The internal setup of the Judgnt Committee was a council system. Although it was directly governed by the association, it only answered to Dan Dong’s board of directors and was otherwise unrelated to others.
Thus, it rarely participated in upper-tier changes.
It function more like Dan Dong’s law enforcent departnt, blending into the mainland overall assembly, nominally overseeing a very broad area, a bit like global police.
After so ti away, upon Lin Suo’s arrival, Layston Martin still had a stern face, his polite behavior and expression completely incongruent, making it rather awkward.

This person is the stationed witch of the Monster Salt Swamp nearby Koster, and the Elf Empire located at the southernmost end of the continent, only she had the ti and credentials to investigate.
