The ssage Speaker Lor sent to Marcel was sothing they had no right to see, and they could only be envious, with no other choice.

A small number also quietly took out their Continent Communication Device to report the situation to certain legislators and speakers.

Marcel’s lips curved slightly, and he imdiately clicked the Continent Communication Device to upload.

Speaker Lor’s submission was not sothing a re Third-Ring Great Wizard like him could handle. It was perfect that Speaker Francis had already co out of the Abyss, as he was the appropriate person to deal with it.

After the upload was complete, he sat back down and opened the two ssages sent by Speaker Lor. Under the envious gazes of the others, he began reading them with a reverent attitude, bit by bit.

"The fusion of fire and lightning gives birth to the first light."

"The rging of earth and gold reveals the purest darkness."

"Volcanic Eruption Witchcraft speculation, Microscope Witchcraft, Void Realm, Space Jump Witchcraft..."

The more he read, the more shocked Marcel beca.

Each Witchcraft Model was exceptionally exquisite.

...

High above the Endless Sea.

A rapidly flying azure seed suddenly halted its form, transforming instantly into the appearance of Francis.

He took out the Continent Communication Device from his Space Ring and opened it for a look.

"Hmm?" Francis’s brows furrowed slightly at the two ssages transmitted by the Alliance Headquarters. "Has Speaker Lor uploaded Space Faction Witchcraft so soon?"

According to the previous agreent, Lor needed to treat the teor Technique as a Forbidden Technique, not to be easily disseminated.

But now, he uploaded the Space Faction Witchcraft so quickly; he couldn’t think of any other possibility besides Lor uploading the teor Technique along with it.

If the teor Technique were leaked, so legislators might secretly nurture new ones, and it would be troubleso for a Fourth-Ring Spatial Mage who mastered the teor Technique.

Even though those legislators were all friendly during the council, even when sharing resources, there was only a slight clamor.

Who knows what they truly think in private?

"Sigh, let’s take a look first." Francis took a deep breath, suppressing his irritation, and directly opened the ssage about Space Faction Witchcraft to read it.

"Oh? Large-scale Volcanic Eruption Technique speculation?"

Seeing the speculative Witchcraft for advancing one ring in the Space Faction, Francis’s face imdiately lit up with joy. "Haha, it’s great. I hope this speculation succeeds."

Lor’s talent surprised him once again.

In such a short ti, he had co up with a second possible way to maintain the advancent of Spatial Mages.

For this, he felt only delight.

He had already known Lor’s history very clearly.

Based on the performance in this period, Lor could generally be considered trustworthy.

After a mont of joy, Francis began closely studying these Witchcraft Models, hoping to gain so inspiration from them.

There was no pressing matter on Milton Continent, so there was no rush to return.

"What truly exquisite models." Francis’s gaze swept past the Void Realm and Space Jump Witchcraft, filled with amazent.

Unfortunately, the difference between the Space Faction and his Life Faction was too great, and he had no epiphany from it.

Until his gaze shifted to the Microscope Witchcraft, and he instantly paused.

"This Witchcraft..." Staring at Lor’s description of the Witchcraft, Francis’s breath quickened sowhat.

How to perceive and explore the deeper mysteries of the Sea of Consciousness had always been one of his pursuits.

The appearance of this Witchcraft gave him a glimr of hope.

"I still have one Fourth-Ring Sorcery Position left. By slightly altering the composition thod of this Witchcraft, I can directly condense a Sea of Consciousness Microscope with Earth Elent." Francis was emotionally stirred, spreading his perception around before flying towards a nearby small island.

He couldn’t wait any longer and only wanted to take advantage of this burst of inspiration to create an Earth Elent version of the Sea of Consciousness Microscope Witchcraft, then have Amy verify it.

He even forgot to reply to Lor about the pricing issue for the conjecture "So Insights into the Light and Dark Wizard System" and to put these two ssages into the database.

...

On the other side.

A drop of water leapt from the Endless Sea, finally stopping above the sea surface, transforming into the shape of Jerald.

