Wizard: Start with Biological Transformation to Grind Experience Chapter 599 - 3: Discussion and Recruitment
Domain!
The third stage of a Wizard, and a true transformation towards the deeper core of this world.
Currently, countless apprentices, Wizards, and those with elental potential have embarked on the Wizard’s Road in the Wizard World, but only a few hundred have truly reached this stage and still exist in the world.
At this stage, they are already pillars in the true sense of the Wizard World, existing like the cornerstone of the Wizard community.
And because of this,
As the dominant order force in the Wizard World, the Supre Council keeps a close eye on any Domain level strength. Once discovered, they try their utmost to draw them into the Supre Council, absorbing them as part of this order.
Lynch, this newly promoted Domain, has already beco known within the Supre Council. Naturally, the factions within the Council have also begun paying attention.
At this mont, two powerful forces are engaged in a lively discussion about him.
Land of Freedom, Tower of Order, Seventh Arbitration Hall
The cold Obsidian walls flowed with silver light rivers ford by order runes, with light precisely directed and focused on the massive circular black iron table at the center. The air was heavy, carrying a cold scent of tal and arcane dust. This was not a public eting but a small, closed-door eting sufficient to decide the fate of a newly promoted Domain.
Four people sat around the table:
Prism Eye Elogar, a late-stage Mystical Rank Wizard, responsible for intelligence analysis of Jade Land.
In front of him was a mirror ford by Water Elent, where fragntary information about Lynch scrolled, from vague records of the Decay Trial to his sphere of influence in Feiyan City.
Beside him was Alchemy Master Veronica, an early-stage Domain Wizard, and one of the key figures in the "Forced Conscription Departnt" of the Tower of Order, her face cold and hard as sculpture, her eyes sharp as blades.
"The data is very vague, Elogar." Veronica’s voice was like tal scraping, "This ’Saphiro’, his promotion process is full of doubts. The fall of Rotten Wood Elder Altonia is directly related to him, possibly involving external force intervention. A peripheral Witch Domain, promoted through such ans, has an unstable foundation and its value is questionable." Her words were filled with contempt for Jade Land.
Elogar adjusted the crystal glasses on his nose, data flowing on the light screen: "Value assessnt shows that the ’Decaying Domain’ he controls has a potential rating of B , with additional points for his affinity with ti displayed during the Mystical Rank."
"After integrating Jade Land’s resources, it is expected to provide about 370 million standard energy units annually, eting the standards of a secondary resource point. As for the ans... it’s result-oriented, Veronica. He stands at the Domain position, and that’s enough. What we need is his control over Jade Land, as well as his Domain itself supplenting the ’Decay’ rule library."
"Supplenting the rule library? Ha."
A cold laugh ca from the shadows, upon closer inspection, there was a gaunt man as if completely blending with the shadows.
This was Darian, the Bind of Shadows, a mid-Domain Wizard.
Darian chuckled softly in the shadows, his voice hoarse: "A little guy just stepping through the door, how much can he understand of the true aning of decay? I think his greatest value is as a ready-made ’anchor point’, allowing us to more smoothly extend the Tower of Order’s rule network over that chaotic land."
"Let him leave there, continue to maintain the opening of all Magic Stone Mines in Jade Land, and accept the tower’s direct supervision, this is the most efficient use." His proposal was cold and direct, viewing Lynch as a tool rather than a collaborator.
The last elder spoke, this was the Star Track Wizard Cyrus, his voice carried an ancient rhythm, as if stating an axiom: "Order needs to be maintained, resources need to be integrated. The previous chaos we have tried before, the effect was not very impressive."
"Since soone has now integrated it, we should take this opportunity to re-establish a cooperative sche, anyway, as long as the Magic Stone Mines are controlled, sending soone to talk to him first. We can bestow him the title of ’Jade Inspector’, exercising power under the frawork of the tower."
