It ans that everyone in various departnts is growing and maturing to take wise decisions for the future . Currently, I have my own opinions because of certain plans and developnts . Anyway, did you set up a research institute for farming so that we sort out good seeds and hybrids for increased, better and diverse Plant yields in the future?"

Taylor hesitated a bit and spoke, "Well, we have set up the institute but not a lot of magicians are interested in research related to farming . However, we were only able to fill up 70% of researchers needed by offering them higher salaries and other lucrative state benefits .
