"I clearly killed mbers of the Cannibal Tribe, so why am I facing my own companions?"

"What exactly is going on?"

"Why am I being attacked by my companions when it’s the Cannibal Tribe?"

"We’ve all fallen for an illusion; everything we see is but a fantasy. Those attacking us are our companions, not the Cannibal Tribe."

"Damn it, why is this happening?"

Once [Devil’s Eye] was opened, everyone exposed to its gaze fell under an illusion. To them, all nearby companions appeared as mbers of the Cannibal Tribe, except for themselves.

Faced with an onslaught from what they perceived as the Cannibal Tribe, they had no choice but to turn on each other and fight amongst themselves.

This led to all the Heroes falling under the illusion. They began slaughtering each other, unable to distinguish mbers of the Cannibal Tribe from true Heroes.

Andrew looked upon the ground littered with corpses, blood flowing like rivers, and remained silent.

Liz sighed, "Abe Senri’s Illusion Technique is getting more formidable by the day. At least two hundred thousand Heroes have died, not at the hands of the enemy, but by those of their own."

Relief washed over Bartley upon witnessing this scene.

Thankfully, he followed Jiang Chen, or he too would’ve been killed by a companion.

Andrew said, "That damned Abe Senri must be killed."

"How do you propose we kill her? She has experts by her side, and being the daughter of the Cannibal Tribe’s Demigod, she’s surely well-protected. Each of those two is a top-notch expert. We could only kill her if they were separated."

Jiang Chen remained silent.

The illusion was indeed mighty; without lifting a finger, two hundred thousand people had perished. Such an achievent was simply astonishing.

Hezi [Devil’s Eye].

Two words: powerful.

However, Jiang Chen had [Heart Realm] and was not subject to the illusions. Had he been ensnared by an illusion, not a single soul in the entire city would have survived.

Andrew said, "The only way now is to hunt them down."

But they’ve already fled to Different Worlds; how could they be pursued? It’s simply impossible. Aren’t you being delusional?

Liz nodded. "We can do it by hunting their experts."

Jiang Chen asked, "How do we hunt them down?"

Bartley explained, "We use mbers of the Cannibal Tribe to hunt down other mbers of the Cannibal Tribe."

"Abe Senri and Abe Harui are descendants of Gods. How could the Cannibal Tribe dare to chase after them? Aren’t you joking?"

"It’s no joke."

"What do you an?"

"Within the Cannibal Tribe, there are traitors and renegades. These individuals hide in another place. They are the ones who have committed great cris; so have turned to the Continent of All-Gods, while others remain hidden."

"There are also those who have consud Hezi and transford into mbers of the Cannibal Tribe. They do not wish to go to the Cannibal Tribe’s world and instead live on the Continent of All-Gods. They are Cannibal Tribe through and through."

"So are like The Fallen: so side with the Alliance of All-Gods, so align with the Difiled God Camp, and others beco Wanderers."

"The Cannibal Tribe is no different."

"Not only the Cannibal Tribe, but there are also those on the Continent of All-Gods who hide within the Cannibal Tribe, as well as those who blend into the Underworld Camp. These individuals have very mysterious identities, unknown to outsiders."

"And these people have their own organizations, which typically take on assignnts for compensation."

"Just like an empire, where there is light, there is darkness."

"Darkness is everywhere."

"The organization that exists within the Cannibal Tribe is called ’Black eagle’."

"The Black Hawk Organization is strong and secretive. They are a renegade group that has betrayed the Cannibal Tribe to join the Continent of All-Gods, hidden among them."

"In truth, this is also driven by interests."

"Everyone desires to beco a God, but becoming a God is no simple matter. Just like Assassins, Priests, Magic Swordsn, and Angels... these people all wish to beco Gods."

"But how many possess the God’s Seal?"

"The only way to beco a God is to fuse with the God’s Seal, and there are only two ways to obtain it. The first is to find an ancient corresponding God’s Seal and rge with it to beco a God."

