The next day, in the office.

Wang Jian looked at the docunt that had been reviewed by a lawyer and signed his na.

This also ant that the leading roles of "Prison Break Special Forces" would all be played by WWE wrestlers.

As for the film’s remuneration, the wrestlers who were eager to crossover didn’t make any excessive demands.

Thus, the production team gained a group of low-cost, uniquely shaped, and muscular supporting actors, and WWE achieved their desire to expand their influence into film and television.

Stephanie took the docunt, examined it for a while, then handed it to a lawyer beside her.

"Happy to cooperate," she extended her hand, shaking hands with Wang Jian.

"Happy to cooperate," Wang Jian said, looking at the woman dressed in business attire, he couldn’t help himself, "Are you really a wrestler too?"

"Of course," Stephanie smoothed her brunette hair and smiled in response, "Why, don’t I look like one?"

Wang Jian glanced at her proportionate figure and shook his head, "Anyway, I don’t think so."

"Ha, everyone in the McMahon family is a wrestler," she thought for a mont and handed Wang Jian a ticket, "This is for tonight’s WWE event in New York."

"If you have the ti, you are welco to join us."

Wang Jian looked at the ticket and to his surprise, saw Stephanie’s portrait printed on it.

"Alright, I’ll co if I have the chance."

After Stephanie left, Wang Jian called Tom at the photography studio.

Having learned that the preliminary preparations were going smoothly, he hung up and prepared to update "Anomalies and Creatures."

He looked at the last part of the plot he had written, where spaceships had just begun to appear.

He opened the book review section and noticed that it had attracted a wave of new fans.

It was undeniable that, for various classical reasons, the absolute number of sci-fi fans in the United States was far greater than that of fantasy enthusiasts.

What was irritating, however, was the high level of scrutiny these sci-fi fans held.

They discussed "Information Radiation" and the "Information Unified Theory" that had appeared in "Anomalies."

Then, they analyzed whether the setting was realistic or not, with various scientific evidences.

Honestly, when Wang Jian was revising "Anomalies," he also felt that the "Information Unified Theory" was a bit unclear.

Was it sothing he had overlooked, or had it already been explained in the original ntion of the "Xiling Empire?"

"Really, isn’t it good enough to just enjoy the story?" Wang Jian muttered to himself, "I have to let them know who the author is!"

After so thought, he modified the original plot where the protagonist went to a world controlled by computers dictating human life trajectories.

This ti, Wang Jian was set on changing the the of that world to a certain extent.

It wasn’t going to reflect the loyalty of artificial intelligence, but instead give a taphor for "my domain, my rules."

Then, the sound of keyboard typing echoed throughout the office.

...

Drip, drip, drip, the protagonist ca to a new world in his sleep.

He opened his eyes and found that there were no vampires, werewolves, or other powerful fighters beside him.

The sun had already set, and the sky was overcast with dark clouds.

Soon, a light rain began to patter down.

The protagonist tightened his thin clothes and walked along the road, trying to find the nearest human settlent.

Then, the sound of an engine approached from behind as a car drove by slowly.

"Excuse , do you mind if I hitch a ride?"

But the car, as if hearing nothing, continued steadily on its way.

The protagonist looked down at his pajamas and chuckled bitterly, "Dressed like a flasher, who would dare pick you up."

"It’s fine, it’s just the Dream Plane, I’ll leave once I wake up."

"Besides, if sothing really went wrong, that crazy goddess would resurrect anyway."

But as he was rambling on, the car that had driven away slowly backed up.

The young and pretty driver asked, "Sir, do you need a ride?"

"Yes," the protagonist quickly opened the car door and sat in the passenger seat.

"Thank you, miss," he said to the driver gratefully, "I really appreciate it."

Perhaps the young driver wasn’t very talkative, answering every question with just two words.

Soon, the two of them ran out of things to say.

However, the protagonist, who was used to the noisy creatures at ho, was very unaccustod to this quiet environnt.

After hesitating, he asked, "Miss, why did you offer a ride? Isn’t my outfit a bit strange?"

The driver glanced at the protagonist and replied quietly, "I have a feeling that you’re a good person."

The protagonist touched his face, lanting that even in the Dream Plane, he was being given the ’good guy’ card.

He asked casually, "Miss, where are you headed?"

A trace of confusion crossed the woman’s face, "I, I don’t know."

"It seems like I’ve been driving forever, I’ve forgotten the destination."

At that mont, the protagonist also felt a montary dizziness in his head.

