In the dark underground floating in a vat of green liquid, a naked man responding to a peculiar wave suddenly opened his eyes, the eyes didn’t seem to be human it seed to be filled with dark violent thoughts and animalistic tendencies, a mont later a blue light shined from the depths of the cornea suppressing the darkness to form a vague will that was getting stronger every mont as it suppressed and combined the dark thoughts, with the increasingly clear will vague unclear marks appeared on the man’s skin emitting a soothing blue light.
The green liquid in the vat started boiling and in a matter of minutes, all the liquid evaporated and was absorbed by the man’s body, with the last of the liquid the gaze in the man’s eye beca fully clear and more human.
Cracks appeared in the glass vat and soon it was broken freeing its occupant.
Stepping on the shattered glass Layton looked around and found zero not far away gazing at him with a hint of enquiry in her icy gaze.
She had been searching for one of Damon’s kin when she felt that spell fluctuation earlier, the only wizard on the plane who could still cast spells of that magnitude was Layton and normally according to the original plan Layton was supposed to stay low until she had prepared everything, so when she felt the spell earlier she knew sothing was wrong and imdiately ca here.
Looking at the animated Layton that just erged from the glass vat, zero did not admire his naked body but instead asked pointedly “what happened.”
“can I at least get so pants first, it kind of chilly” Layton grinned ignoring zero’s obvious bad mood.
A split second later zero left and reappeared with a neat set of clothes. Layton took it and continued while dressing “don’t worry just so minor bumps in the plan, everything will still proceed as planned.”
Seeing that zero was still gazing at him with a piercing gaze Layton sighed and continued “okay so we guessed right, the cause of the distortion was not an object but a practitioner like us, to be exact a martial practitioner of Buddhism who sohow wound up on the plane and was defeated by aboriginals”

“so it was Giatsu”
“not exactly Giatsu is so sort of projection of the monk, the monk has lost his body only his spirit and his martial arts will still linger”
“so what is his strength” zero cald her frantic nerves and asked,
“Don’t worry he is still a level 1 creature although he possesses a pseudo domain already, the monk and a fight earlier and through it I got so pretty interesting information and guesses, first as predicted it was too troubleso to kill so I can only be sealed for now, second Damon isn’t dead yet but is missing the monk has a plan for him haven’t been able to figure out what but its guaranteed that Damon will have to show up when the two worlds complete the rger, third your mystery is effective he doesn’t know you exist, fourth although I couldn’t figure out exactly what he wants, I’m positive he won’t stop the rger.”
“so you an to tell you can’t find Damon and the plane crystallization the core part of the plan” zero said in annoyance, the original plan was based on the information Layton had gathered as he was connected to the will of the plane and used part of zero’s mystery to catch so fragnts of several possible futures.
Through those fragnts, they knew about the plane crystallization and the fact that Damon would undoubtedly die.
The original plan was that after tonight Damon would be seriously injured and would be killed one way or the other, then Layton would use his omnipotent perspective to find the whereabouts of the plane crystal which would be either with Damon’s kin or Giatsu who they knew had a problem. Aboriginals could not hold the plane crystallization which was why when it was in the form of the library it had not been moved by anyone. After getting the plane crystal during the ti of the final rger it would be implanted in any of Damon’s kin and a special spell created by Layton would concentrate the negative emotions and energy of the plane to the crystal with zero’s help and her mystery a new subplane would be created and would force the plane to be upgraded.
The upgrade of the plane would involve all of the plane’s will attention which would allow Layton who was stuck to be free and replace his body with the clone hidden underground.
The energy released by the upgrade of the plane would greatly benefit all creatures present when the upgrade was going on.
If lucky the benefit would be enough to help zero and Layton to build and experience a domain without breaking through to level 2 practitioner.
As for Damon if his will was strong enough he could resurrect in the new subplane when the spell was launched, if his will was weak then Damon would be lost forever unable to return to the wizard world.
The spell to be used was the first real spell Layton had created based on his domineering rune whose hidden nature was that of will and expressed itself through manipulation of information(see chapter 8 ), Layton had used almost all his ti and energy while being connected to the plane will to create and perfect the spell, it was nad Magia Erabea, the goal was to inspire the information hidden in one’s body and soul Layton with a high darkness affinity and a still being a level 1 wizard could only at present easily use information of a dark nature that is negative emotions which he was experiencing at the mont, the animal instincts, dark urges of his cell as fuel to increase one’s strength.
With the view of the plane as a huge body, the spell would inspire all negative emotions in the plane into the plane crystal and would then burn it to increase the plane’s strength and force its promotion.
He had descended on his clone by using that sa principle he released the information in the cells of his body, cells store most of a person’s information and mory and using his authority in the plane and the rune array carved on the clone that linked them together he transferred that information into the clone also using his makeshift version of martial intent he had been able to project his will on the clone and make it exert great strength even though his body was sealed and could not communicate with the outside world. (Layton got martial intent related information in chapter 19).
