Altonia’s hunched silhouette was like a withered tree rooted in the ground, his eyes, interwoven with dark green and deep red, were fixed on the image of Lynch within the Crystal Ball.

At the very instant Lynch’s spiritual core’s [Fusion Circuit] was completed, the grand Magic Array construction was finished, and the Domain Prototype instantaneously took shape!

Within the Crystal Ball, the region of the image belonging to Lynch suddenly erupted with an unprecedented radiance of rules, non-decay attribute! This radiance was not an outflow of Lynch’s own energy but a vehent rules disturbance caused by his spiritual structure completing an ultimate leap, touching the threshold of domain, on the "Eye of Surveillance" that is the Crystal Ball!

"Hmm?!"

Altonia’s withered body shuddered violently as if struck by an invisible electric current! His face, twisted by frenzy, for the first ti displayed a clear astonishnt, even that pathological manic laughter was caught in his throat. Two dark red pupils abruptly contracted, fixating on that anomalous brilliance.

"This... this is..."

His hoarse and dry voice carried an incredulous fluctuation, his withered claw subconsciously tightened on the Crystal Ball, nails almost embedding into it, "Fusion?! Fusion Circuit?! He... he actually at this mont... completed the Fusion Circuit?! Began... constructing a domain?!"

The brief astonishnt was like cold water thrown into boiling oil, instantly consud by more intense and greedy flas! The astonishnt on Altonia’s face was swiftly replaced by a twisted expression of mixed ecstasy, jealousy, and intense yearning, a strange laughter croaked from his throat:

"Ha! Hahahahaha! Incredible! Truly incredible! To happen at this mont... is this destiny? Always full of surprises!"

"Fusion Circuit! Domain Prototype! A perfect foundation! Just one more step... just one last step! Domain Docunt carrying inheritance... Alan’s Mark igniting the fla of Ascension... and a true ’Domain’ can be completed!"

"But... none of that matters!" His voice suddenly rose, filled with a spine-chilling excitation, "What matters is... this ’quasi-Third Tier’ ’fuel’! This nourishnt fused with decay potential! Unprecedented! Absolutely unprecedented!!"

His withered claw waved excitedly, pointing to Lynch’s figure within the Crystal Ball, as if pointing to a rare treasure:

"Look at this ’spark’! How pure! How... subli! When his domain prototype, his soul, all of him is devoured by the ’Heart of Decay’... when this ’quasi-Third Tier’ essence rges in... what kind of ascension will the ’Heart’ achieve? It will transcend the boundary of ’container’! It will have... the qualification to glimpse higher rules!"

Altonia’s frenzy reached its pinnacle. He abruptly turned around, no longer looking at the Crystal Ball, but stretched out his arms towards the hall’s center, where a swirling gigantic Array vortex emitted a foreboding aura.

His body trembled violently with excitent, the turbulent Power of Decay radiating around him like a substantial storm, causing his tattered Cloak to flap wildly, even the peculiar wooden floor beneath his feet began to crack and turn to ash.

"Fuel! The finest fuel is already on its way! The furnace... has long been thirsting! What... are we waiting for?!"

With his hysterical roar, an abrupt change occurred from the shadows in the hall’s corners!

Two massive roots, oozing thick dark green liquid, shot out like long-dormant venomous serpents from the edge shadows of the ground’s Array! Their target was Karija, the silent envoy of the Tower of Order who had been standing at the shadows’ edge, and the Eye Grass "Insightful"!

"Altonia! Have you gone mad?!" Karija’s voice, riddled with anger and shock, lost its usual composure for the first ti, a fierce light of order burst forth from under the gray robe in an attempt to resist. The Eye Grass emitted a piercing scream, the bloodshot giant eye released a chaotic spiritual shockwave.

However, all of this appeared futile before Altonia, who was already preditated and positioned at the core of his domain!

"Pfft! Pfft!"

The disgusting sounds rang out nearly simultaneously!

The two roots ignored Karija’s Order Shield and the Eye Grass’s spiritual shock, like a hot knife cutting through butter, they pierced through their bodies in an instant! Karija’s chest was penetrated, thick dark green liquid mixed with deep red blood spurted out. The stem of the Eye Grass was torn apart, foul green fluid and fragnted eye tissues splattered all around.

"Ugh... you... traitor... Eternal Hourglass..." Karija’s voice halted abruptly, the light of order extinguished in an instant, his eyes filled with incredulous anger and a trace of... fear. The Eye Grass only managed to emit a short mournful cry before falling entirely silent.

The two roots writhed greedily, coiling the two quickly lifeless bodies, dragging them towards the gigantic Array vortex at the hall’s center! The dark green energy veins on the roots flickered furiously, like a straw sucking out the life essence, spiritual power origin, and even the imprints of rules comprehension from these two late-stage mystical level powerhouses!

Karija’s shriveled corpse and the Eye Grass’s shattered remnants were rudely hurled to the vortex edges. The rotation speed of the vortex abruptly increased, dark red energy lines entangled them like living creatures, holding them firmly.

The dark green roots stabbed into the remains like blood vessels, extracting the last value even more efficiently. The remains withered and decayed at a visible speed, ultimately turning to ash, thoroughly consud by the vortex, leaving only a few strands of mixed yet powerful energy to flow into the Array’s core.

"Not enough! Still not enough!" Altonia watched this spectacle, his eyes devoid of any pity, only filled with dissatisfaction with the energy strength and a deeper hunger. His withered claw sharply pointed at the Crystal Ball, towards those figures still struggling on the steps, especially Lynch:

"Them! They’re the main course! Especially him! Saphiro! His ’Domain Prototype’... his ’Ti Mystery’... his ’Fusion Potential’... will be the cornerstone for the ’Heart’ to ascend to the pinnacle!"

"When the ’Heart of Decay’ devours this ’quasi-Third Tier’ essence, rges with the ’Star Core’s’ eternal foundation, the ’Tear of Void’s’ dinsional key... it will no longer be a tool! It will... transcend!"

"The ultimate of decay... the end of chaos... that which transcends the Third-tier Domain... that belongs to the ’World Rules’ level... the ’Fourth Tier’ realm! That is the path I seek!"

On his withered face, skin began to fall in patches, revealing the black substance underneath, akin to twisted old tree roots, while the dark red glow in his eyes intensified as if bursting into flas:

"Decay! Burn! Devour! Sacrifice these ’firewoods’... to aid ..."

"Gaze upon the true form of the Fourth Tier’s... rules!"

The frenzied roar echoed within the Decaying Hall, intertwined with the Array vortex’s hum and the energy surges within the Crystal Ball, crafting a symphony of destruction. Altonia’s form twisted and expanded amidst the raging decayed energy, seemingly rging with the Decaying Tower and the soon-to-mature "Heart of Decay."

The endga atop the tower was no longer conspiracy, but a complete mad sacrifice aid at all climbers as offerings, intending to glimpse into the Divine Domain!