"The second thod is to kill a God and obtain the God’s Seal within their body."

"Clearly, the second thod is the best approach: kill a God, obtain the God’s Seal."

"But how does one go about killing a God?"

"This becos a big problem. It is not allowed to challenge the Divine on the Continent of All-Gods. Once soone reaches the Ninth-stage and becos a Demigod, they are immune to any challenger."

"Within the sa camp, it is impossible for a Demigod to kill a Divine; it’s an absolute law. It is the law for every profession."

"A Demigod killing a Divine can only happen if they are from different camps."

"For example, becoming a Demigod on the Continent of All-Gods allows one to kill Divines from the Difiled God Camp, the Underworld Camp, and even the Army camp of Corpse-Eating. However, they cannot kill Divines of the Continent of All-Gods."

"This results in the complete lack of conditions for further promotion once one becos a Demigod."

"Thus, transactions are made."

"Demigods make deals among themselves. For example, a Demigod from one faction might collude with a Demigod from an opposing faction to eliminate Divines within their respective factions. This allows them to cultivate their own power, independent of their original allegiances."

"The black market is just like that. It exists because it has to."

"And that’s how the Black Hawk Organization operates. ’Black eagle’ is an organization of Cannibal Tribe mbers who have betrayed the Cannibal Tribe’s world, seeking another way to beco a God."

Jiang Chen thought to himself, this is very similar to The Fallen. They are all in search of different ways to beco a God.

Jiang Chen asked, "Is the Black Hawk Organization strong?"

Bartley nodded. "Very strong. Those who aspire to be a God are powerful beings, not much less so than Abe Senri, and so are even stronger."

"Moreover, I believe that the Cannibal Tribe’s world will also issue the sa order to assassinate you. It will likely involve our own people from the Continent of All-Gods, but they are all hiding, so you must be cautious."

"The Titan World has the Black Hawk Organization, and the Cannibal Tribe’s world has the ’Ghost’ organization."

Jiang Chen laughed. "So the Cannibal Tribe’s world has our traitors too!"

Bartley responded, "Yes. I am investigating their nas. Once I know who they are, I will directly strip them of their Badges and make them ordinary people. However, they are all very secretive and hard to detect."

「Cannibal Tribe’s world.」

Abe Senri was silent for a mont before suddenly saying, "Let the ’Ghost’ organization kill that Swordsman Jiang Chen. He is in the Titan World and cannot be attacked there."

"I think they will also send ’Black eagle’ to assassinate us."

Abe Senri nodded. "I’m well aware. Let’s lay low for now. I’ll wait for the Black Hawk Organization to co. Those who betray their clan must die."

"Always be aware of your surroundings. I have my Illusion Technique; others can’t hope to assassinate ."

「At this ti, Jiang Chen returned to the hotel.」

Standing at the window, he silently smoked. Angelina is the reincarnation of a God. If word got out, countless people would covet her God’s Seal.

She’s now only level 140, not yet Third-stage. There’s still a long way to go before reaching Demigod!

Angelina excitedly exclaid, "Jiang Chen, we’re leveling up so quickly! I’m already level 140."

" too."

"Now we need twenty-five million experience points to level up! Oh my god, that’s so high. How many people do we have to kill to level up!" Angelina remarked in astonishnt.

Jiang Chen laughed. "Killing a mber of the Cannibal Tribe gives about 2,400 points, so killing ten thousand should do it."

"Kill a million or so mbers of the Cannibal Tribe, and you’ll reach Third-stage, maybe even Fourth-stage."

Angelina nodded. "Yeah, the experience from the Cannibal Tribe really is high."

"That’s because they are hard to deal with. Later on, we will continue our training in the Titan World. Once we reach level 150 and complete the Third-stage Assignnt, we’ll leave the Titan World."

"Okay, I’ll listen to you."

Angelina was elated. This trip had boosted her by 30 levels.

This leveling speed was too fast!
