Chapter 908: Chapter 409: Inheritance of the Elental God (Part 2)

During this process, Lingnai needed to constantly monitor the changes between the air currents, continually adjusting her guiding thods to ensure they could coexist in harmony.

However, this process was far more difficult than imagined.

The conflicts and friction between the air currents made Lingnai feel extrely strenuous, as if she were in a life-and-death struggle with an invisible force.

Sotis, a powerful air current would suddenly attack, turning all of Lingnai’s previous efforts into ashes;

Sotis, the friction between several air currents would produce violent explosions, forcing Lingnai to dodge urgently.

But no matter what difficulties she encountered, Lingnai never gave up.

She always believed in her goal, constantly trying, adjusting, and striving.

As ti passed second by second, Lingnai’s forehead was already covered with fine beads of sweat.

Yet her eyes remained steadfast and bright, without the slightest hint of wavering.

Finally, after countless attempts and failures, Lingnai felt an unprecedented force surging within her.

She abruptly opened her eyes, only to see the surrounding air currents beginning to resonate harmoniously under her guidance.

They intertwined and rged, forming a powerful and stable storm force.

This force left Lingnai feeling unprecedentedly shocked and excited.

She felt as if she had beco one with this force, able to feel its every pulse and change.

She knew she had successfully captured the harmonious resonance of the myriad air currents, which was the key to crossing the Hurricane Corridor.

Lingnai took a deep breath, channeling this storm force into her palm.

Then, she stepped forward resolutely, boldly striding into the depths of the Hurricane Corridor.

Here, the hurricane was more violent, more ferocious, but Lingnai, relying on her control of the storm force, traversed the corridor with ease.

She seed like a moving scenic view, elegantly dancing amidst the hurricane.

After a period of arduous trekking, Lingnai finally reached the far end of the Hurricane Corridor.

Here, she faced a massive Eye of the Storm.

This was the core of the corridor, and also the source of the air current convergence.

The Eye of the Storm emitted a dazzling light, seemingly a black hole devouring everything.

Yet Lingnai felt no fear or hesitation, she clenched her fists, gathering the storm force within her to its utmost.

Then, Lingnai leapt upward, like a brilliant teor rushing towards the Eye of the Storm.

At the mont she neared the Eye of the Storm, she swung her fists fiercely, unleashing the storm force within her.

Instantly, a powerful storm force collided against the Eye of the Storm, as if to utterly destroy it.

The Eye of the Storm trembled violently under the assault of the storm force, its emitted light flickering.

Yet Lingnai did not relax or beco careless, continuing to swing her fists, continuously injecting streams of storm force into the Eye of the Storm.

Finally, with a deafening roar, the Eye of the Storm began to disperse, transforming into mild air currents that floated through the air.

With the dispersal of the Eye of the Storm, the Hurricane Corridor also cald down.

The once rampant hurricanes seed to lose their power, gradually vanishing into the air.

Lingnai stood at the corridor’s end, gazing at the tranquil scene before her, filled with pride and a sense of achievent.

She had successfully traversed the Hurricane Corridor, capturing the power of harmonious resonance of the air currents.

However, Lingnai knew that although this trial had ended, her life journey was far from reaching its conclusion.

...

When Fire Dance, Shuili, Hill, and Lingnai each reached their limits in the trial, challenging and surpassing themselves, a deep, resonant chi suddenly sounded in the sky.

This chi was profound and solemn, as if reaching from ancient tis, piercing the barriers of ti and space, tightly linking the hearts and souls of the four witches.

Simultaneously, a dazzling light began to erge from the Obelisk, like the rising sun, warm and full of hope.

In the glow, an ethereal figure slowly erged, clad in a robe, with a dignified face and eyes gleaming with wisdom — the Elental God.

The four witches stared in amazent at this suddenly appearing figure, never having imagined that at the trial’s end, they would see the legendary Elental God with their own eyes.

The voice of the Elental God echoed in their ears, ancient yet youthful, filled with the vicissitudes of ti and the vitality of life.

"Brave Trial Takers, welco to the Hall of the Heart of Elents. I am the Elental God, also the Guardian of the Four Major Elents of this world."

Fire Dance, Shuili, Hill, and Lingnai exchanged glances, their hearts filled with awe and curiosity.

They did not know what awaited them next.

The Elental God continued, "The trials you have undergone are not only tests of your individual capabilities but also challenges of your teamwork and willpower to their limits. I am pleased to see you have completed the trials, displaying extraordinary courage and wisdom."

The Elental God changed the topic, "What you know as inheritance is not as glorious as you think. In reality, this so-called inheritance is the prison of my Divine Format."

The four witches were shocked and dismayed by these words.

They never imagined that the inheritance they had been pursuing all along would turn out to be such a harsh reality.

The Elental God sighed and continued, "A long, long ti ago, I engaged in a fierce battle with the Dark Forces. To protect this world from Dark Devouring, I sacrificed my freedom, sealing my Divine Format in this Obelisk. And my power beca the Four Major Elents, scattered across the corners of this world."

"Over ti, people gradually forgot this history, leaving only the legends of the inheritance. And you were entrusted with the mission of seeking and inheriting this inheritance." The Elental God’s voice carried a trace of helplessness and sorrow, "But what you don’t know is that this inheritance is actually a heavy burden. It binds my power and prevents

from leaving this Obelisk."

The four witches remained silent, their hearts filled with complex emotions.

They felt both sympathy and admiration for the Elental God, and confusion and perplexity about their own mission.

At this mont, the Elental God spoke again, "You will beco the Guardians of this world, taking on the responsibility of protecting this world from Dark Force invasions."

Fire Dance, Shuili, Hill, and Lingnai looked at each other.

No matter the path chosen, it would be a road full of challenges and the unknown.

But they also believed that as long as they united with one heart, nothing could stop them from moving forward.

After a period of deep contemplation, the four witches finally made their choice.

"Elental God," Fire Dance spoke first, "we are willing to continue this inheritance and beco the Guardians of this world."

Shuili, Hill, and Lingnai also nodded in agreent.

They knew this choice ant taking on even greater responsibilities.

But they also believed that as long as they held onto faith and courage, they could overco any difficulty.

The Elental God looked at them, eyes shimring with a comforting light.

"Brave Trial Takers, your choice deeply impresses . Please accept my blessing and power."

Saying this, the Elental God stretched out their palm, gently placing it on the Obelisk.

In an instant, the Obelisk burst into dazzling light, and the power of the Four Major Elents surged from it, flowing into the bodies of the four witches.

Fire Dance felt her Fla Power beco hotter and stronger;

Shuili found her liquid body becoming more resilient and flexible;

Hill could feel the pulse and power of the Earth;

And Lingnai mastered more subtle Wind Elent manipulation techniques.

Simultaneously, they also felt a mysterious force surging within them, the blessing and protection given by the Elental God.
