The fur rchant looked at the blue pill in front of him, his face showing a skeptical expression.

As the saying goes, without comparison, there would be no harm; he had just witnessed the Female Priest treat a little boy with asthma. Adelle could tell at a glance the sins hidden within the farr’s wife, leaving a deep impression, and then she personally officiated the ceremony, cleansing the child of the impurities in his body.

The fur rchant didn’t expect Li Yu to replicate exactly the sa thing, but surely so sort of ritual was necessary, wasn’t it? Otherwise, how effective could a re potion be?

Over the past year, he had already visited all the renowned herbalists in the Western Regions, but none of them could cure his serious secret ailnt.

Seemingly noticing his concerns, Li Yu spoke again, "Go ahead and take it. The Divine dicine was personally made by my lord on Saturday, so it doesn’t require a ritual to take effect."

These words sowhat reassured the fur rchant, but more importantly, he had been troubled by his illness for a long ti.

Today, he had totally given up his pride, openly admitting his issues in front of so many people. He didn’t want to miss any chance of getting cured, no matter how slight it might be.

Thus, after only a brief hesitation, he decided to swallow the pill in his hand.

After waiting a while and becoming impatient, he undid his trousers and peeked inside, then rubbed a few tis, only to be disappointed with the result.

The crowd nearby couldn’t help but jeer, and so even volunteered to take his worries off his hands, saying they’d let his wife experience what a real man was like, leaving the fur rchant red in the neck with anger and humiliation.

He looked at Li Yu with a mix of sha and anger, "Didn’t you say this is Divine dicine? Why isn’t having any effect at all?"

"Be patient, how much ti has passed?" Li Yu said calmly.

Typically, the small blue pill would take at least ten minutes to take effect, and under normal circumstances, half an hour. However, it had been less than seven minutes since the fur rchant had taken the dicine.

Reminded by Li Yu, the fur rchant realized he was being too impatient, so he sheepishly retreated.

But the mocking laughter did not disappear with his retreat.

Once one person started, more and more joined in, their abusive language becoming cruder by the mont, until finally, the Female Priest stood up and tried to restrain the believers.

The laughter subsided a bit then, but most people were still waiting to see the fur rchant and Li Yu made a fool of.

Unfortunately for them, they were bound to be disappointed this ti.

Since the Silver Moon Church had put the fur rchant forward as the second patient, it ant his private problem wasn’t caused by physical injury, and Li Yu had confird this through his enquiries.

The issue with the fur rchant was more psychological than physical, which ant the blue pill could have a therapeutic effect on him.

And indeed, on the twenty-fifth minute after taking the dicine, the fur rchant seed to notice sothing; his whole body suddenly shocked, his eyes revealing an expression of disbelief.

This ti it wasn’t just him; people nearby who were close enough also noticed sothing unusual about the fur rchant.

Between his legs, a transformation was beginning to take place.

The fur rchant first looked stunned, then an expression of wild joy appeared on his face. He hurriedly undid his trousers again and peered inside. After that glance, his mouth stretched into an even wider smile, and he laughed out loud.

Those who had mocked him earlier now fell into silence.

Soone, unwilling to accept it, sneered, "Ha, what an act! He must be fooling us, perhaps there’s just a small stick hidden inside."

It seed the fur rchant heard the sarcasm and responded with an action that left everyone present gawping in astonishnt.

He proceeded to pull his trousers right down, and seeming not quite satisfied, he rotated his body, performing a 360-degree full turn showcase to make sure everyone could see the miracle that had occured.

Especially those who had once loudly mocked him, the fur trader lingered the longest in front of them, his gaze aggressive and intimidating.

A whole year had passed, a full year! No one knew how he had endured that year!

Ever since he contracted this strange illness, his happy life had been shattered. Wherever he went, he was accompanied by hushed whispers and malicious snickers.

The disappointed look in his wife’s eyes, the neighbors’ teasing, whether intentional or not, all tornted his nerves and left him gasping for breath.

But today he had finally stood up and reclaid his dignity as a man!

At this mont, he wished the whole world could share in his joy.

"Hahaha, I can finally do it again."

The fur trader spread his arms wide, laughing uproariously at the sky, as if to sweep away all the pent-up resentnt in his chest.

However, he was soon interrupted by a cold voice.

"What are you staring at, get it out!"

Miss Rabbit, with her hand on her forehead, spoke with a face full of lactic acid.

It was then that the guard beside her snapped out of his daze, hurried over to the fur trader, congratulated him, and then swiftly subdued him, forcing him to put his trousers back on and escorting him out of Green Field.

Only after the fur trader had walked far away did the female priest heave a sigh of relief and remove her small hand from her eyes.

But the expression on her face beca even more solemn.

Adelle had not expected that in the second round, with such an obscure illness, Li Yu would still pass smoothly. His dical skill greatly surpassed her imagination.

Seeing that after two rounds the score was still tied, the female priest also began to panic. Could it really be necessary to use that move to win this competition?

However, by then, she had no retreat and could only continue the contest with a stiff upper lip as the church had arranged.

As expected, in the third round, the two once again ended in a draw without surprise.

Li Yu, with the adrenaline pen he had brought, successfully resuscitated a woman in shock, while Adelle used the Moon Essence provided by the church to once again relieve the agony of a tuberculosis patient.

Li Yu could only remark that so addictive drugs were indeed useful.

Although they did not have much therapeutic effect, the drugs were impressive on the surface and even the patients themselves felt much better.

Li Yu, however, did not dwell on this issue.

Unless he could provide irrefutable evidence that the dark clump used by the female priest was harmful to the human body, it would only end up as a war of words.

And Li Yu did not want to engage in a war of words with the Silver Moon Church in front of its congregants. That would only vex him.

Moreover, the contests between him and Adelle had not been without gain.

As he cured more and more people, the onlookers nearby gradually changed their views on him and the Double Rest Sect, from utter disbelief and jeers to gradually showing a hint of reverence in their eyes.

If there were a live interview at this point, it is likely that more and more people would start to feel that although the Double Rest Sect could not compare with the Silver Moon Church, it did have so rit.

And this scene was exactly what the Silver Moon Church did not want to see.
