"ntor, Legislator Cooper gave a first-class laboratory."

Lor smiled gently, "I would like to ask you to help manage the territory. How about you take forty percent of the disciple shares, besides the ones handed over?"

A first-class laboratory not only cos with its own shares and purchasing rights but also includes a vast territory, at least ten tis larger than the Earth and Fire faction of the Murphy Continent.

Except for apprentices with a level five ditation Talent, the rest can all be incorporated into one’s own faction.

Though it’s customary to hand over ninety percent of the apprentice shares to the Tower Master, the remaining ten percent is still significant, at least a basis of five thousand.

Most of Lor’s future energy will be dedicated to research and Witchcraft Fusion, leaving no ti to manage the territory, but it cannot be neglected. Entrusting Agular with its managent is the best choice.

Doing so has a second benefit: providing Agular with a reason to stay.

"A first-class laboratory?" Agular’s breath caught, his eyes full of disbelief.

He only hoped for his student’s safe return, never expecting not only the safety but also such a surprising gift from his student.

A first-class laboratory—it was sothing he dared not even hope for, yet his student had obtained it.

"Yes." Lor smiled, "ntor, are you willing to help manage the territory?"

"Alright." Agular nodded imdiately, "I’ll manage the territory for you, and you can focus on researching Fusion Witchcraft."

Neither emotionally nor materially did he have any reason to refuse.

The situation on the Murphy Continent pales in comparison to this.

Even if he advanced to the Third Ring, the territory would at most double, which is hardly comparable.

As for the Murphy Continent territory, handing it over to Fley might be a good choice.

"Thank you in advance, ntor." Lor’s smile widened.

...

Ten minutes later, a group of five arrived at the fifty-seventh floor of the Wizard Tower, stopping at the staircase entrance.

At the exit of the fifty-seventh-floor staircase stood a large gate.

Before Lor could speak, Bruno imdiately took out a key and stepped forward to unlock the door.

Then he pulled out a large ring of keys from the Space Ring and handed them to Lor, saying, "Lor Wizard, these are the keys for the fifty-seventh-floor laboratory. They correspond respectively to the laboratory gate, each building, and the living areas. For example, this one is..."

Bruno ticulously introduced the uses of each key to Lor, leaving nothing out.

"Okay, thank you." Lor listened attentively, took the keys, and gave each of Agular’s three companions a key for the public and residential areas.

After distributing the keys, Lor stepped into the fifty-seventh-floor laboratory and looked around, finding that the buildings were quite orderly.

The square buildings, though varying in size, were arranged particularly neatly.

So rooftops bore potion symbols, others had forging symbols, among others.

In the midst of these buildings was a large area covered with fine sand, likely the witchcraft experint area.

"It’s the first ti the fifty-seventh-floor laboratory is being used. If you are not satisfied with the building style here, you can notify , and I’ll have an Earth Mage co to help modify it."

Bruno, following Lor, pointed at the buildings and explained, "That laboratory is for potion experints, fully equipped with..."

"There is..."

"That area is the witchcraft experint zone, capable of withstanding the power of up to 3.9-ring witchcraft, except for so special witchcraft, others can be tested here."

As he explained, a trace of envy flickered in his eyes.

A place like this, unless he broke through to the Fourth Ring, he could never dream of obtaining.

But if not at the end of his life, he dared not risk becoming a cripple in a Fourth Ring breakthrough.

Lor listened and nodded, soon touring the entire fifty-seventh floor of the Wizard Tower.

Upon reaching the residential area, Lor halted and looked at Bruno, saying, "Thank you for your trouble today. Regarding the territory, please coordinate with my ntor; from now on, he will be responsible for the territory."

"Naturally." Bruno nodded with a smile, feeling relieved inside, and imdiately turned back to discuss the territory division with Agular.

He knew that this trip today had sowhat redeed his previous unfavorable image in Lor’s mind.

Lor bid farewell to Agular and the others, returning alone to his chosen dormitory.

Sitting on the bedroom bed, the first thing he did was take out the Continental Communication Board, opening the Magic Artifact page.

Flipping to the Fourth Ring Scroll list, he directly purchased four Guardian Tree Scrolls, spending a total of three million contribution points and using one free exchange.

This free exchange was compensation from a mission for spending a scroll during the Sea Beast turmoil battle.

"Five Guardian Tree Scrolls should be enough," Lor thought, "If a Fourth Ring really attacks, buying more won’t be aningful."

Guardian Tree Scrolls, after all, are just a weak Fourth Ring witchcraft barely touching the Fourth Ring’s edge.

Against Third Ring enemies, it suffices; however, facing a Fourth Ring, it rely provides temporary protection.

As for reversing the situation, forget it—better to exchange for Magic Crystals and save more charge points for teor Technique Limit Break.

After purchasing the Guardian Tree Scrolls, Lor turned to the Ration section, hesitated slightly while looking at the contribution points for Magic Crystals exchange page, closed it without proceeding.

A month ago, he exchanged for ten million Magic Crystals; exchanging more now seed too hasty.

"Exchanging every six months, excluding other purchases, I can deplete the contribution points in two and a half years, no need to rush," Lor murmured.

Storing the Continental Communication Board back in the Space Ring, he imrsed his consciousness into the Sea of Consciousness, continuing to deduce the elental junction between Adaptive Rock Barrier and Wall of Clay.

In recent years, he focused on three tasks primarily; the first was completing the fusion of Adaptive Rock Barrier.

To achieve this, three steps were essential: first, rging two Second Ring Defense Witchcrafts, then incorporating a First Ring witchcraft enhancing sturdiness into it.

The final step, the hardest, involved integrating the Space Void Rune into a First Ring Defense Witchcraft, then rging it into the already ford Second Ring Adaptive Rock Barrier for the last tamorphosis.

The second task was idly wandering the Volcanic Area to cover the lies he spun.

The third task was waiting for young Levan to achieve the Second Ring and taking him out for experience.

"Once the Rock Barrier witchcraft completes its final tamorphosis, after the Third Ring breakthrough, even if it doesn’t directly beco a Fourth Ring witchcraft, it will likely be near that limit."

Lor mused silently, observing under a microscope the mystical arcs tracing across molecules in the Sea of Consciousness, "If I add so Limit Break for the Fourth Ring then, it shouldn’t take much."

...

Ti flew by, and three years passed in the blink of an eye.

In the central region of the Endless Sea, dozens of first to third-tier White Birds were launching attacks on a fla-covered human figure.

Ten miles away from the fla-enshrouded figure, a black spaceship hovered silently in the air.

"Whir—whir—"

The White Birds unleashed Wind Blades, aiming at the figure encircled by them.
