This heavily guarded institute is undoubtedly the most secretive area at the core of City No.14.
As soon as City No.14 gained independence from the rule of Universal Giant Corporation, the City Council unanimously voted to begin the secret establishnt of the God Research Institute.
The location was purposefully chosen; the institute is situated in the Cave of the Lower City District, once considered the city’s ruins, extending downward to a depth of thirteen thousand ters before reaching this isolated cavern.
From three thousand ters underground to the depth of thirteen thousand ters where the institute resides, this ten-thousand-ter-thick rock layer and special alloy structure create an impenetrable physical barrier, perfectly isolating all external wireless network signals and any artificial intelligence programs that might be infiltrated by the Intelligent God.
Inside the entire God Research Institute, only the most primitive and fundantal technologies, those that are absolutely immune to the control of the Intelligent God, are preserved.
