Wizard Calendar Year 15511, May 13th.

Abyss, 70th Floor, Floating Continent South, Pharmaceutical Research Institute, 93rd Research Branch, inside a small research lab.

[Congratulations to apprentice Alchemist Fide on passing the assessnt and being promoted to a First Level Alchemist. The material exchange list of various civilizations is now open for you.

Note 1: A First Level Alchemist can earn a quota of ten thousand Illusion Dream Value materials per year.

Note 2: Exchanging materials must not be sold off and can only be used for potion research. Violating this treaty will result in expulsion from the Pharmaceutical Research Institute, never to be rehired.]

"Two and a half years, finally passed the First Level Alchemist assessnt." Fide, clad in a One Ring Wood Elent Wizard Robe, looked at the prompt popping up on the Continent Communication Device, his face showing joy.

Over the past two years, he found his initial worries were completely unnecessary.

The assessnts at the Pharmaceutical Research Institute are actually not difficult. As long as one is not completely inactive, they can generally pass the daily assessnts and stay involved in the institute.

But staying in the institute is rely foundational. To gain more research resources and complete one's envisioned potion research, one must take the Alchemist promotion assessnt.

Apprentice Alchemists can only select from materials transported from the Plane Group and other newly developed ones, and they cannot choose materials above second tier to avoid resource waste.

First Level Alchemists, on the other hand, can get a quota of ten thousand Illusion Dream Value, choose materials from the Second World marketplace for reporting, and finally get them in hand for experints.

"If I can beco a Great Alchemist, I can even directly obtain entry credentials to the Second World..." Fide's heart was full of anticipation.

He's long grown tired of hearing about the marvels of the Second World, where one can communicate with countless civilized beings and gain inspiration.

Additionally, while even a second level Alchemist requires reporting to obtain materials, a Great Alchemist can choose themselves directly in the Second World marketplace, convenient and multiple tis more efficient.

Ever since learning about this possibility, he's made becoming a Great Alchemist his primary goal.

A mont later, Fide exhaled softly, reorganized his thoughts, closed the prompt panel, glanced at the Spiritual Power Upper Limit Breaking Potion task at the top of the task bar but ultimately focused on the Mortal Physique Enhancent Potion task.

If he could achieve a breakthrough in Spiritual Power Upper Limit Breaking Potion research, he could indeed gain substantial contributions, even skipping assessnts to beco a Second Level or even Great Alchemist.

But this is extrely difficult, with many Honorary Legislator Alchemists worn out and ntally exhausted, not sothing he can handle now.

In contrast, researching the Mortal Physique Enhancent Potion is much more practical and simpler.

Wizard Calendar Year 16309, February 13th.

The Second World, top hall of the Space Wizard Tower.

"Speaker Lole, I have good news to tell you." Francis finished his cup of wine, smiling at Lole who was sitting across the long table.

"Hmm?" Lole raised his eyebrows teasingly. "Has soone developed a thod to break through the Eighth Ring?"

"No, not even several have broken through the Seventh Ring. What Eight Ring breakthrough thod are you talking about?"

Francis twitched his mouth, helplessly confessing, "It's a recent Potionology genius who pushed the Fourth Ring Spiritual Power Upper Limit Breaking Potion by a whole five percentage points, reaching 7%."

"If his inspiration explodes a few more tis, he might get it to 15%."

"Who?" A gleam of joy flashed in Lole's eyes, curious to ask.

"A little one nad Fide."

Francis expressed so emotion, "After becoming a Great Alchemist, he sohow skipped three rings, choosing the Fourth Ring Spiritual Power Upper Limit Breaking Potion for research."

"Initially, Rosa and the others were not very optimistic, thinking this newly rising genius might face setbacks, but Fide surprised everyone."

"Haha, as I said, as long as there are enough people and the screening chanisms are in place, such geniuses will appear." Lole laughed, "I'll give you an extra ten billion Illusion Dream Value as a small reward for the genius."

"That's truly you, making a ten billion move." Francis sighed admiringly.

"Just so Illusion Dream Value, nothing considerable." Lole shook his head, "You convey a ssage for : as long as he advances the Fourth Ring Spiritual Power Upper Limit Breaking Potion by ten points every millennia, I'll grant him a Law Value, with no upper limit."

His Illusion Dream Value is calculated in trillions, estimated that so Overlord Level powerhouses don't have so much, though unfortunately not of much use.

Rewarding geniuses is basically the biggest utility of this thing in his hands.

As long as the one nad Fide is truly outstanding, he's even willing to provide Law Value.

"Alright, I'll convey it." Francis agreed.

...

Abyss, 70th Floor, Floating Continent South, Pharmaceutical Research Institute, Dean's laboratory of the 100th Research Branch.

Fide, looking middle-aged, wore the Honorary Legislator Wizard Robe and sat at the northeast corner of the lab desk, pondering hard on how to advance the Fourth Ring Spiritual Power Upper Limit Breaking Potion.

"Ding Ding—"

At this mont, the Continent Communication Device placed on the desk rang.

"Hmm?" Fide took a glance, seeing a communication request from Speaker Francis, and quickly clicked the accept button.

A light screen floated before him, in which Speaker Francis's face was full of smiles, seemingly very happy.

"Honorary Legislator Fide, Speaker Lole has just learned of your achievent and decided to privately sponsor you with ten billion Illusion Dream Value." Francis said with a smile, "This ten billion Illusion Dream Value cos without any use restrictions, you can use it however you want."

The Illusion Dream Value issued from the research lab is directional and cannot be freely moved.

However, private sponsorship is different. As long as no demands are made, it can be used freely.

"Ten... billion?!" Fide's pupils constricted slightly, sowhat doubting if he heard wrong.

Even though he's now an Honorary Legislator, coupled with his achievent in the Four Ring Spiritual Power Upper Limit Breaking Potion, the annual research funds issued by the lab are only 3 million.

This ten billion would take him over three thousand years to accumulate, and this is assuming a passable achievent every thousand years.

If no significant achievent is made in millennia, the treatnt level will be downgraded.

Most importantly, Speaker Lole hasn't made any demands, so generous it's almost unbelievable.

"Yes."

Francis nodded, encouraging, "Speaker Lole has always valued the research on Spiritual Power Upper Limit Breaking Potions, he asked to convey a ssage to you."

"As long as you can advance the Four Ring Spiritual Power Upper Limit Breaking Potion by ten points within a millennia, you will directly receive a sponsored Law Value. Subsequently, every millennia, advancing by ten points, you will similarly receive a Law Value, with no upper limit."

"I will strive for it." Fide heard it, and even his breath beca rapid.

Illusion Dream Value he still has many channels to obtain, but Law Value, which even Speakers find hard to acquire, was sothing he previously had no way to achieve.

But now, everything is different.