After that, looking at the female driver, he felt an inexplicable sense of familiarity.

"And you? Where are you from?" the female driver asked the protagonist.

"I," the protagonist began, then suddenly halted. "Yeah, where am I from?"

Seeing the protagonist’s pained expression, the woman quickly said, "If you can’t rember, don’t think about it too hard. There’s a restaurant up ahead, let’s just grab sothing to eat."

"Right, the spaghetti there is incredibly delicious," the protagonist replied automatically.

Wrong!

The protagonist shuddered inwardly. He had never been to the place up ahead, so how could he know the taste of the spaghetti?

At that mont, the female lead also realized this and abruptly hit the brakes, bringing the car to a stop.

"You’ve never been to that restaurant up ahead, right?" they said in unison.

Then, both of them nodded at the sa ti, "Yes, I’ve never been there!"

In the dead of night, in the rain, in the wilderness, the atmosphere inside the car grew increasingly tense.

The protagonist thought for a mont and responded, trying to sound nonchalant, "It’s okay, it might just be a coincidence."

"It’s a coincidence," the woman echoed neurotically. "It must be a coincidence."

Then the car started again, moving towards the destination.

Half an hour later, the woman and the protagonist were surprised as they looked at the restaurant not far away.

"Is that it?" the woman asked with a quivering voice, "In your mory?"

For so reason, the male lead felt certain that "I definitely can’t die."

He nodded nonchalantly, "Yeah, that’s the place!"

"Shall we go and eat sothing?" the female driver looked at the protagonist. "But it seems like they’ve already closed, right?"

"It doesn’t matter," the male lead said as if his mouth was moving on its own. "The restaurant owner got the ti wrong!"

With an evident reluctance, the female driver stepped out of the car.

Next to the driver’s seat, the protagonist saw another familiar object.

"Eh, am I still a gun enthusiast?" he picked up the handgun and mumbled to himself.

Then, he followed the female driver to the entrance of the restaurant.

"Manager, two orders of spaghetti, two Diet Cokes."

"Sorry, guests, it’s past 12, and we’ve closed."

"What are you talking about twelve o’clock for, it’s 15 minutes shy," the protagonist pointed at the clock.

"Nonsense..." The restaurant owner looked up, ready to scold the annoying custors.

"Eh, it’s not yet 12 o’clock?" He was puzzled. "But it was already past it just a mont ago, wasn’t it?"

"Forget about it, have a seat," the owner shook his head. "Hurry up and eat, I still have to close up."

The protagonist and the woman sat in front of the window, looking outside.

"What the hell is going on? I really feel strangely familiar with this place. And what’s with this rustling sound?"

A few minutes later, the owner brought the spaghetti.

Trying to probe, the male lead asked, "Manager, what’s your na, where are you from?"

"My na is..." the owner began to reply, "What was my na again?"

At that mont, a police officer walked in from outside.

"Where did you two co from? Why are you driving a murderer’s car?"

"Murderer?" The male lead and the woman were taken aback, looking at each other.

"And who are you, what’s your na?"

"Of course I’m a police officer, the only lawman in town."

The male lead, enduring the "rustling" sound in his head, asked loudly, "I’m asking for your na!"

"My na is..." the police officer’s expression changed from confident to panicked, "What was my na?"

At this ti, the "rustling" sound in the protagonist’s mind grew louder, until at last, he heard an electronic voice.

"So it’s like this!" the male lead stood up.

"What are you doing?" the police officer cried out to the protagonist. "Put the handgun down!"

The male lead toyed with the handgun, smiling slightly, "This world is quite interesting!"

Then, he pressed the handgun against his temple.

With a "bang," the woman, the owner, the police officer all suddenly vanished.

And then, in the dead of night, in the rain, in the wilderness, a woman driving a car muttered to herself, "What was my na again?"

At that mont, the male lead was standing before a crystal coffin, looking at the unconscious woman.

"A consciousness world? Lonely you, self-hypnotized, forming a world?"

Suddenly, he felt the world shake violently, the vision in front of him fragnted.

"See, how’s this machine?" the goddess asked the protagonist, "The latest product of the Xiling Empire, thoughts create a world?"

The protagonist looked at the goddess in confusion, "So, I created a consciousness within consciousness?"

...

Wang Jian finished writing and nodded in satisfaction, "Argue with , and you don’t know what a World Creator is?"

After speaking, he felt sowhat uneasy and looked up at his head.

"Damn, why is this a bit spooky?" he muttered to himself. "I shouldn’t be soone’s creation, right?"
