Instead of going to the Transcendent Association to raise his Transcendent ID card to the rank and authority of a saint, Alister decided that it was better for him to just manipulate the governnt.
Alister could care less about fa and such since as long as he was powerful enough, that was easy to obtain. So he didn't have any interest in becoming popular and spreading his reputation as the Fourth Transcendent Saint.
It was too much of a hassle for him when the best way was to just control the minds of the higher-ups in both the governnt and the Transcendent Association.
It didn't take that long for Alister to control the mind of the President of Arica.
There were few Transcendent Emperors who had stayed in this world and the Arican President was one of them.
Unlike the situation in his past life's planet Earth, the Transcendent World didn't have any weak politicians. All of them were transcendents since if that wasn't the case, it would be impossible for them to gain their position.
Most transcendents would discriminate against non-transcendents so it would be a disgrace if those governnt officials weren't transcendents. It was also the reason why the governnt could retain so control over the Transcendent Association since they were also transcendents.
After making the Arican President his subordinate, Alister didn't spare the other governnt officials.
Since the Technology World and Monster World had already planted spies in both the governnt and the Transcendent Association, Alister planned to do the sa.
Bruce and Jake who accompanied him were sent to his mirror dinsion for the ti being since Alister didn't want his intentions and plan to be discovered by the three Transcendent Saints and the seven Monster Saints.

Due to his cautiousness, Alister didn't even use his ability to teleport since there were still so risks in distorting the space and leaving so clues due to the effects of his teleportation.
He only used pure speed to travel from city to city. Although it took so ti since he had to control his speed to not cause a commotion, Alister finally controlled the minds of all the relatively powerful governnt officials in Arica.
Of course, all of the governnt officials were controlled except for those spies from the otherworld. Alister wasn't confident whether there were any restrictions left by the otherworld on those spies and since he didn't want to risk it, he left them alone.
But he didn't care much about them since his purpose was already fulfilled. With the money and power of the governnt, he would have more funds and thods under his arsenal.
Returning to his ho, Alister sighed in relief that everything went well.
'As long as I reach Transcendent Overlord, it will be easy to rule this world. But the Technology World is still a problem. So I still have to complete the full-dive simulation and beco stronger in the next simulated world.'
