The one who opened the church door was a mber of the Wilderness Brotherhood, dressed like one of the fully ard rcenaries. At this mont, his eyes bulged out as he stared at the Lord Blackfla Monk, who had been cleaved in half. His expression froze instantly!

He'd been sent to check the situation because he had just heard a roar outside the church door that didn't seem humanly possible.

And what he saw left him utterly speechless!

"This... this...."

"You... who are you?"

Only then did he regain his senses and involuntarily looked towards the center of the area, where Reine was still posed with his greatsword swinging down, and asked.

As the church door opened and sunlight stread into the hall, the trembling townspeople inside felt a strange warmth in their hearts, as if a seed of hope was sprouting.

The trapped townspeople turned to look towards the open door.

Though their view was partially blocked by the fully ard burly man, they could still vaguely see what was happening outside in the plaza.

They saw many Night Watchn and sheriffs, a Knight in tattered plate armor, and a robed figure lying in a pool of blood!

"He's co! The sheriff has co to save us."

"Amazing! We're finally going to be saved!"

"...."

The crowd imdiately grew agitated!

At that mont, the burly man felt a surge of elation, identifying the Knight holding the greatsword as Sheriff Hamilton.

But then, as he glanced at the two robed figures on the stage, he was still sowhat worried.

After all, the enemy's strength was far superior to Flashgold Town's defenses.

Fighting one robed figure, 'Lord Hamilton' had his breastplate shattered. But here, there were still two robed figures....

The burly man mistakenly thought that the shattered plate armor on Reine had been caused by the previous fight with the robed figure.

anwhile, Reine's mother, Emma, had her eyes suddenly widen!

Being a mother, she recognized imdiately that the 'Greatsword Knight' was her son, Reine.

Although he was wearing a knight's helt, she was too familiar with that set of knightly plate armor which Reine had been wearing every day recently.

At this mont, seeing Reine's battered knightly breastplate, Emma felt both worried and happy!

Worried because she feared Reine might not overco the villains, and happy because her own son had co to save her—how could she not be?

"Goddess bless! I hope Reine can successfully drive these villains away!"

...

The two Cavalry mbers from the Crowley family, although following Miss Jenny's orders to properly collect the mangled corpse of Andrews Knight and closely followed Reine,

still didn't fully believe in the young Lord Reine's combat prowess since they hadn't witnessed it firsthand.

However, when they saw Reine kill the black-robed figure—who was clearly stronger than an official knight—with a single blow, the two exchanged looks, both seeing shock in each other's eyes!

You should know that both of them were rely at the strength level of a second-tier knight's attendant.

At that mont, Jenny's carriage also arrived at the church plaza just in ti to see Reine in his stance with his greatsword lowered.

Jenny looked at Reine standing in the middle of the church plaza. At that mont, the sunlight cast a faint golden glow on his magnificent and youthful body, mixed with the aura of having defeated an enemy, like a god descended from heaven!

It seed to echo the statue of the Seasonal and Ocean Goddess on top of the church!

Jenny couldn't help but squint her eyes into crescents, the look of infatuation so deep she found it hard to pull away. This made her legs involuntarily cross tighter.

Naturally, Jenny compared the young and handso Reine to a family knight of her own clan who was nearly fifty years old and harbored ill intentions towards her and her mother, Richard.

She found no comparison at all!

Jenny thought, "It looks like I've bet on the right person!"

However, when she saw her family's two dazed cavalryn, she frowned slightly.

Jenny lifted the carriage's curtain, slightly displeased, and said to the two family cavalryn:

"What are you two daydreaming about? Why aren't you helping Lord Reine collect the spoils of war?"

"Spoils of war?"

"Yes... yes...."

The two cavalryn started off confused, but quickly caught on and imdiately dismounted to walk over to Reine's side.

"Lord Reine, we'll keep your spoils of war for you!" the two said respectfully as they bowed to Reine. Then, each grabbed half of the robed figure's body and returned to their horses.

This action caught the nearby Night Watchn—and even the rugged Wilderness Brotherhood mber at the church door—off guard.

"Is there such a show of prowess?"

"Lord Reine even has his own corps for handling, no, collecting spoils of war?"

"How confident must one be to arrange sothing like this?"

In an instant, Matteo and several Night Watchn felt a surge of confidence swell within them.

Despite the enemy's formidable strength, the advantage was theirs!

However, with the two bloody halves of the body hanging on either side of the horses, the cavalryn turned to Miss Jenny, troubled, and said, "Uh... Miss Jenny, we kind of don't have enough space here!"

Jenny looked at the two cavalryn, who had the bewildered expressions of geese, shook her head, and said resignedly, "Can't you just get a cart for hauling goods?"
