Layton watched through the projection as solace and the enemy confronted each other, the figure had a gender neutral face with flowing red hair, crystal red eyes shown a horrifying ominous light and suspicious red mists were emanating from his body.

They both faced each other and started to gain montum, Solace had already constructed a lightsaber made out of active light elental particles while his opponent still stood there leisurely his black Hanfu (a type of formal Chinese style robe} fluttering gracefully in the wind.

Solace watched intently at Lin Wei waiting for any flaws he might have even though he knew the probability of that happening was extrely low.

Although Lin Wei was famous for his clones and immortality the truth was he was also a master of swordsmanship, masters of swordsmanship especially those from the Wu civilization were notoriously difficult to deal with in combat, any little omission or flaw could warrant in your instant defeat.

When Solace’s montum had reached its peak and he was fully synchronized with his rune, he suddenly moved forward with full speed, the simple movent turned him into a laser beam instantly appearing in front of Lin Wei swinging his lightsaber, the attack caused a bright light to fill the horizon for a mont but the next a huge red slash appeared literally splitting the light and Solace into two.

Solace upper and lower body that had been separated instantly turned into two streams of light rejoining to reveal him intact.

“oh, is that the rune you acquired when you used the dinsional eroder to enter the sea plane when you were still a mortal, able to switch between a physical body and elentalization at will.”

it was unknown when Lin Wei had appeared in front of solace with his hand through his chest looking at him interest, solace figure dispersed reappearing again a few miles away.

The reason Lin Wei was so surprised was because mostly elentalization was permanent, the body structure would be made up of that specific elents fundantally, but solace was still flesh and blood and could switch to elentalization at will without changing his body structure.

Solace’s first rune was acquired in the sea plane an outer plane that had been synchronized, captured and anchored by the wizard civilization and was open to only wizard apprentice.

At that ti Solace who was just a newbie to the wizarding world had not even beco a wizard apprentice miraculously got a chance to use the dinsional eroder and got a chance to descend on the plane.

In the plane Solace sohow was able to find out the specifics of how the extraordinary power of the devil fruit could be transferred and contained, he conspired and managed to acquire the light devil fruit after the death of a top powerhouse in that plane, he then forced a weaker indigene to eat it and then killed the individual to get the rune crystallization representing the power of the devil fruit and promoted to a wizard apprentice in that plane.

With the unique advantage of elentalization the rune brought him he was invincible in the plane, as once the fruit had been transford to a rune the weakness of sea water and sea rock had ceased to exist.

At the level of wizard apprentices elentalization was an invincible existence, so he had suppressed the whole plane monopolizing all the resources in it before the ti was up and using those resources and knowledge to promote to a real wizard.

The incident shocked many wizards and many made offers for Solace to beco their personal disciples or join their families but solace rejected them all and applied to the wizard council to becone a wizarding seed.

The families of the wizard apprentice he had killed and suppressed in the sea plane made him a lot of enemies, and Solace wasn’t ready to bow his head down to them and so they have been targeting him ever since.

“It seems the warm up is over,” Solace chuckled and urged his second rune, soon apart from the elental particles of light that was already present there also appeared countless fla elents, Solace seed to be transford into a new blazing sun.

In Lin Wei’s hand it was unknown when a blood red sword had appeared which he then used to attack Solace, with a slash the cold bloody sword intent filled the air and moved towards Solace who was in the center of the surge of elents, Solace seeing this had to stop accumulating montum and power, it was well known that the martial intent of the Wu practitioner’s was difficult to deal with as the attacked accompanied by the martial intent impacted real damage, aning if Solace was cut by that sword there was a high probability he would be killed, Solace stopped accumulating power and forcefully absorbed the two elents into his cells forcefully rging them. Solace’s body instantly expanded, his muscles and physique getting larger and stronger. The sword attack hit solace head on but only succeed in cutting his skin making him bleed but no fundantal damage had been done.

Solace stood there with an axe he had summoned, his clothes having been torn by his now bulging and expanding muscles revealing a huge lion tattoo covering his whole back with a golden red skin colour that shone with a gleam making anyone seeing him imdiately aware of the pure strength and tyranny he now possessed, he did not look like a wizard right now but more like a pure warrior that crushed everything in its path.

“As expected of you Solace, even though your breakthrough has been delayed you have gotten stronger than ever, even able to forcefully rge different elents as only a level 2 wizard is a feat to be proud of even if you are only able to bear it temporarily using your specially cultivated flesh.”

Although Lin Wei said this in a tone of admiration the red glow in his eyes and the increased sword intent that perated the sky made it clear he was excited right now and was getting serious.
