As Jas drove back ho, he smiled in satisfaction at the progress of everything so far.

Everything was set and in two weeks, the McCullens’ and their empire would start to crumble.

"We’ll see the results soon enough," he muttered to himself, with a confident smile.

He arrived at the estate and as he turned into its premises, and steered the car onto the wide, clean driveway, sothing imdiately caught his eye.

The six new cars.

They were all lined up neatly, glinting under the afternoon sun. They created a perfect picture of elegance and wealth.

Jas pulled the Chevrolet Trax to a gentle stop, stepped out, and just stood there for a mont, taking the beautiful view in with a proud smile.

The cars looked almost surreal under the perfect sunlight, with their polished bodies gleaming like jewels.

The rcedes-Benz S580 stood tall at the front — its dark tallic green paint sparkling with a subtle richness.

The soft curves of the body caught the sun perfectly, making it look both aggressive and graceful at once.

Right next to it, was the rcedes-Maybach S580 which radiated a pure aristocratic elegance. The two-tone black and silver finish shimred under the light, the heavy chro accents glinting like a crown. Its stance was more commanding than the S580 — longer, sleeker, and oozing power in a quiet, sophisticated way.

Beside it, the Audi A8 sat lower but no less commanding. Its sharp, angular lines gave it a cold, modern edge, and the deep black paint looked like liquid obsidian under the sun. The subtle glint of the Audi rings on the front grille caught the sunlight, and the machine looked ready to sprint forward at any second, a perfect blend of luxury and performance.

The Lexus LS500 shone like a polished blade. Its pearlescent white finish gave off a soft glow, making the intricate spindle grille and sharp, aggressive body lines stand out even more. The sunlight danced across its surface, emphasizing the bold cuts and flowing curves that made the car look elegant and powerful at the sa ti.

Behind them, the Range Rover Autobiography stood like a quiet giant. Its massive form, coated in a deep, almost liquid silver, reflected the afternoon light with a muted strength. The blacked-out details and thick, imposing tires gave it the aura of a king calmly surveying his kingdom — not loud, but utterly dominant.

And finally, at the end of the lineup, sat the Porsche Panara — low, sleek, and utterly nacing. Its unique chalk-gray finish gave it a sophisticated but dangerous look, and the aerodynamic curves shimred like polished steel. It looked like a panther ready to pounce — fast, agile, and rcilessly beautiful.

Together, they looked like a fleet fit for royalty.

Against the backdrop of Jas’ massive, modern mansion — with its towering white pillars broad glass windows, and lush manicured lawns — the cars looked like sothing out of a luxury magazine spread.

The sunlight bathed everything in a soft golden glow, and a faint breeze stirred the trees lining the estate, adding a subtle sense of life and movent to the scene.

Jas smiled wider as he took a slow, satisfied breath. These are his new toys.

With a final proud glance at his new collection, he walked into the mansion. He would love to take each of the cars for a spin, but he wants to rest and be fully prepared for his eting with Mr Donovan tomorrow.

Walking into the mansion, Patty and Leslie were seated in the living area and watching TV as usual, and they sharply turned to look at him.

"Honey, you’re back," Patty said, with smile.

Jas saw the smile and look on Patty’s and Leslie’s face, and he smiled. He knew that he has a lot of explaining to do.

"Yeah," Jas said, as he took his seat beside Leslie.

"I see...," Patty nodded.

Jas was expecting the question to co but that didn’t happen. Instead, he saw Patty pick up her phone and started going through it.

The next mont, his phone buzzed with a notification sound and he looked at it curiously, and he was shocked by what he saw.

Jas looked at his notification displayed on his phone’s screen and looked at Patty in confusion.

"Yeah, that’s the amount that’s left after taxes was deducted," she said, with a smile.

"What amount? I’m completely lost," Jas said.

This ti, it was Leslie that responded.

"What mom ans is that she sold the old house and that’s the amount that’s left after taxes, and other fees had been deducted," she said, with a smile.

It took Jas a second to realise what the two of them just said.

"Wait, you an you sold the house and decided to give the money to . Why?" He asked in confusion.

"Jas, sweetheart. You have done more than enough for us in the past two months. I have thought hard about it but I couldn’t co up with any other way to show our appreciation, except this," Patty said, with a warm smile.

"I... But... You know that I never did those things expecting anything in return. The both of you deserve everything and more. The money should be yours, it rightfully belongs to you. And I still have a quite bit of money," Jas said.

"We know and we are grateful for everything. And just like you said, the money is mine but I’m giving it to you. I know you have lots of things planned for the future even though you haven’t told us, and this is our additional way of supporting you," Patty said.

"Jas, you paid the mortgage, you gave us this new house — a mansion, you gave mom and I luxury cars, and you took us on a beautiful one-month vacation to Cook Islands. It was our first ever vacation and the first ti we were on a plane, and you made it morable," Leslie said, and continued.

"Because of you, we can now enjoy luxury. We can eat whatever we want. We can wear whatever we want and we don’t have to worry about bills or any expenses. You made all these possible Jas. Please accept our little token of appreciation and support in whatever form they co."

She smiled warmly and hugged him tightly.

Jas sighed when he heard this. He knew that nothing would change no matter what he says.

The money Patty sent was quite significant — a whopping $2.2 million!

He sighed again when he thought of it.

"I’m glad the both of you support and I’m very greatful. Thank you. I’m so happy to have the both of you in my life and honestly, that’s more than enough support," he said, with a warm smile and hugging Leslie back.

He glanced at Patty and extended a hand toward her, inviting her to join them.

Without hesitation, Patty stepped forward, and the three of them ended up wrapped in a tight, comforting hug — a small, quiet mont of pure warmth and connection.

"Thank you, both of you," he said, with a soft voice and the two won hugged him tighter.
