After leaving the God Research Institute, Lu Yan imdiately issued an order for the God Research Institute to temporarily slow down all of its research progress.

Having learned that the fundantal physical constants of this world had been altered by so unknown force, rendering those so-called false Heavenly Dao Codes ineffective in placing any real restrictions on the Intelligent God, the original seemingly rigorous protective asures at the God Research Institute were now useless in the face of true threats.

As for whether to imdiately spread the true Heavenly Dao Code throughout City No.14 or even the entire world?

After much deliberation, Lu Yan decided to abandon this idea temporarily.

Not to ntion whether the native beings in this cyberpunk version world, where basic constants have been modified, could genuinely perceive and understand the fundantal differences between the true Heavenly Dao Code and those false ones.

rely the fact that the true Heavenly Dao Code would autonomously undergo strange error corrections and assimilation phenona under the influence of these changing world constants destined its difficulty in widespread promotion and application.

If recklessly acted upon, not only might it fail to achieve the desired effect, but it might also needlessly alert the hidden Intelligent God or other even more unknown existences.

Therefore, Lu Yan decided that without thoroughly probing the true cards and sches of the Intelligent God, he must temporarily endure without taking reckless actions to avoid disrupting his later plans.

After leaving the 13,000-ter deep underground research institute, Lu Yan did not return to the Parliant Building but directly went to the resistance headquarters located in City No.14.

As the largest of the three major local forces now in City No.14, the resistance had the most extensive personnel. Just within City No.14, tens of thousands were registered as mbers.

They mostly gathered in the outer ring areas of City No.14, occupying those areas where, during the city's reconstruction, the level of intelligence was relatively lower, or areas intentionally retained with more original industrial and life facilities.

Although City No.14 had nominally successfully resisted the direct erosion and control of the Intelligent God, the resistance mbers who had personally experienced the terrifying rule of the Intelligent God still harbored deep fear and vigilance.

Thus, they were filled with an inherent distrust and repulsion towards anything highly intelligent or potentially linked to the God Network.

As Lu Yan and his entourage approached the outer periter of the resistance headquarters, they saw Sain personally leading a group of senior resistance leaders out to welco them from within the headquarters.

"Welco, Mr. Lu, for guidance!" Sain's attitude remained respectful and humble.

Lu Yan's gaze casually swept over the faces of those senior resistance leaders following Sain, and he found most of their faces quite familiar, having even seen them in the mysterious version of the world before.

Many of them were core high-level mbers of the Union.

The only thing that surprised Lu Yan was the absence of any mbers of the Victoria Royal Family among the senior resistance leaders he saw.

However, Lu Yan did not make a scene or inquire imdiately.

Once he was respectfully escorted into the resistance headquarters building by Sain and others, he waved to dismiss most of the less important senior officials.

Then Lu Yan asked Sain:

"Do you know soone nad Elizabeth among your resistance mbers?"

"Elizabeth?"

Upon hearing Lu Yan's sudden ntion of such a na, Sain's face was imdiately filled with a look of confusion.

He furrowed his brow and searched his mind diligently for a while, only to shake his head blankly in the end, apologetically saying:

"I apologize, Mr. Lu. I am not aware of anyone by that na among the current resistance mber list."

Lu Yan's eyes shifted slightly, and he continued to ask: "Then is there such a na among the senior ranks of the Universal Giant Corporation?"

Sain shook his head again, answering more firmly: "Based on the intelligence I currently have, within the known senior lists of the Universal Giant Corporation, whether at the branch manager level or higher up in the board of directors, there is no information on anyone nad Elizabeth.

Please forgive , Mr. Lu, as I am indeed unaware of this."

Although Sain could not provide a definite answer, after listening to his words, Lu Yan had roughly ford an answer in his heart regarding this matter.

Based on Elizabeth's past identity and status in the mysterious version, and her close connection with himself.

Once she entered this cyberpunk version world through information mapping, she would inevitably have so degree of contact with the resistance organization.

She might even leverage her identity to beco the financial backer behind the resistance, which wasn't impossible.

Yet now, even Sain, a core high-level mber of the resistance, had never heard of the na Elizabeth.

Not even among the senior ranks of the adversarial Universal Giant Corporation was her na present.