He took out the Continent Communication Device from his Space Bracelet and opened it for a quick look.

"Speaker Lor finally uploaded the Space Faction Witchcraft Models." Seeing the prompt from his man, Jerald’s eyes lit up, and he imdiately closed the ssage, starting to search the database, attempting to find Lor’s uploaded ssage on the Space Faction.

However, the search left him bewildered.

There was no ssage from Lor just uploaded in the database?

"That little guy is deceiving ?" Just as this thought surfaced in Jerald’s mind, he quickly shook his head to dismiss it.

Not to ntion whether that little guy dared to deceive him or not, even if he dared, it was aningless!

"It must be that Francis hasn’t uploaded it yet." Doubt arose in Jerald’s heart. "What’s that guy doing? Why so slow?"

Unable to bear waiting any longer, he pondered slightly. Instead of disturbing Francis, he directly used his speaker authority to assemble the communication number of Marcel, the one who first received Lor’s ssage, initiating a communication request.

...

On the northern side of Francis City on the Milton Continent, within a grand hall spanning ten miles.

The atmosphere inside the hall was quite peculiar, with all the Great Wizards bowing towards Marcel... or rather the ’those’ light screens in front of Marcel.

Marcel, who was also bowing, glanced at the communication device that rang again, feeling sowhat numb, opting to connect once more.

Jerald’s communication screen erged, becoming the thirteenth screen before him.

Apart from Jerald’s screen, there were twelve other screens, with each screen displaying none other than the pinnacle figures in the Wizard Alliance.

"Greetings, Speaker Ada, greetings, Speaker Jerald." Marcel greeted respectfully.

"Greetings, Speaker Ada, greetings, Speaker Jerald." The other Great Wizards who dared not lift their heads imdiately followed Marcel’s voice.

After calling out two nas, Marcel noticed his communication device buzz again.

Fourteen...

Seventeen...

It wasn’t until the nineteenth screen appeared that his Continent Communication Device finally ceased its ringing.

Except for Yasen and the other two guarding the Abyss, Lor and Francis, all the speakers were present.

"Hah, quite the coincidence, seems everyone had the sa thought." Jerald glanced around, laughingly said.

"Who wouldn’t want to see Speaker Lor’s Witchcraft Models?" Ada responded.

"Indeed, perhaps it might inspire ?"

"Yes, little guy, hurry and send a copy of the ssage Speaker Lor uploaded."

"Send one as well."

"I want one too."

...

After exchanging a few words of politeness, the speakers each eagerly requested from Marcel the two ssages Lor uploaded.

"Alright... alright." Marcel, nervous to the point of sweating on his forehead, dared not pause for a mont and imdiately sent copies of Lor’s uploaded ssages to every present speaker.

Upon receiving the ssages, the speakers all disconnected the communication, contentedly admiring Lor’s masterpiece.

The atmosphere in the grand hall for conjecture and result examination had finally relaxed sowhat.

"Speaker Lor’s Space Witchcraft is truly enticing, drawing so many speakers who can’t sit still."

"Yes, say, they can obviously retrieve ssages from the database, why co to Marcel to ask for it?"

"Is it possible that Fra..."

The last wizard speaking didn’t dare finish, but all the Great Wizards present understood what he ant.

It’s very likely that Speaker Francis has already been inspired by the Witchcraft Model Lor uploaded and is attempting sothing, thus forgetting to upload these two ssages into the database.

If not, the speakers wouldn’t have eagerly co to Marcel for the ssages.

For wizards, such a situation was not uncommon and wasn’t surprising.

"I also wish to see the Space Witchcraft Models." A Great Wizard lanted.

"Marcel has really struck it lucky, receiving ssages from Speaker Lor."

"Sigh, I want to see them too..."

Everyone was itching to see, but as long as Speaker Francis didn’t put them into the database, they didn’t even know what the conditions were to view the Space Faction Witchcraft Models, nor if they had the qualifications to view them.
