Chapter 131: Chapter 115: Red Blood Flying Dragon

"Shut up! You will not fail!"

Ron abruptly interrupted the words that were almost like a final bequest:

"Even if sothing goes wrong, I’m here. I’ve prepared plenty of potions to suppress mutations, ready to intervene at any ti."

This was actually a comforting lie; once the bloodline activation begins, external forces can hardly intervene.

If Andre truly undergoes a complete mutation, Ron’s options are quite limited—perhaps he can only make the end easier.

But at this mont, what the other needs is confidence, not fear.

"I understand."

Andre took a deep breath, clearly aware of this himself: "Then, let’s begin."

He lifted the potion bottle, nodded at Ron in acknowledgnt, then drank it all in one go.

The mont the potion touched his mouth, Andre’s expression beca extraordinarily complex—first surprise, then pain, and finally a trance-like euphoria.

Golden light seed to shine through his skin from within, flowing along the rune paths drawn on his body, forming a complete energy network.

He slowly closed his eyes, his hands involuntarily spread open, his body hovering about half a foot above the ground as if lifted by so invisible force.

The light of the array grew even stronger as seven energy crystals simultaneously emitted a humming noise, forming a harmonious tone, a sign of energy resonance.

Ron stepped back a few steps, closely monitoring the entire process.

He knew the next few minutes would determine Andre’s fate—either he would awaken as a Bloodline Knight, or be consud by mutation into a monster.

Seconds ticked by, Andre’s state seed stable, but Ron could feel the energy flow within the array beginning to beco uneven, as if encountering so kind of obstruction.

Andre’s expression also started to beco distorted, his muscles twitching irregularly as if battling so force within his body.

"Damn it." Ron’s mind was sounding the alarm: "He’s starting to reject the potion."

This is the most common danger during bloodline activation.

When the awakening ancient bloodline conflicts with the host’s spirit or body, it can cause chaotic energy flow, potentially leading to mutation or more severe consequences.

Ron quickly contemplated his options; he could attempt to intervene, but the risk was extrely high; or he could trust Andre’s willpower to let him get through this on his own.

Andre’s consciousness was currently in a peculiar chaotic state.

In his spiritual world, a gigantic red dragon-shaped creature was diving toward him, its head fierce, eyes like burning lava, its scales glistening with a tallic sheen.

In this life-and-death mont, countless scenes flashed in Andre’s mind:

The desperate faces of the Candidate Apprentices he saw while helping the Law Enforcent Team;

Carl’s corpse tainted by mutation;

Even during his ti in the Kingdom, the painful mories of being mocked by his brothers and ignored by his father.

These visions intertwined to form an indescribable emotion—anger, sorrow, unwillingness, desire...

"I can’t end like this!" Andre roared in his heart: "I will not beco another monster, will not beco yet another naless corpse!"

The apparition of the Red Blood Flying Dragon halted in mid-air, its golden-red vertical pupils fixed on Andre as if evaluating this human’s worth.

After a long standoff, the dragon’s posture began to soften, its massive form gradually shrinking, finally transforming into a ball of crimson energy, hovering in front of Andre.

"I accept you as part of my strength."

Andre extended his hand, touching the ball of energy: "But I, Andre Faruk, am still the master of this body."

With his declaration, the crimson energy flowed into his body like a stream, no longer eroding and occupying, but rging and coexisting.

In the real world, the light of the array began to stabilize, no longer fluctuating wildly as before.

Andre’s body slowly descended to the ground, his feet landing firmly on the surface.

The scales that had sprouted on his skin did not disappear, but also did not spread further, extending from his neck to his arms, like a ticulously crafted armor.

"Andre?" Ron cautiously approached, uncertain if the person before him still retained sanity, his hand already clutching a Pocket Watch and a sound wave oscillation magic.

Andre slowly opened his eyes, the golden vertical pupils still there, but the clarity of human consciousness had returned to his gaze.

"I succeeded, Ron."

His voice was slightly hoarse but filled with an indescribable joy: "I feel... indescribable..."

Ron exhaled a long breath, his tense nerves finally relaxing.

"You almost made

think I had to prepare your arrangents."

He half-jokingly said: "There was a mont when I truly thought you would completely mutate."

"I thought so too."

Andre looked at his hands, the scales shimring with subtle luster under the candlelight:

"But at the final mont, I rembered many things... Those mories gave

the strength to persevere."

Ron observed the changes in his friend.

Andre’s appearance, besides the localized scales, hadn’t changed much, but the aura he emitted was completely different.

It was an indescribable pressure, as if a slumbering beast lay dormant within him, ready to awaken at any mont.

"How are you feeling now?" Ron curiously asked: "What bloodline has awakened?"

Andre closed his eyes, seemingly sensing the changes within his body:
