to end, there’s only here. Monks care about India, where is the need for many attendants? As long as the mind is calm, one can survive in adverse environnts.”
After answering Aishwarya’s question, Asito looked directly at Ye Tian and said, “King of the Night Ye Tian, welco to my abode!”
After arriving here, Ye Tian hadn’t introduced himself to Asito, yet Asito not only knew Ye Tian’s na but even his forr nickna, showing that the Immortal was very familiar with Ye Tian!

“India again? Asito Immortal, you know that the reason I climbed the mountain wasn’t to discuss such matters with you!”
Ye Tian was sowhat displeased; he ca to this mountain all because of the promise in Asito’s letter to Aishwarya that he could reunite with Yun Xinyan, so Ye Tian was here for Yun Xinyan.
But after arriving here, Asito Immortal did not ntion his wife Yun Xinyan at all and always brought up India and other matters…

Ye Tian spoke calmly and clearly; he didn’t mind Asito Immortal deceiving him. All he needed was an explanation from Asito Immortal.

“I was born into a Brahmin family in India, with Hinduism as my faith since childhood. To serve the Holy Mother is my lifelong honor! But when I gained the ability to foresee the future, I realized that devout Hinduism was foolish; only Buddhism can save sentient beings and save India!
So, I left my faith, traveled far, and ca to this sacred mountain for ditation, sitting in ditation for six decades! In these sixty years, I tried using my prophecy ability to find out how to save India. Unfortunately, I saw nothing.”
Asito narrated his story to Ye Tian and Aishwarya without hiding anything from them; although Aishwarya had been pen pals with Asito Immortal for years, she never knew about his background.
