After spending the morning settling in, arranging their belongings, and making sure everything was in order, Patty and Leslie wasted no ti getting started on the preparations for the housewarming party.

The scent of fresh herbs and spices filled the air as they moved efficiently around the kitchen, chopping, stirring, and seasoning.

anwhile, Jas had stationed himself in the living area, watching TV, but he wasn’t really paying much attention to the screen.

His mind was elsewhere — partly still processing the fact that they had actually moved in, and partly looking forward to seeing Ralph’s reaction to the mansion.

As if on cue, the house’s security system chid, alerting him to soone at the front gate.

Jas reached for his phone and saw a text from Ralph.

Ralph: "I’m at the gate. Let in, rich boy."

Jas chuckled and walked over to the control panel near the entrance. With a press of a button, the heavy iron gate slowly opened, revealing Ralph’s sleek black rcedes AMG S63 as it rolled into the driveway.

He watched as Ralph parked neatly before stepping out of the car. His best friend was dressed sharply — fresh sneakers, a well-fitted casual blazer, and a designer wristwatch.

"Yo! Thought you wouldn’t co." Jas smirked.

Ralph shot him an unimpressed look.

"Are you kidding ? You think I’d miss this? Hell no! I had to see this mansion with my own eyes. No way I was sitting this out. And I have to congratulate you."

Jas was lying — he knew that Ralph wouldn’t miss this for the world.

But what made Jas even more amused was the fact that Ralph wasn’t alone. His sister, Natasha, stepped out of the passenger seat, her eyes widening as she took in the massive estate before her.

Well, he already knee that she would be coming as she’s Leslie’s friend and there’s no way that she will agree to stay behind, when her brother ntions his na.

"Holy crap," Natasha muttered under her breath, barely able to believe what she was seeing.

Ralph turned back toward Jas, still shaking his head in disbelief. "Bro, please tell again... how much did you drop on this place?"

Jas casually leaned against the front door. "12.5."

"$12.5 million?!" Ralph exclaid, his voice nearly breaking from the sheer shock.

"Yep." Jas smirked, enjoying his friend’s reaction.

Ralph exhaled loudly and ran a hand over his head.

"I don’t even know what to say, man. This is so billionaire-level shit. I knew you were making crazy money, but this... this is different."

Natasha was still stunned, her head moving side to side as she took in the luxurious mansion.

"Jas... this is insane. I an, I knew you were doing well, but I wasn’t expecting this level of rich."

Jas simply shrugged. "Well, why live small when you can live large?"

"Co on, let’s go inside." He grinned and gestured for them to follow him inside.

As soon as Ralph and Natasha stepped into the house, their awe only deepened.

The entrance hall alone was grand enough to leave anyone speechless.

A stunning crystal chandelier hung from the high ceiling, its dazzling light reflecting off the polished marble floors.

Large glass windows allowed natural sunlight to pour in, making the entire space glow with warmth and elegance.

Ralph slowly turned in a circle, trying to take in every detail.

"Man, this place is straight out of a movie."

"I’m still getting used to it myself," Jas chuckled.

Natasha was still speechless as she gazed at the high-end modern decor, the luxurious furniture, and the sheer size of the place.

"This is... next-level," she finally said, shaking her head.

As they made their way further inside, Jas rembered that Patty and Leslie were in the kitchen.

"Hold on," he said, turning to them. "Let go let Patty and Leslie know you’re here."

"Wait," Ralph said, perking up. "Let’s go say hi ourselves. It’s been a while since we last saw Leslie’s mom."

Natasha nodded in agreent.

Jas shrugged. "Alright. Let’s go."

As they entered the kitchen, they were imdiately greeted by the rich aroma of various dishes being prepared.

Patty was at the tabletop, while Leslie was cutting up so vegetables on the counter.

Ralph grinned. "Now this slls like ho."

Patty turned around, and upon seeing Ralph and Natasha, her face lit up with a warm smile.

"Well, look who it is! Ralph, Natasha — it’s been too long!"

Ralph walked forward and gave her a quick hug.

"Yeah, it really has. How have you been, Mrs Patty?"

"Oh, I’m doing wonderful, dear. And you? You both look great."

Natasha smiled. "We’re good, Mrs Patty. It’s really nice seeing you again."

Patty bead. "I swear, you two have grown up so much. And Jas tells you’ve been keeping busy."

Ralph laughed. "Sothing like that."

Patty glanced at Natasha. "You’ve gotten so beautiful, dear. I hope your brother hasn’t been giving you too much trouble."

Natasha smirked. "Oh, he’s been the sa annoying Ralph as always."

Patty chuckled. "Well, you’re both welco here anyti."

Jas was about to suggest they head back to the living room, but Natasha suddenly stepped forward.

"Patty, do you need any help?"

Patty blinked in surprise. "Oh, sweetheart, you don’t have to—"

"I insist," Natasha said with a smile. "I actually enjoy cooking."

She had her reason for offering — Jas.

Leslie, who had been quiet up until now, suddenly perked up, and glanced between Jas and Natasha, her lips curling into a sly smirk.

"You sure you just wanna help with cooking, Tasha?" she teased.

Natasha shot her a warning look, but Leslie just giggled and continued chopping vegetables.

Patty let out a soft laugh. "Well, if you don’t mind, I’d love the extra hands."

Natasha nodded enthusiastically and stepped up beside Leslie, ready to help.

Jas and Ralph exchanged amused glances before walking out of the kitchen, leaving the ladies to their cooking.

As soon as they were back in the living room, Ralph turned to Jas, his eyes gleaming with excitent.

"Bro, we have to go for a drive. I need to see this neighborhood."

Jas smirked. "I was waiting for you to say that."

He gestured for Ralph to follow him. They made their way to the garage, and the mont Ralph stepped inside, his entire body froze.

His jaw practically hit the floor when he saw it.

Sitting there, gleaming under the bright LED garage lights, was the Koenigsegg Gera.

Ralph’s breath hitched. "No. Freaking. Way."

Jas grinned. "Yep."

Ralph’s hands were shaking as he pointed at the hypercar. "Tell I’m not seeing things. Is this really a Gera? Your Gera?"

Jas chuckled. "It’s mine, alright."

Ralph took slow, almost reverent steps toward the car, his fingers hovering over the sleek exterior as if touching it would sohow break reality.

"Jas... This thing is worth millions."

Jas smirked. "And?"

Ralph turned to him, still in shock. "And?! You’re just casually flexing a four-seater hypercar like it’s a Honda?!"

Jas laughed. "Get in."

Ralph didn’t need to be told twice. He practically dove into the passenger seat, his hands gripping the dashboard like a kid seeing his dream car in person for the first ti.

Jas got in the driver’s seat and started the engine.

The garage doors opened automatically, revealing the private driveway.

The Gera roared to life, the deep, rumbling growl of its engine sending vibrations through the air.

Ralph’s entire body shivered in excitent.

"Holy shit," he whispered. "Let’s go!"

Jas smirked and he floored the accelerator.

As the deep rumble of the Gera’s engine echoed through the mansion, Patty glanced up from the kitchen and sighed with a small smile.

"Boys and their toys," she muttered, shaking her head as Natasha giggled beside her.

The hypercar shot out of the driveway like a bullet.

As they sped through the pristine streets of Bel-Air, Ralph’s exhilarated laughter filled the car.