Veronica imdiately added, with a hint of coercion: "’Inspector’? Possibly. But the premise is that he must personally co to the Land of Freedom, undergo ’power calibration’ and ’Loyalty Mark’ at the core of the Tower of Order. His Feiyan City core must also accept a permanent observation group from the tower. This is a necessary asure to ensure his understanding of order is correct and his actions are controllable. If he resists..."
"Resist?" Darian interjected darkly, "That would prove he has ill intentions, or is already corrupted by decay. We have enough ’reason’ for ’order purification’. A newly promoted Domain with an unstable foundation, in the face of the Tower of Order’s power ... is just a slightly bigger ant!"
Land of Fran, Star Trace Tower, Stargazing Do.
In stark contrast to the icy assassinations of the Tower of Order, the inside of the Stargazing Do at Star Trace Tower was filled with an atmosphere of tranquility and knowledge.
The do itself seed like a miniaturized starry sky, real star projections slowly flowing, casting down gentle starlight. The air was filled with a faint scent of stardust and ancient parchnt. Several Wizards sat relaxed on suspended star track chairs.
This side also had four people participating in the discussion, naly Star Weaver Ithala, a female mid-Domain Wizard, with a gentle deanor, fingertips entwined with threads of flickering starlight, weaving a complex prophecy model.
Boundary Scholar Roland Stark, an early-stage Domain Wizard, with a lean face, several rotating crystal balls floating in front of him, reflecting different spatial coordinate scenes.
Secret Sage Torrel, late Domain, with white hair and beard, eyes wise and deep.
And the host of this eting, the principal of Starry Sky Magic Academy, Abbas.
"The rising star of Jade Land... Saphiro." Ithala spoke first, her voice soft as star whispers, "His promotion trajectory... is filled with dramatic and wise brilliance. To erge victorious from the Rotten Wood Elder’s trial and ultimately gain its core inheritance, this mindset and strength are rare even in the Central Land."
Roland’s crystal ball was replaying the scenes of Lynch deploying his Domain outside the Land of Decay, stabilizing space, and sending off survivors.
"See his use of the Domain." Roland praised: "To achieve such exquisite communication and soothe collapsing spatial structures at an initial Domain, this sensitivity to spatial disturbance and control ... is very rare."
Torrel stroked his long beard, nodding slowly: "Indeed. ’Decay’ is originally a rule of ending, but on him... it seems entwined with a distinct ’rebirth’ aura. This preliminary fusion of opposing rules shows imnse potential. Not to ntion the ti Talent he exhibited..."
"Lord Abbas, I recall you were quite interested in him before?" His gaze turned towards the main seat.
A hint of an imperceptible smile appeared on Abbas’s face, voice calm: "Indeed. A young fellow who knows how to leave a way out for himself and seize opportunities." He was clearly referring to his involvent as a "bodyguard" on an earlier occasion.
"Such excellent talent, Land of Fran cannot miss." Ithala looked at Abbas, her tone full of expectation, "Should we issue a formal invitation? Granting him the honorary seat of ’Star Realm Explorer’? The knowledge base and resources of Fran can better help him grow and also allow him to contribute to the spatial research of Star Trace Tower."
Roland also agreed: "Indeed. Treat him with courtesy, invite him with sincerity. Let him understand that Fran is a collaborator and a guide, not a binder."
Torrel concluded: "His potential deserves the highest standard of courtesy. Abbas, it’s most appropriate for you to personally send out the invitation letter."
Faced with the eager gaze and urging of his three colleagues, Abbas rely waved his hand slightly, indicating for them to remain calm.
"Invitation?" Abbas’s voice carried a hint of composure, as if already having control over everything, "No need to hurry."
Under the slightly puzzled gaze of the three, he said slowly:
"Before he stepped onto the Decay Steps, we had already... reached an agreent."
"As for the specific forms of cooperation," Abbas’s gaze turned towards the depths of the do’s star map, where a vague, almost space-integrated phantom flashed by a light point representing Jade Land, "’Kong’ has always been there. Once the young fellow completely stabilizes his Domain and sorts out the trivial matters of Jade Land, Kong will naturally go and connect with him."
