Wizard Calendar Year 7165, September 2nd.

Outside the study of the Lor Wizard Tower, Betula Continent.

"Knock, knock, knock—"

A long-awaited knocking sound suddenly resounded.

"Co in." Lor paused his creation of the Spatial Anchorpoint Witchcraft and, after concealing the River of Ti Scroll with Space-Ti Elents, waved his hand to open the door.

"Greetings, Speaker Lole." Uli, who wore an Honorary Legislator Badge at his collar, held a potion that was mostly in a shade of black yet emitted a hint of radiant aura, and bowed respectfully and excitedly as he stepped into the study.

"Has the potion’s side effects been eliminated so quickly?" Lor smiled and, as he reached out to take the potion from Uli and placed it on the desk, he asked.

"Yes." Uli nodded heavily, "At the last awarding ceremony, I heard that you also needed the Apprentice Spiritual Power Upper Limit Breaking Potion, so my ntor and I personally initiated the elimination of the potion’s side effects experint."

Ordinarily, such finishing tasks would not be led by him and Rosa, and could be left to other Great Alchemists.

Though it might be slower, it would eventually eliminate all side effects.

However, since Speaker Lole needed it, they naturally wouldn’t delay, and directly took the lead on the side effect elimination experint.

The potion was originally developed by them, and compared to other alchemists, they were more knowledgeable about the various forming conditions and causes, allowing them to complete the experint in less than a century.

"You’ve worked hard, if you need any rare material, seek out Kateya, I’ll grant you a ten-pound first-level material quota this ti," Lor said with a smile.

The so-called first-level materials include various extrely difficult-to-obtain Tier One to Tier Five tals, plants, and Elental composites.

Despite how little he promised, even the cheapest first-level material is valued no less than ordinary Tier Six materials, considered exceptionally precious.

These materials are naturally available in the Wizard Alliance Central Library, but applying for them is difficult, and even if successful, they can only be used for research purposes.

Materials taken from him, however, are completely different, to be used as one pleases without any concern from others.

"Thank you, Speaker Lole." Uli bowed again, excitedly.

Even though he had beco an Honorary Legislator, obtaining first-level materials was exceedingly challenging.

The original intent was simply to deliver the potion to Speaker Lole, never expecting such a reward.

"It’s what you deserve." Lor waved his hand, "Go now, I look forward to seeing you shine even brighter in the field of the Spiritual Power Limit-Breaking Potion."

"Yes." Uli respectfully exited the study and closed the door.

"The Spiritual Power Limit-Breaking Potion..." Lor picked up the potion from the desk again, feeling a slight sense of sentint.

Even in the most splendid era of the Wizard Alliance from his past life, this was incredibly valuable, with hardly any Fourth Ring players willing to squander Magic Crystals on a purchase.

He himself had at most reached the Third Ring as a Bloodline Wizard and naturally had never acquired one, yet unexpectedly, he had beco one of the first to sample it now.

"Gulp—"

Upon drinking the potion in one gulp, Lor tasted nothing, as if he was rely consuming an ordinary bottle of mineral water.

Only a slight expansion in the core region of his Sea of Consciousness proved he was not drinking plain water.

As his physique enhanced, most substances in the Wizard Plane could no longer evoke any taste.

Anything capable of inspiring taste was, without exception, extrely precious, such as the kind of fruit Blood had invited him to try.

Half an hour later, the core expansion of the Sea of Consciousness was complete.

"Success." Noted Lor on seeing the newly added small Witchcraft Storage Area at the core of his Sea of Consciousness, breaking into a genuine smile.

This small Witchcraft Storage Area was fully adequate to construct a new apprentice-level witchcraft.

Without any hesitation, he comnced crafting a small yet exquisite apprentice-level Witchcraft Rune Model within this newly expanded Witchcraft Storage Area.

This apprentice-level witchcraft is called Earth-Fire Stable Witchcraft, a universal and practical Earth and Fire Dual Elent ’series’ of witchcraft.

The Apprentice-level Earth-Fire Stable Witchcraft is the lowest tier in the Earth-Fire Stable Witchcraft series, with First to Third Ring Earth-Fire Stable Witchcraft above it.

It is commonly integrated into yet-to-be-traited Fusion Witchcrafts by high-ring wizards to strengthen their foundations, granting the potential to generate traits.

With ordinary witchcraft, it would be impossible to spawn traits rely relying on an apprentice-level Earth-Fire Stable Witchcraft.

However, Lor’s Space Barrier Witchcraft had been refined to perfection; coupled with this, the potential for spawning Space Barrier traits was substantially high.

After constructing the Earth-Fire Stable Witchcraft, a slight deduction took less than three hours to figure out the elent junctions between the apprentice-level Earth-Fire Stable Witchcraft and the Space Barrier Witchcraft.

"Truly effortless." Observing the three pages filled to the brim with notes on the parchnt scroll, Lor’s face displayed a hint of a smile.

Having grown accustod to the complexities of Fourth and Fifth Ring Witchcraft, deducing the fusion of apprentice-level and Third Ring witchcraft was akin to eating a al or drinking water for him.

After briefly inspecting and confirming no errors, Lor subdivided these elent junctions into over a thousand experints, retrieved the Continent Communication Device, and sent them all at once to Kateya.

Though he was 99% confident in the accuracy of these junctions he deduced, the remaining 1% of unexpected occurrences could never be eradicated.

Experintation was essential to ensure absolute peace of mind.

One day later.

Upon reviewing all the successful experint videos sent by Kateya, Lor was completely assured and began the fusion of the apprentice-level Earth-Fire Stable Witchcraft with the Space Barrier Witchcraft.

In less than ten minutes, a brand-new Space Barrier Witchcraft suddenly erged within his Sea of Consciousness.
