David quietly returned to the castle in his territory with the Ice Witch.
"Young Master David."
Seeing David return intact, the Gray Wolf Knight breathed a sigh of relief.
David nodded slightly and told him the news of killing Baron Lynx.
"Is he dead? He really got off easy!"
The Gray Wolf Knight snorted coldly; Baron Lynx was once a friend.
But after the Mountain Cat Clan’s betrayal, they beca enemies, and now hearing that Young Master David had killed him, a sense of satisfaction appeared on his face.
This is the outco of betraying the Frost Wolf Clan!

The Gray Wolf Knight did not hide his excitent, but regretted that this ti David went to Mountain Cat Town to rescue the witch, otherwise he would have wanted to celebrate extravagantly!

David pushed open the door and saw the witch standing dazedly outside the window.
The witch had already washed and changed into a snow-white long dress belonging to Liya, with a snowflake-shaped hairpin in her silver hair.
Upon hearing the door open, the witch’s figure suddenly trembled and instinctively hid behind the curtain.
This was a reflex for self-protection, as a witch was constantly threatened by the Church.
Seeing this, David’s face showed a peculiar expression.
According to the information he had, this Ice Witch nad Amy was exposed because she fought against the wolf pack entering the village.

When she was imprisoned in the dungeon, she thought her cursed life was nearing its end.
But she never expected a knight to risk being hunted by the Church to save her and bring her back to the castle.
Although unaware of the knight’s intentions, she was already grateful, and thinking of this, she asked softly, "Lord, why did you save ?"
"Why save you?"
"Then why did you save those commoners?"
David smiled as he countered.
The witch lowered her head, her expression complex, "They... are actually good people."

Yes, she was, in fact, an ordinary person who hadn’t done anything wrong.
