Chapter 527: Chapter 219: Fur Rabbit Race

In the early morning, sunlight stread through the hotel curtains and shone on David.

He tidied up his gear and walked out of the hotel.

Last night was another night of cultivation, but with his physical strength, it had no adverse effects.

The harbor gradually receded behind him as he headed southeast.

As the distance widened, he gradually left behind the clamor of the Sea Race and was enveloped by nature.

Thick shrubs lined the roadside, with small magical creatures occasionally flying by.

They emitted cheerful chirps, mingling with the rustling leaves, creating a sense of serenity.

Soon, he arrived at the outskirts of the Demon Beast Mountain Range.

Beyond extraordinary magical beasts, the range was also ho to beastn, the Fur Race, and so other humanoid demons.

David traversed the periter of the Demon Beast Mountain Range, activating extraordinary perception to keenly capture the surrounding movents.

Suddenly, he sensed a rough and strong energy wave accompanied by a low, rhythmic sound.

He carefully observed the surroundings and soon discovered so distinctive tracks behind a grove of bushes.

On a green, rough, and sowhat worn path, several brawny, green-skinned humanoid creatures, appearing as if covered by so plant, were moving forward along the path.

David could clearly see how they were arranged neatly, each step steady and forceful.

They wore simple yet rough leather armor, adorned with various weapons and trophies, exuding a wild aura.

"Green-skinned Orcs..."

David thought to himself; these were fierce and difficult-to-deal-with humanoid creatures.

They usually lived in tribes, operating at the forest and mountain borders, an unignorable force on this land.

Though their level among the alien races was relatively low, their large numbers and powerful combat capabilities made them formidable.

He noticed the orcs’ expressions were serious and vigilant; they seed to be patrolling for so reason.

At this mont, David focused all his attention on the scene before him.

As they drew nearer, he could hear low whispers exchanged among the orcs, carrying a tone of sharpness and threat.

He vaguely sensed these orcs weren’t just patrolling; they were acting with a clear purpose.

David quickly evaluated the surrounding environnt; if he could control one of the orcs, he might learn more about their plans and goals.

He swiftly selected a slightly thinner and seemingly younger orc as his target.

He began to channel the contract mark within his spiritual world, letting his powerful spiritual power invade that orc’s spiritual world.

This orc on the outskirts of the Alien Race Continent wasn’t very strong, rely equivalent to an official mage, mostly relying on physical prowess and noticeably weak spiritual power.

David could easily control him.

Just as that orc was conversing softly with companions, he suddenly felt a dizzying sensation in his head.

Seizing the mont, David intensified his power, letting the magic power entwine like vines around the orc’s brain.

In that instant, the young orc’s gaze turned void, completely under David’s control.

"Good, now listen to what I say."

David fixed his gaze on the controlled orc, asking in a low, clear voice, "What are you planning?"

Under his ntal influence, the orc’s body trembled slightly, speaking involuntarily, "We plan to attack the Fur Rabbit Race village."

"Why choose to attack them?"

David continued to inquire, hoping to unearth more information.

"Our tribe lacks enough females, we need the Fur Rabbit Race to bear offspring."

The young orc’s voice carried a greedy tone.

The Fur Rabbit Race and Beast Race shared close bloodlines, seen as top beauties by the beastn.

David squinted; the orcs’ attack on the Fur Rabbit Race wasn’t rely territorial dispute but stemd from a desperate need to continue their species.

The young orc’s eyes glead with fanaticism, "Moreover, we’ll only take the most beautiful females, making them our companions, for the tribe’s future!"

The Fur Rabbit Race was a relatively mild small humanoid species, adept in agriculture and crafts, never provoking trouble.

Now, these bloodthirsty and wild green-skinned orcs plotted to attack these innocent little beings.

David frowned, his gaze landing on the beastman leader.

From him, David sensed a dangerous aura; coupled with the orcs’ numbers, he decided to first observe the situation.

He began to stealthily follow the orcs’ tracks, cautiously keeping his distance while using extraordinary perception to explore the environnt.

As he delved deeper into the forest, the rough and strong energy wave grew more apparent, each step brimming with impending violence.

Soon, David discovered the location of the Fur Rabbit Race.

It was a small village adorned with elegant flowers and plants, quaint and cozy houses nestled among trees, appearing tranquil and peaceful.

In this serenity, the Fur Rabbit Race remained oblivious to the looming catastrophe.

David noticed a few Fur Rabbits busying themselves at the village edge, deftly using slender arms to carry food and tools.

Suddenly, several busy Fur Rabbits halted imdiately, ears perked up in full alertness.

"Did you hear any sound?"
