The Black Armored Cavalry ca swiftly and departed just as quickly, taking advantage of the night to cross the border between the Arias and Pope families and leaving Green Field.
On the Pope family’s territory, not a single person ca out to stop them. The guards at that ti were all huddled in their stations, busy eating at and drinking wine, and the only one on lookout outside deliberately turned his back to the wall to relieve himself.
He even purposefully turned his back to the wall to urinate.
By the ti he turned his head back, the group had already moved far away.
As the warhorses moved ever farther, the joy on the faces of the Black Armored Cavalry beca increasingly pronounced.
For in the entire western borderland, the only ones who might co to Li Yu’s aid were the soldiers of the Arias family and the ard forces of the Double Rest Sect, and coincidentally both these troops were in Green Field.
In other words, once they left Green Field, Prophet rlin would be at their rcy.
The leading cavalier didn’t know what the person in the sack was feeling at that mont, whether he was becoming increasingly desperate, although the fellow was quite quiet for now.
But he didn’t believe that Li Yu could remain so quiet for long.
Yet the reality was contrary to his expectations.
Li Yu really lay motionless on the back of the horse, as if he had already accepted his fate, not even struggling a bit.
This instead aroused an inexplicable sense of unease in the heart of the leading cavalier, prompting him to stop his horse and order the sack to be opened to confirm that Li Yu was still alive, after all, that important personage had repeatedly insisted on a living captive.
He even briefly removed the cloth that was gagging Li Yu’s mouth, allowing Li Yu to catch his breath.
Afterward, Li Yu’s voice sounded again, "Those two Sabbaths, what did you do to them?"
"Prophet rlin, you yourself are in no position to care about others. It’s a pity they’re dead, but we didn’t kill them; it was the villagers who did." The leading cavalier relaxed, seeing that Li Yu was unhard.

"Are you threatening us?" The leading cavalier asked in surprise, "Have you forgotten that you are still our captive?"
His words also triggered laughter among his comrades behind him.
Now that they had escaped danger, the expression on each person’s face relaxed.
Until they heard Li Yu’s next sentence, "The ssenger of the True God can never be trapped by the forces of this world."
At first, they did not take these words to heart, not until they had put Li Yu back into the sack and hoisted him onto the horse.
After riding for another half-mile, the leading cavalier suddenly pulled the reins. Because he exerted too much force, his warhorse let out a series of neighs and reared up on its front hooves.
Seeing this, the Black Armored Cavalry behind him quickly slowed down their horses, until at last everyone ca to a stop.
The n in the back looked at one another in confusion, not understanding what had happened or why, in just a short ti, their leader had called a halt to the troop twice.
The next mont, everyone turned their gaze ahead, only to see the leading cavalier staring blankly at the withered sack in front of him.
From its current shape, it was evident that there was nothing inside anymore.
Seeing this scene, the Black Armored Cavalry’s expressions all changed, with soone saying, "Did he fall out along the way?"
But the leading cavalryman then picked up the sack and carefully checked it, only to find that both the seal and the sack itself were intact and undamaged.
Even though it was night, with so many eyes watching and so many ears listening, Li Yu was such a large living person that if he had really fallen out along the way, it was unreasonable to think that no one would have noticed.
In fact, the leading cavalryman had been glancing at the sack every now and then, his last look being just a few breaths ago when everything was still safe and sound.
Yet, in such a short span of ti, the person inside had disappeared.

When the leading cavalryman conveyed this news to Hirodod, he was filled with trepidation, unsure whether Hirodod would believe such an absurd tale.
But, to his surprise, Hirodod was only slightly disappointed upon hearing the news, but quickly beca very intrigued and asked him to repeat the night’s events over and over.
Especially the mont of Li Yu’s disappearance, Hirodod confird repeatedly that there was nothing on him and that his mouth was gagged, before exclaiming in amazent, "Indeed, impressive!"
After pausing, he said to the leading cavalryman, "Good job, the intelligence you’ve brought back is very valuable. Continue to lie low in Green Field, and push for conflict between the Silver Moon Church’s congregation and the Double Rest Sect. Of course, it’s even more important to study the secret of rlin’s disappearance."
However, this ti the leading cavalryman showed a rare hint of hesitation.
Hirodod caught his hesitation and smiled, "What’s the matter, are you afraid?"
"This ti, the opponent seems to be different from the previous ones."
