{Chapter: 194 One Million Once}
After Alice finished recounting her harrowing tale, a heavy silence fell over the group. The expressions on Peggy, Su Yueming, and Tessa's faces showed a mix of shock, disbelief, and sympathy.
"That's... that's really terrifying," Tessa said softly, shaking her head as if trying to process the grim realities Alice had faced.
"It's so hard to imagine surviving in a world overrun by the living dead," Su Yueming murmured. "Fighting not just for survival, but against the constant fear of becoming one of them."
Peggy managed a faint smile. "Compared to your world, we've been a bit lucky, haven't we? At least our enemies weren't quite so... infectious."
Crosshairs, who had been listening intently, broke the silence. "So in the end, the boss went toe-to-toe with a zombie king and ended up in a coma for more than two years? That's insane. I didn't think anyone could outmatch Lockdown, but this zombie king sounds like a real monster."
"He wasn't just strong," William replied. "He was relentless. But that's in the past now."
Just then, Becky looked up at Crosshairs with curiosity in her eyes. "Dad, can he really turn into a car?"
William grinned and nodded. "Of course he can. Did you miss it, or were you busy counting clouds? Crosshairs, show my little girl how aweso you are. Transform for her."
Crosshairs put on a mock expression of betrayal. "Boss, you're really sothing else. Using to entertain your daughter—how shaless can you get?"
Becky blinked and looked at Crosshairs with a small pout. "Uncle, don't you like Becky?"
The tough Autobot's face softened. "Of course I do, sweetheart. I was just teasing. For you, I'll do it right now."
With a chanical roar and whir of gears, Crosshairs transford on the spot, his fra folding and shifting until a gleaming green sports car stood where he once stood.
"Wow! That's amazing!" Becky clapped her hands with delight.
"Yeah, that really is sothing else," K-Mart said in awe, her eyes sparkling.
Jill turned to William, her tone filled with wonder. "You know, I still can't wrap my head around it. To think we're all characters from so movie..."
Terry crossed his arms and sighed. "Yeah. Who hasn't watched a movie? But I never imagined I'd be in one."
"What's the na of our movie world?" Ada asked curiously.
"Resident Evil," William answered plainly.
"Resident Evil..." The White Queen repeated the title slowly, then nodded. "It's a fitting na. Grim, ominous, and completely accurate."
Suddenly, Tessa seed to rember sothing and looked at William with concern. "William, how are your villain points looking?"
The question caused the others to pause. Alice and the others had previously told Peggy and the rest that every ti William entered a new movie world, the system would assign him missions. These tasks had to be completed to earn a sufficient number of villain points. If he failed to accumulate enough, the system would erase him entirely.
When they first learned of the system's requirents, many of the girls had secretly hoped that William's bad deeds were all forced—that he only played the villain to survive. That maybe, deep down, he was still a good man at heart.
But Peggy had destroyed that fragile hope with a single brutal truth: He was born a villain. He doesn't need the system's orders. He does whatever he wants, simply because he wants to. And even if there were no tasks, he'd still do it all the sa.
The words hit hard.
"Dad... there's no problem, right?" Becky asked, her small voice filled with worry.
William crouched down and gently ran his hand through her curly hair. "Don't worry. There's no problem. Everything's under control."
The White Queen rolled her eyes playfully. "Honestly, with all the wicked things he's done, if he didn't earn enough villain points, then I'd say heaven finally opened its eyes and decided to smite him properly."
That comnt made the other girls burst into laughter.
"You said it!" one of them agreed, still chuckling. "It would be divine justice!"
William raised an eyebrow and looked at the White Queen with a smirk. "You've gotten bold. And clever. I like that."
"Bad guy," she replied, sticking out her tongue before hiding behind Alice. "Don't think you can bully just because you're here."
Then William suddenly shouted to the sky, "System! Give a report. Right now!"
Jill tilted her head, surprised. "Does he always talk to the system like that?"
Peggy nodded. "Always. That's just his style. From what I've observed, the system is purely chanical. It doesn't matter how he talks to it, as long as he doesn't break the rules."
"Sounds like the perfect match," Su Yueming said sarcastically. "An arrogant man and an emotionless system."
William folded his arms and grinned. "Perfect or not, it works."
And with that, the strange gathering of heroes, villains, and everything in between sat together in that surreal cross-world mont, connected by stories, survival, and the man they all knew too well—William.
"So that's how it is," Jill said with a subtle nod, her expression revealing a complex mix of concern and intrigue.
Suddenly, the cold, robotic voice of the system rang out in the air, emotionless and chanical, like a digital overseer listing commands in an ominous video ga.

All eyes slowly turned toward Alice, who stood still as the line about her lit up like a flare.
