"Second Royal Concubine, the ti for the wedding dance and moon ritual has arrived!" the maid respectfully said.
The wedding dance and moon ritual is a very grand ceremony, only qualified to be conducted at the weddings of the Rakshasa Royal Family.
The Little Rakshasa King has only perford it once, and that was to wed his primary consort.
From this, it can be seen how special ng Tuoluo’s status is, nearly on par with the primary consort.
Taking a deep breath, the peerlessly beautiful ng Tuoluo, dressed in luxurious red robes, gracefully rose and walked out!
Outside, was the square where the wedding dance and moon ritual would take place, an incomparably vast square!
Apart from the Rakshasa King, all the eminent nobles of the Rakshasa Tribe were present. As for the lower territories, only the banner leaders of the Thirteen Banners were qualified to bring their wives and heirs to attend this wedding dance and moon ritual.
Only generals commanding an army of a hundred thousand had the qualification to attend.
Of course, there was another type of person allowed to attend the Little Rakshasa King’s wedding dance and moon ritual, and that was those of the Demon Sect Layer and above.
All the guests together numbered in the thousands!
However, this was only half the number for the wedding dance and moon ritual. The entire square held over ten thousand people.
The other ten thousand were partly dancers, partly ritualists.
As the peerless beauty ng Tuoluo gracefully erged, tens of thousands of torches in the square illuminated at once, and ten thousand crystals were unveiled simultaneously.
Countless mirrors were uncovered, reflecting the torchlight, casting it solely upon ng Tuoluo.
The whole square was dark, all the radiance converged on ng Tuoluo, making her even more dazzling, stunning all who beheld her.
Nini’an hid in a corner observing the ceremony, her body trembling uncontrollably, feeling incredibly insignificant as if she were about to be trampled into the dust.
She felt as if she were a joke.
Standing in the most prominent position was Princess Sha Yan, whose beautiful eyes slightly narrowed.
She couldn’t understand why her royal brother would use such grandeur to wed ng Tuoluo?
However, since childhood, the Little Rakshasa King was a mystery to everyone; no one could discern his thoughts through his eyes or his face.
In the center of the square, a temporary Pyramid had been erected, ninety-nine ters tall.
The entire Pyramid had two hundred ninety-nine steps, covering three sides.
On one side, stood thousands of dancers.
On another, thousands of ritualists.
The third side was empty, reserved for the bride ng Tuoluo to ascend to the Pyramid’s summit!
Countless war drums sounded, countless magical conch shells echoed, and countless horns blared.
Then, a beam of light appeared at the Pyramid’s top.
There, a stone seat was placed, upon which the Little Rakshasa King sat!
Even though it was very distant, it was Nini’an’s first true sight of the Little Rakshasa King’s face.
Still, it was like a towering mountain radiating imnse pressure, still filled with coldness.
But he was more handso than imagined, almost unearthly, yet no one truly cared for his beauty.
This was an exceptionally striking face, morable even upon a re glance, liable to appear nurous tis in dreams.
Deep, profound eyes, a highly prominent nose.
Lips genuinely as if sculpted, without the slightest hint of red.
An entire visage like stone forged beneath a glacier’s chill.
He was imnsely robust, every part of him exuded great power, even magical power.
rely sitting there, everyone knew he was a king!
Yet, he bore no expression, nor was there any fluctuation in his gaze, less like a human, more akin to a cold, inanimate sculpture.
An extrely aged Shaman knelt and said, "Your Highness, shall the wedding dance and moon ritual comnce now?"
The statue-like Little Rakshasa King said nothing, only raised his hand.
But even a single gesture seed to send a breeze across the square.
"The wedding dance and moon ritual, begin!" the elderly Shaman shouted loudly.
Imdiately, lodious, profound music arose.
Though it was unclear which instrunt, it resembled hellish devilish wails.
Subsequently, thousands of won dancers on the Pyramid began to dance.
A dance full of magical power, combat, allure, and eeriness!
The music grew louder, the magical dance more fervent.
The music seed like ancient demons, like hellish specters, roaring madly, as if intending to annihilate the world.
The Pyramid’s dancers moved like rampaging demons en masse.
"Rise!"
At a command, the bride ng Tuoluo gracefully ascended the first step of the Pyramid!
As she stepped upon the Pyramid’s steps, it was as if a signal, a command!
The ritualists on the other side of the Pyramid also began ascending to its top.
Step by step, ng Tuoluo ascended, as did the ritualists.
The first ritualist reached the Pyramid’s top, took a sharp scimitar, and swiftly cut across his neck.
Blood gushed out, pouring into the blood pool atop the Pyramid.
At the pool’s edge sat the Little Rakshasa King’s throne.
The blood quickly flowed, and the body rolled down the other side of the Pyramid amongst the thousands of martial artists.
Imdiately, thousands of dancers wielded war knives, cleaving the body to shreds.
Thus, ng Tuoluo ascended step by step on the Pyramid.
On the other side, countless ritualists likewise ascended step by step, reaching the Pyramid’s top, slitting their throats with the scimitar, the scalding blood pouring into the blood pool, then rolling down the demon dancers’ side, to be shredded.
