Chapter 328: Chapter 202: Morning Star Level Experience Card
"What do you plan to do?" Lady Allen countered, "We both know the rules of the altar. Once you enter, you cannot re-enter. Unless..."
"Unless you find a special existence."
Valen responded, a complex light flickering in his eyes, "Soone with the strength of an Official Wizard, yet not bound by the constraints of an Official Wizard."
His eyes fixed directly on Lady Allen, "For example, soone whose strength is usually below that of an Official Wizard due to special reasons."
Lady Allen’s smile froze on her face, "You want
to go in?"
"Yes." Valen nodded, a certain plea in his voice,
"You have the strength of an Official Wizard, but in terms of the rules, you are not truly an ’Official Wizard’, so the Bloodline Altar’s restrictions should not apply to you."
"You’re quite the strategist." Lady Allen sneered,
"You want
to risk entering a potentially unstable alternate space? Why should I?"
Valen took a deep breath, as if suppressing so emotion,
"Allen, this involves more than just the interests of the Crystal Tower. If that duplicate is as strong as Eliot claims, once it fully develops, the consequences will be unimaginable."
"You still haven’t answered my question." Lady Allen’s gaze turned sharp, "Why should I help you guys?"
Valen remained silent for a mont, finally sighing,
"For Ron. If the duplicate goes out of control, Ron himself is likely to get hurt, and the reason for the possible issue this ti is far beyond the simple matter of Ron’s Abyssal Items..."
"Are you saying soone’s causing trouble?"
Lady Allen stepped closer, magical energy fluctuations, still strong from the potion effect, had a touch of concern in her tone, "Soone tampered with the Bloodline Altar?"
"This possibility cannot be ruled out." Valen pondered,
"Since the last ti the ’Eye of the Abyss’ activity was discovered within the School, we’ve strengthened defenses across various aspects, but the Bloodline Altar, due to its special spatial attributes, has always been a challenging area to fully control."
"Let’s not talk about these things too much for now." Lady Allen waved her hand, her erald eyes showing a hint of urgency,
"But you’re right, the primary task now is to ensure the safety of the personnel inside the altar. I will go in, but on one condition."
"If it’s within my capacity, I will agree." Valen frowned, reluctantly responding.
"Ron Ralph is my student."
Lady Allen’s gaze turned sharp, "I want your assurance that you won’t force him to sign a Soul Contract with the Crystal Tower."
Valen’s expression turned complex.
As a mber of the Crystal Tower, he had the duty to discover and recruit all kinds of talents.
And according to Eliot’s description, Ron’s potential clearly surpasses that of a regular Apprentice, even among the Crystal Tower’s elite, he might stand out.
Such a genius must, by tradition, be bound to the Crystal Tower through a Soul Contract.
But on the other hand, he and Allen are old acquaintances.
He knew clearly that if he didn’t agree to this condition, Allen would not easily compromise.
Moreover, if Ron is indeed as formidable as Eliot described, forcing the binding of such a potentially dangerous factor to the Crystal Tower may not be a good thing.
"I can promise not to forcibly bind him through a contract, using a Word Bind instead..."
Valen cautiously responded, "But if he chooses willingly... that’s his decision, I won’t interfere."
Dark Sun Level Wizard, although controlled by Soul Contract and clan binding, without the Great Wizard, he possesses the top-tier combat power naturally granting sufficient authority.
Lady Allen fixed her gaze on Valen, hearing the ntion of "Word Bind