"Alice," Claire muttered, narrowing her eyes, "I didn't expect that r@p¡ng you would actually earn soone so many villain points."
Alice's face instantly flushed red, a mix of embarrassnt and anger twisting her features. She crossed her arms and huffed, "What do you expect to do about that?! The guy's a monster—he'd try to f*rc£ himself on any of you if he had the chance. You think any of us could've resisted him at the ti?"
Claire snorted. "That's not even the point. The real kicker is that you actually fell in love with the guy who r@p£d you."
"Ugh, damn it," Alice muttered under her breath, turning away. Her face was now scarlet with frustration.
The system's emotionless voice cut in again, escalating the tension.
[[Resident Evil 4 Mission Log: Deceive Claire – 2,000 points. Overpower and R@p£ Alice again — 3,000 villain points...]
Alice threw her head back and shouted at the ceiling, "Can you please stop announcing that out loud every ti?! It's getting old!"
Laughter erupted in the room. Peggy, Su Yueming, Jill, and the others couldn't help but laugh. There was sothing about the system's cold tone clashing with its absurd declarations that made the whole scene feel darkly codic.
[Seduced Claire – 5,000 points...] the system continued relentlessly.
Now it was Claire's turn to be in the spotlight.
All eyes turned toward her.
Claire blinked, stunned. "Wait—hold on. I was seduced?"
Ada laughed from behind her hand, clearly enjoying this dark humor. "No, no, the real point is this—Claire, you actually fell in love with a guy who seduced you like a cheap romance novel."
"You too?" Alice asked with a grin. "And here I thought I was the only one with questionable taste."
Claire crossed her arms, cheeks puffed in protest. "Excuse ? He didn't seduce —I was under duress!"
"You still fell for him," Alice teased again.
"You're the worst," Claire muttered, defeated.
Claire couldn't even form a retort. She folded her arms and muttered, "Unbelievable."
[Defeat the Corpse Dragon – 20,000 points. Acquire the Fire Corpse Bead – 10,000 points.]
The list continued like a never-ending to-do list from hell.
[Resident Evil 5 Mission Log: Obtain a daughter (illegitimate or otherwise) – 3,000 points. Eliminate Luther – 3,000 points. Defeat the Sea Monster – 25,000 points. Acquire the Ice Corpse Bead – 10,000 points. Acquire the Earth Corpse Bead – 10,000 points. Fuse all five elental Corpse Beads (wind, fire, water, earth, and ice) – 50,000 points. R@p£ Ada – 5,000 points.]
Ada's expression darkened as she looked down at the ground, her voice quiet but sharp. "When you're unconscious... when you've lost control of everything... there's nothing you can do. Don't look at like that—it wasn't my fault. He f*rc£d himself on , and I had no way to fight back."
A long silence followed.
Ada's cheeks turned crimson as she stepped back slightly. "Hey! Don't look at like that! I didn't exactly volunteer for it—I was brought here against my will!"
"Boss, I gotta admit... I didn't expect you to be a full-on r@p¡st," Crosshairs said with a click of his tongue, a mix of sarcasm and disbelief in his tone.
William turned toward him slowly, a devilish grin curling on his lips. "Crosshairs... are you looking to die today?"
The system's voice droned on, as if the tension in the room didn't matter at all.
[Eliminate Wesker – 6,000 points. Defeat the Armored Zombie – 20,000 points. Slay the Zombie King – 100,000 points. Destroy the Red Queen – 20,000 points.]
Then ca the cold summary:
[Total villain points earned: 425,000. Mission required: 300,000. Result: Mission successfully completed.]
Everyone in the place let out a collective breath of relief.
So... it was over. For now.
The mission had been a brutal and morally twisted rollercoaster—but with the requirent fulfilled, it ant William would no longer be in imdiate danger. That alone was enough to ease their nerves.
William pulled up the ntal interface of the system and reviewed the statistics.
"Hm. We had 198,000 points left over from last ti. With 425,000 more this round... that brings us to a total of 623,000."
He paused, calculating, then looked up.
"System," he asked aloud, "how many villain points would it take to initiate a full fusion between the Transformium ta-cells and the T-cells in my body? I want to achieve a complete biological enhancent. Full-scale integration."
The system responded without hesitation:
[One million villain points are required to begin the transformation.]
William's face twitched, a nerve pulsing at the side of his head. "One million? Are you kidding ? That's insane. Who the hell decided that number?!"
William groaned inwardly. A million? Seriously? Just for one enhancent? It was like paying the price of a small country for a single upgrade.
He groaned and muttered under his breath, "That's not a price—it's extortion..."
The place remained silent as he stared at the virtual readout, feeling the weight of the goal looming ahead like a mountain of blood and steel.
