After extensive magic experints and the accumulation of various knowledge, Lynch finally had a significant improvent in advancing his rune power.

[Rune Power Level 2]

The current limit of transcendent energy endowed by runic power had reached nearly nine hundred degrees, with only one step left to the Mystical Level.

However, this seemingly easy step is still quite difficult to truly achieve, with the biggest difficulty being—

Strength.

Lynch’s current strength has only reached the ninth Mystical Circuit, and so of the post-stage knowledge and difficulties related to runic power are unmanageable with just the ninth Mystical Circuit, requiring a higher level of strength.

In the Wizard World, strength and knowledge are a relationship of mutual reinforcent. Only with sufficient strength can one master the corresponding knowledge, and only by accumulating knowledge can one attain a higher level of strength.

In short,

For Lynch to complete the final breakthrough of the rune power’s shackles, he must elevate his strength to a higher level.

Strength! Strength!

Thus, after concluding his experints, Lynch decisively invested his ti and effort into cultivation, day after day, year after year.

Ti flies, years rush by, and in the blink of an eye, several more years passed.

Misty Forest, Guardian Tower.

Inside the Ti Hut, the air seed to have solidified into a thick amber.

There was no wind, no sound, just pure spiritual power roaring and surging silently, only to be tightly constrained by a powerful will around the ditative silhouette, forming an invisible vortex continuously collapsing inward.

Lynch sat solemnly at the center of the vortex, his eyes tightly closed, the veins on his forehead slightly bulging, with fine sweat beads seeping from his skin, turning into invisible mist under the evaporation of spiritual power. His entire mind had sunk into the depths of his Sea of Consciousness into that dazzling circuit constructed purely of Ti Mystical Level.

"Tick-tock! Tick-tock!"

The sound of ti flowing echoed as a clock floating among the clouds ticked rhythmically following the scale.

The cultivation related to the ninth Mystical Circuit had reached its conclusion.

At this mont, Lynch’s entire will had turned into the sharpest chisel, the most resilient drill, fiercely aiming at that tenth path, indistinct yet seemingly outlined by solid shadows and illusory starlight, launching the most intense and sustained assault.

Each impact was like carving chaos in the void.

The massive spiritual power was highly compressed and concentrated, turning into a sharp energy enough to distort reality, fiercely striking the invisible barrier.

In the ditation Room of reality.

Each impact caused Lynch’s Spirit Core to tremble violently, with towering waves arising in the Sea of Consciousness, which, in reality, manifested as the invisible spirit vortex around him expanding an inch outward, only to crash inward more furiously, pressing the ditation Room’s floor and walls into fine spiderweb-like cracks.

"Not enough... just a bit more..."

Ten thousand points of spiritual power were like a roaring ocean, yet it felt sowhat inadequate when facing this tenth circuit.

What was needed was not just quantity, but quality, a deeper, more elental understanding and leverage of the world’s rules. Each assault felt like trying to strike a speck of dust suspended midair with a giant hamr of ten thousand tons, needing not just overwhelming strength, but unparalleled precision.

He repeatedly deduced the deep understanding of runic power from past experints, integrating the obscure knowledge about energy transitions and rule anchors into his perception of Ti Mystical Level.

The frozen scene outside the Tower flowed in his mind—a still bird in flight, solidified fla, and frozen rays of light... these were no longer displays of power but his references for parsing the rules and finding the "key" to the tenth circuit.

The concept of ti beca blurred and abstract in his consciousness. Perhaps it was days, maybe months, or just a few cycles of breath. Lynch forgot fatigue, forgot everything external, with only the path leading to a higher realm remaining.

Finally!

In a mont where his spiritual will was concentrated to the extre, almost igniting his own consciousness in impact, the invisible barrier, solid to the point of despair, emitted a crisp and majestic sound, perceivable only to Lynch’s soul—

"Crack!"

Like the first thunder that split the universe open, akin to the lant of a shattered crystalline do.

The initial form of the tenth Mystical Circuit was finally chiseled open with a minute crack!

In an instant, a terrifying force far deeper, more vast, and closer to the essence of ti than before, like a breached galaxy river, flooded and surged wildly from that crack!

"Buzz—!"

In the real world, centered on the Guardian Tower, an even more terrifying, indescribable fluctuation than when it solidified the forest years ago suddenly erupted!

This ti, it wasn’t just a simple solidification.

The azure fla at the tower top, instead of halting in the wave’s sweep, abruptly split apart into countless tiny, similarly static blue light particles, floating densely like sapphire dust cast into the air, forming an eerie, stunning static cosmic panorama.

Outside the tower, a raven frozen in a pouncing posture had its silhouette edges start to blur and warp.

The tips of its wings seed to extend countless fine, static afterimages, as if it was frozen in a superposition of a series of high-speed wing-flapping monts. The insect in its beak showed a peculiar "fading" sensation, with part of its body nearing transparency, as though poised to vanish into the cracks of ti.

The thick mist no longer rely solidified but began exhibiting a bizarre "wrinkling" feel. Like silk kneaded by hand, the space itself seed to have slight, unnatural bends and overlaps. Sunlight was no longer frozen beams but was sliced and scattered, refracting countless static, colorful, fantastical prisms amid the mist’s folds, lighting up the forest depths dreamily.

The writhing feel of the vines magnified, appearing stretched thousands of tis, displaying states of growth and withering traces over eons within a short physical distance. The dewdrops on the webs no longer were simple frozen droplets but refracted countless miniature, static forest reflections within, akin to a series of sealed tiny worlds.

At this mont, ti was roughly **crumpled** by the nascent power of Lynch’s tenth Mystical Circuit!

"Boom!"

Inside the ditation Room, Lynch abruptly opened his eyes!

In the depths of his pupils, there was no longer profound blackness, but countless minute fragnts of ti swirling and flowing like sands, shimring with interwoven azure and silver brilliance. A pervasive, overwhelming sense of power filled his limbs and bones, with every cell cheering exultantly, as if shaking off so heavy shackles.

He had succeeded!
